    Thank you for listening to my very strong sleep hypnosis for deep sleep guided meditation audio track, which I have written to help you calm your busy mind before bedtime so that you can quickly fall deeply asleep each and every night. This has been created as a dark screen experience so that you can fall asleep without the distraction of bright light from your phone or laptop.
    I have written this sleep hypnosis and sleep guided meditation to help you quickly relax, especially at night before bedtime when our minds tend to race and become overactive.
    This 60-minute deep sleep guided meditation and sleep hypnosis focuses on using the power of the breath to self-soothe and self-calm ourselves to reduce stress and anxiety. We all have the power to control our emotions and stress levels simply by changing our breathing patterns.
    This video and audio track also contains a selection of powerful positive suggestions and language patterns to improve your confidence and to send you off to a blissful night's sleep in a happy and productive frame of mind.
    This track blends guided sleep meditation, self-hypnosis and positive suggestions. It is designed to help soothe and quieten your mind as well as to reduce the harmful effects of overthinking at night. When you are able to stop your mind wandering into the future or into the past - especially when doing so creates anxiety - you are able to access your subconscious mind. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.

    We haven’t slept well in a long time, elderly dog with anxiety issues and by the time he’s asleep I can no longer sleep. I started listening to nick and he is the best , we are all asleep in minutes. Thank you Nick ever so much.

    Recovering from major surgery your voice & your hypnosis has saved me, helping me sleep when I couldn’t. I feel how restorative it is as I sleep so deeply. I am and will be, ever grateful to you. Your voice is amazing. One question: is it ok to listen to you for hours on end? I usually wake after a couple of hours but fall back to sleep with your voice in my ears. Thank you 🙏🏻

I most definitely needed this tonight Nick ❤️ thankyou so much for the time and effort that you put into these meditations. They are literally the only thing that helps me with my sleep ever since I got sober!! Meditation has become a huge part of my recovery and your videos are the only night time meditations that work for me.. the only ones! Today has been a really hard day for me.. I've had a lot of temptations thrown in my face today as far as recovery goes and i am having a really hard time tonight.. really hard. And your video is going to be the only thing that gets me any peace tonight ❤️

    You have a very soothing voice that by itself makes me calmer. I have CPTSD & I spend most of my life on the edge of panic. I have trouble quietening my mind at bedtime too & these meditations/hypnosis really help me. Thankyou & much love 😊

    Hi all. Im a guy that suffers on and off with really bad nightmares nd Insomnia... I started listening to Nick 4 nights ago. Specificly this meditation has put me to sleep the last 4 nights in a row.... Nick your voice is awsome nd soothing. I Love the way you care and pass on the empathy... THE WORLD REALY CAN DO WITH MORE 😉.

    So, for context, because of my illness and how bad the pain can be, I sleep in what my husband refers to as my "nest" ; basically I am laying on sherpa and wrapped in sherpa . This audio, by the time you mentioned taking note of the surface that is supporting you, I could, quite literally, not feel my body from the neck down; there was NO separation between my body, the sherpa and my bed. I was not able to quite get to sleep because unfortunately, although I was one with the mattress and sherpa on the outside, this was a really bad pain day. Although I am on round the clock SERIOUS pain meds, sometimes it still breaks through. At least, after a hot bath I can lay back down and play this on repeat to keep me as relaxed as possible. Not quite the same as sleep, but I'll take it. Thank you my friend.

      Your welcome Nick. I've listened to loads of video's to help with my sleep or lack of it. Ironically, lots are way off the mark and then there are those with unexpected ads. I cant relax if I know there's one coming or even at end of a video. Something loud will wake me up again, and then there's your preferences with a nice voice of course, not to mention any background sounds, which can detract from the voice. So I felt you had that just right.

    Hi, listened for the first time last night! Well I say listened…. I was out of it fairly quickly so would say it helped!     Hey Nick! I've got another dumb question for you. I'm sorry I ask you so many dumb questions, but you're one of the only people capable of helping me that actually answers me. I have a situation. I'm being intentionally ignored and rejected by someone that I have been nothing but nice and encouraging to. So I'm being blown off which hurts. It's not a friendship that serves me in any way, but I'm feeling rejected and upset. I'm trying to chalk it up to incompatible personalities and move on, but it hurts. I know I'm not everyone's cup of tea, but I'm finding this with more and more people, like something is wrong with me. Do you have any solid advice for me because I feel like crap. Thanks!

      Hi Bella, always nice to hear from you. This is not professional advice but I’ve been in this situation also. My thoughts on this are to always set your expectations low with regard to friendships. We all have our own expectations of how we want other people to react and respond to us. It’s easy to get upset when the response we want isn’t forthcoming. In my opinion, you have to accept friendships for what they are - some will meet your personal expectations, some won’t. Try to think of your kindness and encouragement as something you would offer without expectation of anything in return. That’s what I try to do, at least. Hope that helps in some way. My best, Nick
