- This is the first Tricked Tins Crew build! Usually I work alone, but I had some help with this one. Jimmy a local Navy Seal/ welder fabricator got his hands dirty with the framework, and one of my Employees Austin stepped his game up with the hatch fabrication/turf install! Together we knocked this build out quick. The finished product turned out great, and I'm not easy to impress! This video shows the complete transformation start to finish! I'm hoping to do a lot more collaboration builds like this in the future. I hope you guys enjoy!

Supporting those that serve this country is something I always see you do. During my time in the Army jobs like this made it possible for us to do things we wouldn’t normally have the money for. Thank you for supporting our troops.
Always. You guys make sacrifices to keep us safe!
That was amazing, having a team to frame and weld allows you to really step-up production, and the finished product is nothing less than Tricked Tins Quality! Great build, great job Matt, can't wait to see what's next!
Thank you. The next build is definitely outside of my comfort zone. Should be posting this weekend
@@TRICKEDTINS- it would be a nice addition to get customer reactions to these builds when they pick them up (and agree to be on camera) if at all possible. I think it would help you gain even more business. 👌🏼 Food for thought.
This is such a clean, practical build. Very sweet.
READY FOR IT!!! Excited to see this crew build.
yo your awesome
Im working on the YIN TIN as we speak!
Hi did you really mean it when u said youll drop a sub and watch the content because i never got anyone who said ill watch your content
@@fishingzvejoti2825 I subbed bro! You just lemme know when your first vid drops and I’ll watch it!
@@FISHERYIN ok
Nice & Quick!!! I like it! That's having a standard and applying it; simplicity! ... And the amount of work that gets covered over ... many don't realize how much is there. Awesome! Be Safe
Thanks brotha
Slick build as usual, speechless.
Thanks brotha
love the build, and love all the explanations. Killer all the way around
Appreciate it
Cool your building a team, looks like they do good work to. Dig all your builds and it just keeps getting more interesting.
Thanks brotha
Nice !
Thanks brotha
Love your videos, great ideas. You are pure talent
Thanks brotha!
Another great build Matt! Go Jimmy!
Thanks brotha!
Simple. Yet baller.
Nice looking build. Surprised the customer didn't get you to do a rod locker. That would be on my list of must haves on a build.
Thanks. Rod lockers are expensive. It easily adds $1000 to a build
@@TRICKEDTINS I get that. Would still be on my list. I have rod storage in my port side gunnel. Can't beat good rod storage.
Sweet build. Keep them coming.

Like the look of the camo, been beating my brains out trying to locate electric panel. I have to ask how or where is front pedestal mount
Its under the turf.
I could really get into building these boats, I’d have to learn some things, but I know I could do it if I had the right tools, not as good as you but I bet I could be
You can do anything you put your mind to. Let me know if I can help you.
Really super!!! But my question is this ; how dus by many rain the water coming out of the compartments? I ques there wil by always coming water inside, unless ur working whit U profile ore T profile under the lids on the floor ?
Im sorry but i have no fn clue what the hell you are trying to say??
Why not use rivet nuts? It will make installing easier. Loctite the bolts and torque them down.
This is way stronger. I like to do things once and forget about them.
I had set my electric only boat up with both batteries in the front the exact same but the first time I took it out it got sketchy. Too much weight forward and I started taking water over the bow during a RLOS blastoff. I’ve lost some speed now but it’s balanced much better.
Not saying that would happen. Boat looks awesome. Just word of advice to anyone else building their own setup.
Electric only is such a weird world to me. I don't think I'll ever get used to it. Hopefully he doesn't have any issue, but if he does we'll move it
I love the yin tin
Yin tin build coming soon!
🔥🔥🔥
What’s your opinion on taking all the foam out of the boats? Is it safe to do? I’ve been debating it on my build.
Love your builds! The jet boat is my favorite!
Thanks. A lot of guys don't run any foam. I like to use it as a fail-safe in case the boat gets swamped. It also helps with insulating the livewell , and sound dampening
@@TRICKEDTINS thanks for the reply keep up the good work!
In your opinion what the best tuff material that u have used? Nutserts would help to secure the trolling motor.
I have never seen nutserts last. I through bolt. I'm assuming you mean turf. I like hydroturf, orthodek, and seadek
Wait… You are in the Richmond area? The 757 and the VA number on the boat….
Im in VA beach brotha!
How much does the insulation help on the livewell temps? I’m thinking of doing mine that way. And something for the lid.
Ive never put a thermometer in one, but it definitely helps big time
How do u keep the water out when it rains and u want tu keep the fishing gear in dry
The hatches are built with a custom j track and a drain tube. It will collect water and divert it to the bottom of the hull with a rubber hose!
So I have question what thickness of aluminum do you use for the floor and the walls how do you secure it down thanks
Floors and decks are all .125" I use rivets to attach them. Interior panels are .040-.063 vertical exposed walls are usually. 080
Thank you so much for the info
No problem brotha!
What’s the rough cost of a build like this? I have a 1448 square nose and am wanting something just like this.
Around 5500
How much something like this cost?!
Around $5500
How do I reach out about getting a boat done it’s a 1436 johnboat boat
Message me on IG, FB or email through TrickedTinsJonboats.com
Good Morning. I am looking for someone to help with a 1999 Alumacraft 1436 build. I live in Saint Cloud Florida 34772. I can send photos of the boat in its current condition. Overall this boat is in good condition.
We are located in Norfolk, Virginia. I work with a company in Florida, though.

Thank for the info , i will look into this company and go from there. I would have never needed help with something like this but due to health issues I am very limited with what I can do now. Have a blessed day . Thank You. Tim Carter .
There is no volume on video
Idk bro everyone else has audio. Check your youtube settings?
Why do all these youtube boat builders use those shitty fuse boxes with all the wires showing, or coming through the front of the panel?? There are much better options that are around the same cost that keep all the wires behind the panel, so their not seen or cant be damaged from the front. Just looks half ass to me?? Good job on the boat, but change that fusebox..
Why don't you leave a link to what you're talking about?
