Excited to see your RTK module testing. You're right about how the results differ depending on how you take the pictures. You could have a wide angle lens but do a terrible job in the execution of data capture. This does make me think about getting a wide angle lens for my drone, Mavic 3 Classic
Hi, I am interested in using the dji mini pro to take photos of an area so that I can take the aerial map into a GIS like MapInfo or QGIS. Is this possible?
Which wide angle lens for the mini 4 pro would you recommend? Also, is there a way to contact you about some real estate development applications for a drone (mapping, parcels, etc)
great work! but the table size is not that science, you pick the side width on mini 4 and others are length which vertical with mini 4, if you use the length the mini 4 dont even get enough data point for measure, the grey box also in likely case, the original photos dont cover the same lens focal length and covered area but the information about the table is useful! hope you may try with bigger object
I am a huge fan of your software and I think you're doing a great job with it! I have seen that some other mapping software suggests a certain height like 300 feet to get the correct proportions/size in data. Does the Way Point maps system have a best height for consistency? Also I have seen mapping software want up to 83% overlap as a minimum. I started using that number and even up to 85% and my photogrammetry quality went way up.
from what i understand from the site it will be $1,200 after release but pay $20 dollars right now to confirm a $1,000 price tag before it releases. I could be wrong so i would look on the site for more info or wait for jay to respond
So actually have 2 things. Number one I tried making an account on the actual like map, making software and for some reason, it's not letting me sign in with the password. I set and it's also not letting me recover the password through email help me please. Also, for the mavic three, you're using the tight angle lens. The seven times for all of this stuff, right

I got mine for my Mavic 3 (original 2 lens) off eBay when they originally discontinued it. I think I paid like $10 for the original DJI one.
@@JaysTechVault Nice, thanks for the tip
could you use a video and split the frames into pictures to gather a ton more data?
You need control points and not rely on GPS and RTK.... Get in cahoots with a surveyor and help each other out

can I open the after shoot data in Autocad?

What is the price of the AnyDroneRTK? Thanks!

I’m aware of the issue and trying to fix it now
@JaysTechVault Any idea of a time frame, if not, it's okay, i'm just Wondering
Two hours
Please give it a shot and let me know if you still have issues.
@JaysTechVault No issues now thank you
dude just calibrate it with a known dimension, you cant trust gps
Damn those points are big😅almost like in gaussian splatting. Why don't you use Reality Capture?
Because the size corresponds to potential error.
