Yeah that's the problem im.running into. I was given the standard (105 Amp alt) belt & notices mine was 160 when I got back home so I didn't try it & when & picked up the 160 Amp belt (per O'Relley's) & that belt is too long. The routing is easy, & there is plenty of room to work, but having the proper length belt matters!
