The trick with Vacasa is to search for 1 BR property that sleeps 4, 6, or more people. You pay 15k pts but get huge property. My family of 4 stayed comfortably in a “1 BR” lake house.
100% this is the trick, your cent per point not be as much, but comparing to what you would have booking at a hotel, it could be worth it. Especially crazy some 1 Bed I've seen can house 10 guest! That's insane!!
So they did nerf Vacasa with Wyndham points, but everything in this video is after the nerf. I believe before they allowed you to book $350 to $500 vacation homes with only 15k points. So that sucks you can't give even more cent per point value from booking with Vacasa. Even still I think there is a value case for how Vacasa is now.
100% Even more so if you live next to a Capital One Airport Lounge/Landing. However I noticed the Venture X's Priority Pass isn't as powerful as some other Credit Card's Priority Passes domestically; international they seem to be similar if not the same.
Yep! Even better if you can find one closer to $250 (1.66 CPP); but you also have to consider value, because some properties can house 10 people vs hotels you might have to book multiple rooms.

Free authorized user card and their own prior pass makes it worth it for domestic travel purposes imho

I was disappointed when we didn’t get the backflip.
Listen, I'm still trying to figure out how to do a cartwheel, haha

@CalbyNg honestly didn't even consider that and it does make it more valuable.
