THANK YOU!!! I've started using box squats to power out of the hole and to always hit a consistent descent and protect my old knees- later in the week I'll do ATG pause squats with lower weight but massive ROM
I squatted like this for two years straight in my garage during covid. It is amazing how strong it makes you. Supplement with leg work though. Your legs don't do much.
