That's LESS THAN SIX IN A THOUSAND PEOPLE under 69 years old! It's more dangerous being a pedestrian walking near a road. Have we banned walking yet, as dangerous as it is? Where is a pandemic?
No, actually i would say that is pretty realistic because not all information is leaked to the public, if you pay attention into the movie the soldiers are wearing masks.
