Okay, so a little history, this song was released in 1969, at that point, stereo records had only just started to become mainstream, though stereo had been around for years, as with most tech systems there were competing technologies that had to fight it out and also cost, even in 1969 stereo records cost more than mono. Love Eddie Kramer's mix on this song. One of the great recoding and mix engineers of the time at the top of his game.
You def chose the right song for the new headphones! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Now don’t start doing drugs, we all know how Zeppelin does that to a person! 🤣
This tune was title music for Top of the Pops all through the 70s, it was a cover version though...
You've barely scratched the surface with Led Zeppelin. Glad you enjoyed 👍
Oh yeah, one more great classic from Led Zeppelin! Love your reaction and your new headphones look really good...like you:-)
Ah the magic of good over the ear headphones. Loved your reaction... Especially to the song intro.
thank you! :D
"Whole lotta Love" was my first introduction song to Led Zeppelin when it first came out. It was a lot of other people's too.
Whole lotta love is the defining riff for the Les Paul. Much love 👍
Adopted by BBC 'Top of the Pops' for title sequence.
Your reaction is amazing. I think I probably reacted like it too, when I first heard the track.
Ok this is going to date me big time.I was 4 years old 1969-1970ish I woke up to go to potty.Walking out to the living room at 1 am the tv was on.No shows aired at this time.Just an Indian chief emblem on the tv and the local radio station.Whole Lotta Love was playing and I was mesmerized. That song may had well come out of an alien space ship it was so out of this world.
omg what a fun way to discover it hahahhahaha
Freaking awesome.
Love led zeppelin
There's no better way to listen to Led Zep other than loud!
What a refreshing concept! A beautiful young lady with an analytical musical mind of someone at least 20 years her senior. I just hope that with her insight, common sense and in musical mind she persues a career in this field. Oh, and by the way. I saw them do this live in 1969 in Roanoke, Va. [Age check.] lol 70 yo and still get a rush every time I hear it.
This is when music was Magic... excellent choice!
That guitar riff, a total monster.
I absolutely love your facial expressions
From wonderment to surprise to total enjoyment
Keep it up baby
