    Anxiety reason zyada sochna... Jo cheez hue nahi agar hogaya toh jo reality nahi us chizonke baremein sochte rehna... Sad hona. Agar aap ko aise khayal nonstop ateyho toh please apne aap ko samjhaye ki we are in control of our thoughts. Hamein strong banna hein socho roz positive ki kuch nhi hoga. Mein zhel lunga jab hoga. Anxiety mein 3 elaichi bananas roz subah khaye bcoz it contains magnesium... It reduce stress taking flaxseed, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seed helps alot. Plus if acidity zyada ho toh raat mein fried chiz na khaye. B 12 tablets help some people or taking b complex foods. Drink water. Stomach thik rakhe. Feel free khone ke liye kuch nahi kuch laye nahithe sath toh kya le jaoge. Sab god per choddo. Relax 😊

    Mere khayal se ye anxiety akelepan se hoti h...jb hamare paas kuch krne ke liye nhi hota h to hm log zyada sochne lagte h..me pehle kaam krti thi to theek thi me bilkul jbse kaam krna chhora h me zehni mareez ban gyi hu..ulti sidhi baate dimag me chalti rehti h pura din..dil ghabrata h bohat zyada...

    Akele walk krne se maine apne 5 years k anxiety 99% tk khtm kr diya h....... trust me ye ek rambaan h unke liye jo anxiety ya overthinking se preshan h...even maine 4 month phle tk 3 times suicide try kiya tha thanks god aaj main theek ho gyi🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    I have been suffering from last 4 months....ye cancer se bhi dangerous hota hai... daily aadmi Marta hai.. carrier kharab ho jata h...pure mahine me 4 din gya ..na kaam kr pata na kuchh. Car driver krne me issue aati hai.. constration level zero ho gya

Whatever your anxiety symptoms are just accept it and let them be there apna kam karte raho jese ki dishwash kar rahe ho to karte raho apna kam mat chhodo likh rahe ho to likhte raho bandh mat karo agar becheni bhi ho to ye acceptance he thode hi seconds me anxiety feeling chali jayegi... Do it over and over...

      Sach me itni dangours hai ye bimari । Pal pal aadmi mrta hai । Apne chote chote bacho pr bhi dhyan nhi de pati me sabme rhkr bhi akele ho jate h । Or main problem kisi ko hm smjha nhi pate ki hmare sath ho kya rha hai ।
      Jindagi jeena bhi jruri hai chote bacho ke liye or खुलकर जी nhi pate

    Please tell the stretch exercises for anxiety.Age 72 and anger when there is any types of noise outside the home.Daily walk for 8 km and daily hear Mohammad Rafi sahab songs as Desh Bhagti God Bhagti Love and soulful.l donot like any other voice other than Rafisahab.As Ganga Tera Pani amrit,Hum laye hae tufaan sae kishti nikal ke,Aawaj do hum AEK hae ,Sukh kae sab saathi.He is God to me and l donot beleive in any other God.Diabetic for the last 20 years but BP is normal and can run for 5 km.Escitalopram ,Prodep etc taken but of no use.I too only go to walk alone.Due to wrong upbringing could not rise.So only anger when there is any types of noise.

    बेवजह डर, नफ़रत शादी जैसे शब्द खुद के लिए सुनने , कैरियर के प्रति निराशा, अचानक घबराहट होने बेचैनी , ये सब कैसे दूर हो इसका इलाज कैसे हो क्योंकि ये sab कोई नही सुनता समझता नही और ना ही ऐसे डॉक्टर है नॉर्मल बिमारी का सही से इलाज नहीं करते किसे दिखाए, हर काम में अपने आप में कमी महसूस रहती है
