Walter, can you demo how to re-establish a bead grind or a chamfer grind on an iron. I bought a bunch of planes for nothing at a British Car-Boot sale and I have no idea how to grind that primary bevel in "unique" irons. Flat side is one thing, but the other bevel is whole other animal. Halp.
