Hi Frank, i have a question on electrical. Am I able to wire a double outlet on a single switch leg? Also am I supposed to ground both outlets when one is being jumped by the other?
Only one ground required, and you can use the entire outlet to be switched or have it where one is switched and one is hot, either one works

Eso depende que equipo uses. Si todo es 120 V trabaja bien

That pretty pricey in my opinion. Most I ever paid was maybe 6,500 brand new

What amount is reasonable for the trailer purchase?
Depends on what you have inside. An ice cream trailer is different than a full kitchen one. Can go from 20k-50k and higher, but I don't sell any so my price assumptions could be off
