1:42 that Surfers Paradise at sunset screenshot was gorgeous, was only up for like a second 😍 I'm always on the same page with you. the FH5 map is just freaking boring as helllll, its just brutal man. This game needs some modern city / urban vibes. Like you said Fh3 felt more modern lol
this is a nice topic the community (and the dev team) should start to think about more, as you mentioned before, fh1-2-3 maps felt more modern than the last 2 games, and one huge factor that compliments this feeling is the atmosphere itself. fh1 2 3 maps revolved around the festival site and the best possible outcomes/locations that could work with this concept, while in fh4 and 5 you have 1 big festival site (and in case of fh5, 5 smaller sites) and the extensive and huge landscapes of nothing but nature. You can have diverse environments while keeping that realistic feature of having towns (and a big city) to keep the festival vibe fresh
wdym, FH2 had no modern buildings, literally all like typical 1800s and earlier Mediterranean style. at the same time tho, modern doesn't mean better, it's the overall quality of the map that counts

Horizon 3 was the last good game. Let's keep playing 1-3 and keep them alive.
I don't want to keep ANY overratedrizon alive, except FH2
I live in Los Angeles, so I love the more 'historic' look of FH4 and FH5. Different strokes for different folks. Also, I love FH3.
At least the cars dont feel ancient (only some)
