Very cool episode. I hope you stopped by the old Myers place. Also, did you begin to understand why it's called ROCKford from your drive. Thanks for the Dino history lesson too.

Hey Bill....Bonfires is fantastic....Volts is all rare outtakes , alternate versions and rare live tracks except for the last 2 It's a Long Way and Ride On....those are the original studio ...Atlantic is phenomenal as is all of the Let There Be Rock soundtrack....3 Highway to Hell tracks.....Walk All Over You is thunderous !!!....I have a special edition official dvd of the movie released in 2011 that I bought off Amazon....it makes absolutely no sense to include Back and Black on a box set of Bon Scott AC/DC....thanks for the shout out on Four Flicks....if it was me I would have grabbed Bigger Bang too.....haha...great video !!

I’m on the “Stones” chapter of the Bill Graham bio, the ‘81-82 tour era. Fascinating stuff, the entire book that is. Earlier in the book there’s a cool 70’s Stones section too. The Zep ‘77 Oakland chapter is great. Awesome read. I’m already bummed that I only have 200 pages left. Has me primed for some Four Flicks!

@classicrockmetalreview8523 Sounds good...I need to get that book....right now I'm reading Alan Paul's Brothers and Sisters.....Allman Brothers in the 70's....when Dickey carried the band on his back post Duane and brought the band to their highest success making them all rich.....if you get a chance check out Jimi Hendrix Berkeley the first show....Bill Graham opens the festivities scolding the real far out wackos for propaganda that advocated murdering your parents...he challenges hecklers to come up on the stage....no takers....on my bootleg it says.Track 1: Bill Graham ( Bad Rap ) I found it quite entertaining....especially since it is followed by the killer Johnny B. Goode and the otherworldly greatest rendition of Hear My Train A Comin....

@@larrynolletti4594 ok cool just threw that ABB book into my Amazon cart. Graham had a temper for sure but usually justified dealing with people not as dedicated as himself. It’s the story of him, the venues, the bands and the evolution of the rock concert itself. Plus the dude had a more adventurous life than most ever do by the time he was 19, before the rock thing. I wish it was 3000 pages.

@classicrockmetalreview8523 no it's the bootleg audio....and not all of the bootlegs....I managed to score the 3 disc Complete Berkeley....it contains both shows with all of the intros plus the soundchecks in between the shows..they are fantastic.....Experience Hendrix did release the second show.....only select tracks were released from the first show....Johnny B. Goode on Hendrix in the West and Hear My Train on Rainbow Bridge and Blues....the movie has been reissued but the full shows were lost during the original filming editing....endless scenes of the chaos in Berkeley were spliced in and the bulk of Hendrix's performance ended up on the cutting room floor...Johnny B. Goode is in it's entirety as well as the killer Voodoo Child from the second set....unfortunately there are only snippets of the incredible Hear My Train....where you actually see him playing...the reissue managed an extra 45 seconds.....
