@@ctcdreamer how you gonna hack. The game does all of its checks server-side. The only commands you can send are your attacks or if you swap. You can try to send a command to use a move your Pokemon doesn't have but it won't let you. You can't bring a Pokemon into a format that has the wrong move either. Barring breaking into the server, you won't be able to manipulate commands like this.
4:06. I did the math on the previous comp video involving this guy, and it is not possible to live through Chople Berry. The possible damage at maximum is about 912, which kills ~2.5 Arceus at max HP with 252 hp. Copycat × Belly Drum + Drain Punch STAB = DEATH.
Ah, thank you, I was curious myself about it, although I haven't played for a while and have no idea how he got belly drum out of copycat either, though I can take a guess and maybe his pokemon before Lucario used it, the turn ended and the belly drumming pokemon died, setting Lucario up to copycat bellydrum? I'm really stupid so I have a hard time connecting dots and I feel like I'm missing something.
The Showdown calculator confirms this - if he used it, the only way I imagine he might've expected it to never OHKO is if he accidentally picked the wrong preset in the calculator, like putting a VGC Mega Lucario set (level 50) against a Smogon Arceus set (level 100). I did the same at first when trying to check the calcs for this.

Edit: Just ran the damage calc, a Drain Punch from a 252 Atk Jolly M!Lucario w/ Adaptability at +6 is a guaranteed OHKO against Chople Berry Arceus, even with 252 HP/252 Def and a +Def Nature. He never had a chance. And that's giving him the best possible odds, he likely wasn't running max Def or a +Def Nature, and Lucario could've been Adamant, which makes that Arceus even deader.
