You can cook the kimchi in a stir fry with rice and beef or chicken and it is really good.

Kimchi is DEFINITELY an acquired taste. The PNW has a store chain like that, it's called Uwajimaya. Definitely a playground for the taste bud adventurist. Thank you for encouraging people to ask permission or at least have a dialogue when parking in neighborhoods. That respect goes a long way. Love the videos.

Hot ramen recipe. Saute clove garlic, sliced half onion in oil, add slices of one or two chicken breast saute. Add slices of carrots can be bought already sliced (julienne like thin match sticks), add 1/4 cabbage sliced. Toss a few minutes. Add hot ramen noodles and flavor and spices. Add 1 cup of water. There will be very little soup. Enjoy.

And as for parking overnight growing up in NJ, if you lived in the suburbs, you got a ticket most of the time, I'm sure if you are a habitual offender, you would end up getting towed. Down here in Alabama, you can just about park anywhere, and you are more likely to get your car stolen than ticketed or towed. .

Becca, your NON STEALTHY rig is actually better for a neighborhood overnight than a panel van or odd to the neighborhood conversion van with blackout windows coverings, IMHO. Actually any odd vehicle gets attention from the neighbors but your camper clearly doesn't shout that you're attempting to secretly blend in. LESS STEALTHY OFTENTIMES POSES LESS PERCEIVED RISK and says "I'm just here for an Overnight. No big deal." I'm guessing that's why the neighborhood guy was easy going with it. Of course ALWAYS park FAR AWAY FROM ANY SCHOOL BUS CORNER STOPS 🚍✋. School Busses roll very early and any good NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH will call the Police 🚔 in a HOT MINUTE during any school days near a SCHOOL BUS 🚍STOP, just a tip 😊.

Pockyy my grandkids love. Asian markets have alot of great stuff, usually good prices too.
Kimchi you can find at any grocery store, in the produce cooler area. It is one of the best probiotics you can eat.
Bc it is garlic, salt, sug, chilli peppers, cabbage etc.. it is a very spicy tangy taste. So you are not a wimp and so right on that it is spicy.
On that note when picking it, the bottle will usually say if it is mild or hot spicy.
I actually just use it for the probiotics benefits.
Never had the one with all the fish etc. . Just the plain spicy kimchi and am sure that's what I will stick to.
As for sweets, don't go American, try the sweet buns that have red bean paste etc.. you will love.
I would have loved that seafood. I would have been hitting the raw clams the raw oysters, the lobster, snails, crabs, man O man am I craving this now. I would love to be in that store.
Also all the kitchen etc.. I would like to see a video on all those gadgets.

Try the rice paper candy, that is always fun, you eat the paper and it dissolves in your mouth. As a kid it was cool and the taste of the rice candy, I cannot get enough of.
Ginger candy too is always great. Super intense ginger, great for cough, cold, lungs.
Skye is looking good, she makes me miss my pup so much. Time for me to get a dog, I need one, I love them so much, life is such a blast with a dog. I expressed once, that I lost mine and it killed me so much and so I need to fight that anxiety, the fear of loss so I can play and have fun again. Till then I will enjoy you and Skye and the many adventures in your Journey.
Hopefully more of Lila also with you. When she is with you, you are a great team together besides in those videos your heart is always on fire smiling so happily nonstop and it is beautiful to see.

Becca - I ordered and had our local EXCELLENT Fish Monger out here in Ventura, CA fly out (6) 5-1/2lb Live Lobsters 🦞From Massachusetts for our Christmas Eve Italian Feast of the Seven Fish. I wanted them from our FAVORITE Fish Monger on Cape Cod (where my sister & niece have Vacation homes in Wellfleet) at Hatches Fish Market, but I think they were closed for the Season. We had to have New England Lobster though because it’s the best!!! They only have what is called “the California Spiny Lobster”🤢 out here in California. Nothing like the SWEET New England Lobster meat!
You would have loved my sister’s home in Wellfleet! She had her own large pond with an aluminum row boat that my Dad & his 7yr old Grandson built a floating dock. The kids would fish on her pond and then drag the boat over the pond to Long Pond, a much larger pond with a beach. ❤️
I say “had” because she had an unbelievable deal with The National Seashore. She paid an insanely cheap amount of money to “own” the home for 19yrs and then it had to be turned over back to them. We were so sad. We had so 😢many WONDERFUL memories there - even Thanksgiving & Christmas ❤
They were supposed to tare it down and bring the nature back. It would be a great place for you to go because of the two ponds!

The entire walls of kitchen, living & dining rooms walls are all glass- floor to ceiling ☺️❤️and you can see her pond and the “spit” that connects to Long Pond! It’s stunning 😍

Just don't setup camp. You need a sleeping solution without popping the top for those situations. Or... getting permission seems to work. You could knock on the door, introduce yourself, and get a feel. You might decide you don't want to stay there, but either way... IDK. I don't sleep in my car in neighborhoods so I'm not qualified to give advice. My reaction to the video was, "OMG, you're popping the top in the man's front yard?!" So, yeah.

Becca….you don’t have to “be rude” when giving your honest opinion on trying a new food. Your face said it all for you….😂😂. But hey you gave it a try & now you know.
Kimchi can be very spicy. HOT. You need chopsticks. BTW you probably should start reading labels. Try and avoid eating anything with sugar in it in general but especially with carbs or a meal and that includes weirdly enough fruit juice also. It's a keto thing that sweets mixed with carbs create fat instead of muscle. If you avoid all sugar you will never get diabetes unless you don't use honey or maple syrup or another nutritional sweetener. I have the problem of low blood sugar ...❤ Low sugar also causes diabetes so I do a lot of fruit separate from my carbs.
