- What is really behind the Harry Potter books? Should believers be reading and encouraging others to read these books or watch the movies? Most people say "it's just harmless." The question that needs to be answered is does this Glorify God? How come the books and movies are filled with real spells?

How can I get my hands on this handout with Bible verses and quotations from the potter books with evidence of occult practices throughout?! I know this is an old video but that would be great to pass out to school mom's.

No, it depends how you use it. And I would like to point out that this is a STORY and by no means is it to be taken as reality. Have we really lost the difference between fantasy vs reality??? This is the wrong focal point to be concentrating on. God is the One to be concerned about, not the devil or the evil in this world, be aware of it yes, but do not focus on it so much! We live in the world but not to be OF the world. Also, this battle is spiritual and not of the physical. You guys have presented flesh against the flesh pretty clearly going against the author and clearly as stated above this paragraph, even of the audience!

@@j-mshistorycorner6932 the difference is Harry Potter promotes and shows witchcraft to little impressionable kids where as the joker has actions scenes in a movie, it doesn’t promote any of it. Witchcraft is definitely really just because you can’t “see” the effects of witchcraft like you can “see” someone shoot a gun doesn’t mean it isn’t equally dangerous
@@NOPE-ip2db Nope, there have been no known cases of kids getting into witchcraft as a result of Potter, AND HP does not contain witchcraft. It's fantasy magic, and by definition does not exist.
