Greg heads to Canada’s West Coast for a saltwater fishing adventure off Vancouver Island! He links up with his mushroom expert buddy, Joe, and they go deep-sea fishing, catching Salmon, Halibut, Crabs, Ling Cod, and MORE! Plus they explore the beautiful coastline spotting Grizzly Bears, Dolphins, and other magnificent wildlife!
Greg is a self-taught survivalist from Canal Flats, British Colombia, who, since he was a boy, has read nearly every book on the topic. When he is not out in the wilderness, he is a professional dry-waller. He started his first bow drill fire when he was thirteen and spent the next forty years learning bushcraft and studying plants and edibles. He has even developed some of his own survival techniques and is a skilled hunter with both a bow and a slingshot.

i love how raw and humble he is. he messed up the pulleys and just accepted that he just learned and didnt act like he knew it was gonna happen or that it was anything but his lack of experience. I strive to have the confidence he has

@Russell Weber lmao! Greg high is still 1000x better than you in the wilderness. I’d smoke and survive with him any day. Stop hating. Steve Wallis is a parody of survivalists, he knows it and makes it no secret.

yea no talk of virus or politics, but he shows a stark reminder on how the fear has gotten to us. This man is a survival expert, yet he fears such a relatively safe virus when he's on a boat in the open air, blocking the beautiful smell of nature with that mask... that's not very scientific lol.

Got to wait till next spring to see if no covid 19, forest fires, or any restrictions . Cant wait till then just off to hunt for moose and deer, food for the winter.

Hi Greg, love your stuff!, friendly tip with hauling traps, either prawn or crab up here on the wet coast, recommend putting gloves on of some kind because besides the slime, kelp on the trap line you can often get little jelly fish etc that will sting or at least irritate your hands in a big way and ruin your day.
