Bernard had chronic foot pain, especially in the morning, as a result of his plantar fasciitis. Watch Podiatrist Dr. Gabriel Maislos talk about the symptoms of plantar fasciitis, and how the Tenex Procedure can treat those issues by treating the scar tissue causing the pain.
Had the release surgery done after years of pain. 4 years ago this December. Best thing I ever did. No more heel pain. I had had chronic pain since I was in high school. I'm 55 years old now. I haven't had heel pain in the last 4 years. It's great.
You did tenex?
How did you survive for that long?
How much you did you pay for the procedure and what area did you get it done?
I wish I could get this done
I just want to be able to run long distance again . Can’t wait for relief
Did you have the surgery? If so, what are the results?
Had this same procedure.. three years later I still have a sharp pain there
girl, Just got back from my physio and I have worst pain from an year....this has nothing to do with surgery..in my case it was tight hamstrings, lower back, hip muscles and which is effecting the way I walk and causing that crazy heel pain. I have been stretching 3times/day and I see no pain when I walk and I have a feeling that my pain going away 😁😁
@@vinodsamala8592 maybe I should look into that too.
update on myself. I started doing strength exercises, focused on every muscles in my legs (quads, hips, hamstrings, glutes, soleus and tiny little muscles next to your tibia) and core. I am pain free and no more planter falsities. finally I am able to run again after an year of struggle😭😭😭
Same here guys I am also suffering in last 3 years and I am a seafarer I have to work 12 to 14 hours a day is a standing job I'm using silicone pads in my shoes
I am from India and I just don't know where to go for this this kind of surgery this is truly remarkable before I see this video I just don't have any idea about this surgery now I will try it my way to find in India who is doing the surgery thanks for the video thanks a lot truly remarkable
Try PRP first...it is a platelet rich plasma injection
@@ketakibhave7000 No evidence behind PRP. You're injecting blood and hoping for the best. This manually removes tissue.
I just started having this problem about 3 to 5 weeks ago. I haven't seen a doctor yet.
I did this procedure for my plantar fasciitis issue. But my dr recommended prp as well on top of this procedure. Anyone did prp b4? Im asking cos im still feeling discomfort post procedure.. and its been 7weeks now.
Rena W.M I had it done a few months ago and I am in more pain than ever. Absolutely miserable existence.
If i have to pee I gotta crawl to the bathroom door..if I wake up at night. Pain all the time.
Are u sleeping while its being done
Mines is a stabbing and sharp pain where i feel waves of pain whenever i massage it with my opposite foot😢😢😢😢😭😭😭
Blacc Feather ..I’m experiencing the same thing on my left foot😢..Hope u feel better☺️
LOL waves of pain. I’m laying on my couch burying my left heel into that hot spot on my right foot I’m nearly crying!!
It’s intense!!
P.F. is horrible especially in the morning. You can barely walk the pain is excruciating. So you will just do about anything to stop it.
There are several factors in plantar foot treatment. One plan I discovered which successfully combines these is the Rohon Foot Care (google it if you're interested) definately the best resource that I have ever heard of.look at the extraordinary information .
how must does it cost ?
I'm having it done on Wednesday at a surgery facility and mine is about $900. I think it depends on the insurance you have.
Had this procedure a few months ago and all of my pain is back😢😢. I’ve had this for almost 2 years and I’m so miserable.
I am sorry to hear that. But thanks for your honest statement.
Irving Velasquez I had a steroid injection about 6 weeks ago and I’m pain free! If it comes back, my doctor will be performing the release surgery. I was very skeptic of the injection, but I feel fantastic for the time being😊
@@carpediemwithLesli Many people do well with this, so don’t lose hope❤️
@@carpediemwithLesli This Dr says you can put weight on it right away, but common sense says that the longer (2-5days) you can go w/o putting weight on it, the better the chance youll heal better. Wheelchair, crutches, laying down...
@@carpediemwithLesli Coincidentally Ive been surfing these Tenjet & Tenex videos bc of issues Ive had for a few years in my right elbow, lateral epicondylitis. Ive done a lot of treatments, although not the cortisone injections bc Ive heard they only mask the discomfort/injury, and never really felt relief unless I completely stop working out/exercising (which isnt an option). If you dont mind, what does this cost, it seems like it only takes a few minutes. Im still researching to see who does this in my area. (Im in St Pete/Tampa.) Hope your procedure is successful and you find relief!
I have it
Go for the surgery
Has anyone tried this?
Candice Clare Hi Candice. I had the procedure February 2015. I was good for about a year. The area always felt numb, I began having cramps all the time in that foot and at the end of 2016 all of my pain came back. I'm in more pain, the back of my foot looks totally different from my other foot. It may be swollen at all times from inflammation. I'm not sure but I'm meeting with a new podiatrist on Friday and I can keep you posted. The surgery went great, went back to work shortly afterwards but my recent research is stating I should've been recommended for physical therapy post surgery. I can keep you posted if u like...✌
Thanks so much! has the physical therapy helped?
How are you doing now??
@@Gerzell1986 how are you now? did you get orthotics post procedure?
What is the cash price of this procedure?
I'm having it done on Wednesday at a surgery facility and mine is about $900. I think it depends on the insurance you have.
What insurance do you have?
Just because of this injury I have increased my weight 25 kgs in 3 years I can't do anything I have tried everything everything I had tried
swimming and a good diet?
There are a couple of discordant notes in this scenario: (1) Notice how many times the phrase "“kamfofo space” (Google it) " appears? Strikes me as odd that so many patients would use the identical phrase. (2) This podiatrist is stretching it (pardon pun) when he claims that he probably sees (10-15 cases a day.) Also, the featured patient (golfer) could stand to lose some weight instead of relying on an invasive procedure that cannot be without risk.
I`ve been adhering to this plantar fasciitis remedy , Sαnzoka Mula (Go ogle it) for a couple of days and I am pleased that it has relieved the soreness. I can in fact stroll and jog effortlessly, and I`m positive after the week I`ll be able to get back to my soccer exercise. I reckon that my trainer is mistaken about stating that it`s not possible to alleviate plantar fasciitis within days.
Lost 30 kg, went away completely.
My doctor was like "hey man, ease up on the running...and doritos". Big 10/4 doc, thanks.
Happened to me 87kg to 74kg now. I just lost weight and i dont feel the pain as before
I m having it since 4 months. What I consider now after 4 months of pain and research is i should try to loose my weight and then I will see how it feels... your comment is so encouraging for my new goal.
You can fix this with stretching and exercise...in most cases. Not everything has to be surgically repaired. Takes a little longer but it's free. Being overweight doesn't do your knees and feet any good either. There are countless videos on this
Stretch and exercise does not always work especially if you have a bone spur. I have had planter faucitis over 10 years and have developed a bone spur looking forward to having this surgery to relieve the pain.
No you can't. Stretching and exercise won't make healthy tissue normal again.
@@michellematt1262Did you get better after surgery?
What an advertisement. Don't do it.
Always thought deep massage to the feet was better , scar tissue's more around the foot , as pain coming from there , but mybe not 🤷

That girl is hot
I don’t find that patient very believable he was ummming and ahhing a lot like he’s been paid to say that
these are fake patients do not do this
I function as a nurse and have been experiencing plantar pain for a few years. I got plantar fasciitis treatment method , Sαnzoka Mula (Go ogle it) and a couple of days of sticking to it my soreness is totally over. I don’t go through the disorder any more ever since I stop utilizing medications and it`s easy to determine if there`s still any soreness left. .
