Sounds more like the BeatleHams! Hey didn't those guys beat me up in 8th grade on the Northwest side of Chicago in 1964? Nice Scepters style haircuts...just sayin'!
Not mentioned was George LeGros (appearing in the first part of the video). He was in the band for a very short time... sang lead vocals until he was drafted in 1966.
is was taped before they had a recording contract but grew a into adeal with USA records i call your name was their first hit laudy miss claudy was on the flip i think
Can a young Dennis Tufano have been any cuter? Looks like Paul Petersen's (The Donna Reed Show) twin. And, for kids who were singing live, they're more talented than ANYTHING that passes for "young talent" today...
I suppose I don't have a horse in this race, but the comments left thus far by the bewildered herd are about as nasty (and utterly inaccurate) as I've ever seen. Mr. Miccolis gave the world the prettiest organ solo in popular music. If I took these moronic remarks one-by-one, I'd be here until they were planting tomatoes on Mars. But really, find something else to do while waiting for the methadone clinic to open- these boys are good. -Douglas Antreassian
It's really a kick reading all this stuff about my old band and won't make any comments other than the first manned flight to Mars is scheduled for 2020. Save your tomato seeds. Peace.
@christianhirko Dennis Tufano is right there, singing lead. These are literally The Buckinghams at their earliest. Why not do some research instead of making dumb comments.

Buckinghams drummer is doing his best to channel Ringo (with the head shakes).

they look like 50s throwbacks
Not a single real Buckingham's song. All copies and covers.
This is before their hit songs. They were singing cover songs early on.

I always dug the band but, and no offense directed to Dennis Miccolis, the roller rink organ sound drove me up a wall.
Damn, How young they are. They must have been like 16 to 18. WOW!
Not the real group no Denny Tufano a copy group
+Christian Thomas Hirko
A copy group? Are you kidding? Just who do you think is singing lead?
I don't see Nick Fortuna either
@@saltcitystud Nick is on bass in the last two segments.
