Definitely have 5 builders first, so that 1 or 2 of them can work on the lower level quick upgrades (cannons, archer towers, storages) while the Builder Pot is active. Then acquire more Runes from the Supercell ID Store

Yo judo, you can upgrade to next town hall if new defenses are being built, so I have an idea, go to next town hall and cancel the upgrade, so you can have a sort of engineered base 1:55 ….think about it
This is why I accepted long ago that I'll never have a max level base, nor be competitive, and just have what fun I can in my little casual Wars, CWLs, and Raids. I rushed my TH11 to TH13 mid last year just so I could at least have all the Heroes. I just refuse to spend more money than Season and Event passes, and even those feel like a waste a lot of the time.
Crazy the upgrades at the beginning take seconds now whereas when I started it would take hours. They really shrunk TH1-TH9 extremely with the new updates. Honestly it's too easy now
Judo I would recommend for you to call your bank beforehand and let them know about the big purchases you make for the content. It'll save you some time before even starting the videos. Hopefully that helps keep the bank from potentially declining
