I hope you all thoroughly enjoyed 5:04 💩
Perfectly captured what everyone was feeling at that moment
That edit! XD
That was absolutely hilarious man lmaooo
yes
greg, i have a suggestion to inspect how much the intel system consume power against ryzen one, we know intel consumes more on load but lower in normal task. for example 12 hrs of usage with 4/5hrs of light task like movie/youtube/browsing + 4/5hrs of gaming + 3/4hrs of heavy task on both system if there's way to measure. it could be an interesting thing since you are capable of actually inspecting such!
Can we just take a second to appreciate the time Greg takes to do the captions for his videos? Seriously cool. And we know its him because there is absolutely no way that youtube could spell smexy lol
Also Chicken Nuggets
@@Flashdrive43200 thankfully you are both the og commenter and the second commenter because both of these are very under rated
You can also tell at 19:46 when he got tired of putting in the hyphen
If only It wasn't an intern doing the Captions. You're not the brightest are you?
@@ehrgeiz5649 ok, I'm sorry. Even so, the fact that they don't just let youtube try to figure out what's being said is all I meant. No need to be rude lol
Can we just take a second to appreciate the fact that Greg disassembles PC components while the PC is still standing straight just for the sake of his fans to see it?
Like there was a Fix or flop episode where he took out an intel CPU while the PC was standing upright.
Can we talk about that amazing cable management? I just finished building my first PC ever, and oh boy the cables drove me nuts.
Would be great to see tips and trick on how to get that clean cable management.
Best advice is to first make sure they aren't chafing or pulled tight, and then just get it to a level you are happy with for now without it being a snakes nest of cables, can always tweak it later don't stress over it
After seeing that CPU insertion the only thing I could think of is that the next episode of Fix/Flop will feature Greg's own PC.
I built a new pc a few days ago and the same thing happened to me when inserting the CPU and my heart almost stopped
Hi! I'm a silent viewer of your videos. I am a computer technician here in Philippines but doesn't own a PC. That's why I am working hard to build my own gaming/editing rig, I'm really inspired by your contents. Seeing you building, disassembling, cleaning, and giving parts to your viewers, makes me want to do what you're doing also.
Hey Greg, just built my first PC a week ago. I can't thank you enough for your videos, you have no idea how helpful they are especially for beginners like me. Please keep doing what you're doing man
Greg your timing is impeccable.
At the end of the video Greg goes through how to install windows on a new system.
I am in the process of reviewing parts for my first ever PC and I was very worried about installing windows and such but the steps you showed at the end of the video (and the sponsor of the video) has eased my worries so much!
Thanks for the information, it is invaluable to me right now.
Glad we could help! 😁
i did the windows drive thing on an old win 7 pc and i didnt even need a key, but yea it works great....
"Looks like it'll fit". PC Building 101 ladies and gentleman. lol Seriously, nice build Greg!
I have to say the whole build came together nicely! Great work Greg.
Greg! For some reason your content just feels so much more relatable to me than other tech content creators. Like you’re just that friend from highschool who loved computers. I’ve been binging your videos lately. Keep up the great work
We do really enjoy Greg! I like how you are so detailed and how you think your fans Think so we relate in pretty much everything. Your channel and efforts are so worthy!
Loved that you went with a Aircooler. Cool Build.
My kids build is in the same case, I love it. Was pretty easy to work in (at least for me), and looks great too.
that build looks really nice. the mint green cables is a nice touch
Good choice in case. I like how you went a simple yet clean case.
Greg your builds are always very well thought out. Not only with component selection but aesthetics as well
Thanks Greg! The content you make is amazing! I really enjoy how time you spend providing us with great information!!!
I tried windows 11 for a month and switched back to 10. It's just a buggy UI change and I just don't feel like wasting my time testing it for Microsoft.
This is awesome! I look forward to hearing your feedback on the 12900k and the build as a whole! The RAM is also intriguing, however, since DDR5 is in its infancy and DDR4 is essentially fully optimized/maxed out, as far as the engineering goes with its speeds and cast latency's, I also cant wait to hear your thoughts on it as well! Keep up the great work and thanks for keeping in those awkward moments for us. It really keeps your videos genuine and I am sure most of your fans appreciate it greatly! Have a great holiday, Greg!
After Christmas I’m starting to save for my new pc and everytime I watch one of these videos it gives me more n more knowledge of how to do the software/actual build
THX for the videos, very instructive
Love the build video Greg and the time you took to go over the details of your new editing PC. To you and your family Happy Holidays.
Enjoyed, thanks!!
Amazing products, so looking forward to Black Friday
love your videos man! keep up the good work. i also want to thank you for making the videos you make because it def gave me the courage to build my own rig!!
Nice build Greg! Grats man!
Tnx for the key discount! Nice machine. Very nice cable mgmt
I have the P300, it was annoying to build/upgrade in a few times due to a lack of excess room, but it looks good and everything fits perfectly
nice clean build!
Love the black on black build. Clean AF
Thank you!
Super sick build dude! Love the black with small green accents. Keep up the good work dude!
that looks so nice!
Great video Greg! What an awesome build
Thanks very much bro from New Zealand
loved this Fix or Flop episode!
Minty! Nice, I dig it. If you decide to add some additional m.2 drives via the expansion card, I'm curious to see how the GPU temps fare.
Built my first computer in 7 years this weekend and used your code for the Win 10 key discount. love watching your videos. they helped me out a lot on this build.
Looks great Greg! 👍🏼
Phanteks cases are all super dope, nice build amigo
Hey Greg, just came across this upload and it's great! I also use an Phanteks 300A and i'm very happy with it! tip from my side: put the front fans between the case and the front cover. Just looks a bit sweeter. greets from the Netherlands!
congrats on the new pc, probably gonna build mine soon
P300a is such a good little case, use it in 95% of all my budget builds the only issuewith using it for a more premium build is a lack of a usb type c front header
that is a amazing sleek editing build Greg, I hope it renders ure vids faster :)
Man I absolutely love the videos keep it up and that computer is a beast
It's a great day whenever Greg posts a video😁
Yay! :-D
@@GregSalazar chicken nuggets 🤣😂
Agreed!!!
Sleek, Quiet, Black and No USELESS BLINDING RGB. Here a thumb up for you Greg 👍👍👍👍👍
Very nice of corsair to send those kits of DDR5! Awesome stuff!
i love the P300A, it is by far my favorite case i have built in
COOL VIDEO GREG!
Smexy machine. I also love Phantek cases. I used the Enthoo pro M TG myself.
9:31, thats a sleek cable management
Was hoping to catch some quick tests and thermals before the end.
I would love it if u include cable management in the videos too!
Nice Rig Greg!
Do you think a noctua cooler which fits would be better than the solution you chose?
The build look so clean sheesh, beautiful. Love that green touch on that 2080 :D
Congrats!
congrats on your new pc greg
Great build Greg looks amazing 👏
Thanks! I appreciate it.
Punctuation would make it clear whether you think it's Greg or his build you think looks amazing. 😁
@@rodneysherrill1248 what are you the punctuation police 🙄
@@rodneysherrill1248 I second this 🤣🤣
@@rodneysherrill1248 Why not both? :)
I wish I had seen this vid back when I first rebuilt my pc. Installing windows was the one thing I had no idea about and was worried about. I just couldn't find any pc building videos that really explained the process like you did that helped reduce my concerns. Great video! Great build!
Thanks for the support!
@@GregSalazar AHHHH THANK YOU FOR NOTICING ME SENPAI
Noice! Will you be posting the temps from that ID Cooling air cooler? I'm thinking of upgrading my Mugen 5.
I have this pc case and I do love it
Thank you!!!! This is what I've been looking for as far as the windows download. Theres so many build videos on YT but very few show what to do AFTER the build is complete.. It's almost irresponsible. As someone just learning it's frustrating that its always passed over. Realistically a build is just a expensive paper weight... untill windows or a OS has to be manually put on the paper weight to make it useful. Thank you for taking the time to explain what what many others ignore 👍 one of many reasons you're becoming my favorite Tech UA-camr!
I like the the top comes off the P330A if you need to reach the CPU power cables with big hands. It is 7 screws to take the top off but it is better than removing the tower cooler to get some cables
Great video, love the build! I wanted to ask what fans are you using I love the look of them but I didn't see them listed on the parts list unless I am blind.
I've got that same case and I love it, got a 2060 in it. Great case and a great price!
That things a beast !
New subscriber. Loving everything so far! What case fans did you use? I am looking to upgrade my case fans, because mine aren't the best lol. Thanks, Greg!
Loved the video, you earned a sub!
Thanks for the Windows key tips, Greg. I was hesitant to trust a website like that so I've been running on a non-activated windows which is annoying to say the least. Just activated both of my builds!
Was looking forward to that m.2 pci contraption…. A RAID setup would’ve been sweet!
Very nice job, Greg!
Glad you liked it!
Great video! What mic do you use? Is it just the one you have on your shirt or do you have a different mic for the sounds of the build? Thank you!
Straight up, VIP-SCD is awesome. I purchased utilizing a different GS code during Black Friday for a PC build as a Christmas present for my son. It wouldn't work (because they expire after a period of time), got on chat, provided order number and my email, within seconds support gave me another code, stayed online till new code was authenticated and Win 10 Pro was installed and running. Mega thanks to Greg and SCD.
Great build, awesome cable management. One recommendation - use Windows 11 as that has the improved scheduler for Alder lake.
Nice build
Pc is gorgeous. When I'm able to work again I'll either try to fix the pc I have now or I want to build one like this.
clean af !!!!
Nice build. I was under the impression that Windows 11 was required to have optimal allocation of the P and E cores on the 12000 series CPU's. I agree that Phanteks makes the cable management about as easy as it's going to get.
Really curious what your temps are using that cooler with the 12900K. My friend has the Dark Rock Pro 4 but his 12900K is hitting 100c when rendering. I'm actually also using the SE-226-XT with my i5 12600KF and temps are stable at 60c in cinebench R23.
Hey greg, May I ask where'd you get the grill for your case fans? Plus do they have rgb or is the rgb coming from the fans themselves/reflecting to the grill? Great video as always!
I know youre not interested in "beta" testing Windows 11, but with Alder Lake, Windows 11 is really optimized to work with the P&E cores of the 12 series CPUs. You would probably be better off with Windows 11 over Windows 10 for that fact alone.
I hate when people are scared to try new things. Especially when it's a PC tech channel. But I guess it's his choice.
Legend has it that Greg is already exporting next year's set of videos with this new rig tonight.
Nice man, love your videos!
Thanks for watching!
@@GregSalazar always
Excited!!!! You made me want to build my own pc 😂 so thanks
Will you do a more in-depth review of that ID-Cooling SE-226-XT? The smaller brother SE-224-XT version has some pretty favorable reviews out there. Also what fans in the case? Don't think I see it on the video description.
Greg! How did the CPU cooler end up working? I'm struggling to find one that fits in my case and can handle my 12600k
Hey Greg show us u doing cable management man!
You know there's a graphic card shortage when a famous tech youtuber is using a last gen GPU...LOL
Love the build! What are the fans used in this tho they look super clean
*My First PC Build which is my current one, lmao was this SAME case but it was too small even for a Mid-tower Case made it hard for me as I had the Coolmaster Hyper 212 was too much so I swapped it out for the Corsair 4000D case.*
Honestly I know nothing about pcs but I really enjoy watching this guy’s videos, they’re so entertaining!
From what I have seen so far on the i9-12900 you will find that it runs extremely hot and the air cooler may not cut it. You might be better off with off with a 360 AIO
Only time I’ve seen it “extremely hot” is in synthetic benchmarks. I’d say it’s just fine with that cooler.
That’s an exhaust fan? From the x covering it looks like intake
Kinda cool how we share the same case now, looks sick. But i find it weird how my side rgb doesn't lit up, might copy the fan setup😁👌
P300 series case from Phanteks is good choice for budget build and even premium build! 👍
Wow, thats crazy. I literally just left a comment yesterday on your last fix or flop video asking you to test some budget air coolers from ID Cooling and Thermalright and a few others in the $30 to $45 range. Its like you read my mind before I even left the comment. The only way I would had been more excited is if you had gotten one of the Thermalright twin tower coolers like the Peerless or something. I really like those and they should perform well.
There is something I need to ask, those green cables came with the power supply? They look dope. I wanna get some of those for me.
Just finished my sons PC for Christmas. Some leftover parts and roughly 350 dollars and bam! i3-10100f, be quiet Pure Rock Slim 2, Asus TUF Matx board, 16 GB Ram 3200 Corsair, NZXT 510 Elite all nice and new then recycled 500gb SSD, Asus Strix 1080, Evga G2 750 watt. I will say the CPU cooler is super cute in this build XD
Nice, ive got the same look.
An Aorus Master board for the all black.
A DarkRock Pro4
Asus Strix (last gen)
