I don't know if you guys realize how valuable these types of episodes are. Love your other formats but this right here gets me to bookmark the video so I make sure to watch it more than once.
100% I’m exactly the same and have commented the same in previous videos. This format is what gets me going and is why I tuned in on this podcast in the first place
I couldn't agree more. No exaggeration, honing judgment, and decision-making skills is an absolute game-changer. It's mind-boggling how many folks struggle with this, even bigwig business owners and CEOs. With practice and a growth mindset, we can become proficient in this vital skill set. Just keep exploring and let the sparks of enthusiasm ignite new possibilities! Sometimes, the most unexpected connections can lead to groundbreaking insights and solutions.
The link for The Decision Register goes to an 404 page (because theres a parentheses in the URL)but here is my take on it: The Decision Register: 6:15 1. What is the Decision 2. What date will you revisit this; Set a Date!
LOVE the concept and template for the Decision Register... Hindsight is always 20/20 and our perception changes around events over time so being able to look back at these key moments is an awesome idea to grow more efficiently! Thanks for sharing
This framework is the same type of thing the military implements for fighter and bomber pilots come back from flying a mission - The Debrief. What happened? What was done right? What was done wrong? What can be learned? What should be done differently (if anything) next time?
I'm a big fan of this kind of talk. Frameworks, finance, and the inside baseball from businesses you're familiar with (like newsletters). I think there's a a lot of people who would like to hear more about newsletter tips and lessons learned. Even in the weeds of getting sponsors and managing the sales team.
Greaaaaaat vid guys!!! As a fellow Tony Robbins fan, Shaan do you ever ask yourself when you make a "mistake" or have a problem, "What's great about this problem?" That's a question he asks to ask yourself and whenever I run into a problem and try to use that question it makes me sizzle 😣 do you have a similar alternative question one can ask themselves that'll help see the problem from a "positive" perspective?
About 5% of my portfolio is in uranium stocks, any suggestions for any other stocks that would allow me to increase my $200,000 capitalization to $500,000?
You should know that it is both easy and difficult to make this much profit. I say "easy" because it's very possible to make that much, and "difficult" because you need professional help to do it, and I recommend that you get help from a market advisor.
@@Jack-smith991 I don't want to reveal too much but yes, I have been consulting with an advisor and through his guidance I have been able to make a dividend of about $24,000 per month, it's simple and not as complicated as it used to be!

A ridiculously effective technique and underrated technique. I'm writing a short ebook on my process. Should drop in September 2023. Been learning and developing the art since 2018. Hit me up if anyone is interested. Would love to collab, Shaan! ♥
Totally agree with Shaan at the end! Love when you just talk about stuff you enjoy. Even if some topics may not be completely relevant on the surface, feel like there are nuggets that can be applied in broader contexts
This podcast resonates with me. I recently wrote a book called "Cognitive Factor" , like a visual explanations for cognitive factors. It started out as my own list of bias& decided to publish . In almost all decision making situation, i can refer to a chapter.
Love all the talk about decision making frameworks!! Y'all talked about the Delphi method a few episodes ago 🙂 ..we curate a library of tools and techniques for decision making at the Uncertainty Project (just for fun as a little passion project) - explicit/systematic decision making should be talked about more 👍

More content like this. Very helpful.
Love to see more content from Shaan's frameworks.
Would be great to see an episode on frameworks for taking (and evaluating) life decisions as well!
Shaan is a legend. Also, this framework can be applied to life decisions as well. What's stopping you from applying them?

Huge fan of this. Another banger by Shaan. More of his frameworks and lessons
Weird episode. I liked the way it was going abt decision making. Then it felt random. And too short.
