I had an opportunity to work with Dr Browning during my internship at selian. He is an extraordinary surgeon something i have not seen yet, very humble and knowledgable. he is still a testimony to many, he has touched many lives and brought happiness and smiles in many faces.
Dr. Browning has been to the Bridge Church, Kirribilli and he is a wonderful Christian man. I did know he was in Tanzania. He’s amazing. Since my daughter went to the Anglican Church at Kirribilli she just loves it so much. Our God is a wonderful God.
Wow - this man is SO inspiring. And although I am an atheist and can’t make myself believe, I really admire the Christians who follow a servant-leader model. Incredible. 😊❤
I have sat hear listening to this and felt utterly shamed by my lack of action and my lack of gratitude. What a wonderful example of faith and service. Thank you to you both - men of God.
What a magnificent interview with an inspiring missionary doctor. I learned a great deal from this heartwarming and touching interview. A real blessing. Thank you.
A great mind making sacrifices for humanity. I am African and i know the sacrifices people are making for the development of our communities. That is why i don't believe in racism. People of all colours have people with good and bad heart and all Africans and people of all cultures are welcomed to contribute towards the development of Africa.
Once again Mr Anderson thank you so much for this inspiring conversation. Dr Browning clearly lives his faith and illustrates how much we in the West could learn from those whose material standards of living are so much worse than ours.
How many times can one press the like button? This discussion makes me feel how much of life we are missing out on now a days. I live in a city where very few want help and those that do are suspicious of help because often there are strings attached. Thank you for this interview. God bless.
Inspiring to hear of his selfless Christian service and interesting stories. Well thought out interview questions (challenges doing service, donations with strings attached, black lives matter, etc). Thank you from Canada!
Does revive some faith in human nature to hear this wonderful man and to listen to your interviews more generally. Also there have been many people in colonial times who did as much as they could, in more ignorant times, to help those they could. Whether this is forgotten or dismissed seems ungrateful that you dont hear it from those in power whose people benefitted.
At 6 years of age, he felt called by God. Andrew clearly believed that God gave him the gift of medicine and Andrew went right on delivering it to others! Godly love comes in so many other forms. ‘By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.’
Should have a conversation with Fellow Professor Glen Mola from the University of Papua New Guinea | UPNG · ObGyn and Reproductive Health MBBS, DPH, FRCOG, FRANZCOG, MRACGP OL CSM whom recently was awarded an AO for distinguished service to medicine as an obstetrician and gynecologist, to research and tertiary education, and to professional associations. He was going to become a monk and was about to take Holy orders before he heard God calling him in a different direction. Not only serving gynecology and reproduction but is on the absolute forefront in the battle of TB where 30,000 new cases are presenting every year right on Australia's doorstep, yet no-one outside of that area knows about it.
Shocking that leaders of these countries have done so little for womens health yet more is done by foreign doctors and organisational aid Where are the contributions to African assistance really spent These operations are essential for suffering women especially those whose husbands leave them unwilling to contend with the miserable problem
To my mind it's the birth that is the issue which makes it even more reprehensible. It would not cost much for women to have access to a midwife, and more importantly prenatal medical care, so women facing difficult labours could make arrangements to give in birth in hospitals. This is how the west solved this problem. At the very least her feet might not have been put in boiling water. I have heard of strange midwifery advice in England in the Middle Ages, but never anything like that.
PS even in Britain in the 1950s and 60s women gave birth at home with a midwife who arrived on a bicycle, but she had been coming to visit throughout the pregnancy to check blood pressure, the babies position, hip size etc.
Christ offers the most uninspiring selling pitch of what walking in his steps means. And watching this doctor shows the fruits that it brings forth. They hated Him first.
@@MrJoel9679 Actually the youtube version is pretty good. It was the audio on spotify I was struggling with. Turned it up really loud to hear Dr Browning but then John blew me away!!
People are ALL too willing to forget....Hospitals and caring for the sick came from Christianity, Education came from the Church in all its forms, Science was developed by Christians out of the monastries and the seat of the Church....not very much to be grateful to be sure!!
I don't truly believe many Doctors can entertain the idea of religious stuff though being scientists. Gaaasp. I think you go along with the charade to tap into the support and encourage funding for the worthy cause because you're a decent human or prefer the experience for how you get to run things etc.
Not Africa 🙄 that’s a continent not a country 🤦🏾♀️ which country? And there’s millions of doctors throughout the continent, so not sure how this is a headline??

An African here, what a heartfelt human. May God Almighty bless him & his household immensely 🙏🏿
Thank you for your service sir.
I had tears in my eyes , in the story of the lady from Ngolo. For the first time I understood what human dignity means
Dr Browning absolutely walks his talk, and just look at the results!
One of the best episodes ever, thank you for providing this interview with this remarkable Christian!
What a remarkable man! Thank you John Anderson..

What an inspiring testimony - God bless you Dr Browning
A story of Hope, Love and Blessings
Thank you Dr. Browning for fulfilling your God given calling.

What a great and inspiring man. Hearing his dedication to others really makes me think about what I'm doing with my life.

Totally agree
You have to judge people individually. As you said, there are good she bad people of all races.
God bless you both. This was wonderful
Just so uplifting
Thank you both

What an amazing person. God bless you Andrew.
Inspiring and enlightening. Thanks to you both!

I am watching this in tears , thank you daktari .
Dr Browning worked with Catherine Hamblin. Marvelous work they did
Inspiring to hear of his selfless Christian service and interesting stories. Well thought out interview questions (challenges doing service, donations with strings attached, black lives matter, etc). Thank you from Canada!
Very inspiring!
What an inspirational testimony and witness.
This doctor epitomises what it is to be selfless and truly good. Humbling

Thank you for the interview! He is an Inspiration….. lord bless him! ❤😊
Dr Browning is definitely the one who knocks.
Ni kweli sisi tunasukuru kwa hali zetu
Asante sana Dr kwa kuishi na kuuona uzuri wa watanzania

Another Great One J.A. I think I just watched Jim Caviezel's next movie role
always enjoy, John
Many thanks from Kenya!
Asante sana 😊
I wonder what are the chances of a nurse being able to work in Africa? I will definitely buy your book to learn more about your experience.
We would more than be happy to have you with open arms..God be with on your purpose 🙏🏿

this was super interesting
I daresay our weather in Africa helps with the cheer up factor.
How can one donate financially please?
Barbara May Foundation sounds like the right place.
Christ offers the most uninspiring selling pitch of what walking in his steps means. And watching this doctor shows the fruits that it brings forth. They hated Him first.
How shocking that only a very few people are concerned about this in African countries.
A shame about the audio. If I turned it up John was really loud and I couldn't hear Dr Browning from time to time. Just me?
Might be your head set if you are using one. One earbud weaker than the other. E.g the left is weaker.

Got robbed!
Living rough in the African wilderness. Mr Macho Man. The talk Anderson loves. Next will come the Muslim or Communist hordes!!! Lol.
Not Africa 🙄 that’s a continent not a country 🤦🏾♀️ which country? And there’s millions of doctors throughout the continent, so not sure how this is a headline??
Several countries, hence the title. Tip: watch before commenting.
Did you watch the video?
He wrote a book
Perhaps listen to the first few sentences when John speaks of the many countries, and the video which gives further context to this question.
