aa53blahblahblah....Trinidad is clean don't be stupid, everyone talk about it,especially Venezuelans..you know what a dirty country really is? Trinidad is dirty in the usual places, the vendor/market back streets and maybe places where residents keep heaps of garbage,so if your neighborhood is that dirty time to look at your self and your neighbors..
Aanand Kumar I just visited Mauritius! It's also a beautiful island! A lot of similarities to Trinidad and Tobago including diversity of people and culture!!
@ZIDANE DZ,Jus Becarefull in yur traveling, Danger lurks everywhere, Bro. Sammie/USA/Trinidad &Tobago, West lndies. Many islands of the blue Caribbean seas...
I did say Trinidad is very underrated as a tourist destination.. things like, the diversity, party's, food, culture, natural beauty and carnival make Trinidad a place people should go..
Shane Danster Can you do driving in Grenada 🇬🇩 as it's very close to Trinidad. Also it's where my parents are from, btw what r u listening to ... u should b listening to some soca calypso...lol
I'm guessing you are talking to me. I try to explain in my videos, that you can't have lots of music in your videos. I have many videos that are blocked and I need to go back and fix them and upload again. This video took me 4 tries at uploading and mixing up the audio in the video to avoid copyright problems. This video is over 11GB. Imagine me uploading it 4 times now and it finally worked. I would like to drive around and blast music... but I can't I thought I would get away with the Indian music, but I got about 1/3 of my video hit with Copyright violations. As far as Grenada, I have been there before. I just wasn't making video back then. I've been thinking about going again, I'm just not sure.
Trinidad is a little different from Grenada in that there are several indian stations and a larger indian population. A lot of people listen to that music (folks in the central and south part of Trinidad especially)
Trinidad is totally different from Grenada in terms of demographic, geographic and population, Trinidad is much larger than Grenada my last visit I didn't see one traffic light in Grenada, Trinidad also much developed than Grenada has 13 times their population .what I believe are common with both islands is our accents ,culture, music and food, British controlled Grenada,Tobago and Trinidad headquarters in Trinidad colonial days my mother grandparents were from Grenada
Wow, I've not been home in almost 2 decades, there's a shit ton of traffic on the road to Maracas in this video. Definitely was never this much traffic back in the day. In 1997 & 1998, the TT Gov at the time decided to re-pave Maracas road from the pillars to the beach. I was hired by the Survey Contractor as part of the team to survey that road, as well as 4 other roads in Trinidad. I walked the road to Maracas beach 13 times in total. The last walk was from pillars to beach in 1 go. Road is just about 12.3 KM from Pillars to beginning of beachway(where bathers go). RIP to Mr. G. Lovell(Uncle George), best surveyor in TT Lands and Surveys for decades running.
You are a very good driver you drive on that maracas road like a Trini you can handle your self and your video is very nice I go there all the time when I lived there thank you for good memories
I do appreciate your videos of trinidad. It takes a no good hater like chris to state your videos are boring he probably lives there and is bored of hi.self thats why he finds it boring. Whenever i get homesick i watch your videos. I love them. Thank you for making them
That road to the North Coast was built by the US armed forces which were stationed in Trinidad during World War II. Thank you to them for that because it must have been really difficult to get to and from Maracas, Las Cuevas, La Filette, Blanchichuisse etc. before that road.
Hi, I recently found your channel and I love it. I'm from Trinidad and I absolutely love my country and I love how people like you showcase the beauty of my country. You should check out our smaller brother Tobago!
Those simple arrow signs make all the difference on that road,Trinidad has all the right signs everywhere,a very safety conscious country probably due to our industrial history,a big little country, just look around.
Hi Richard, I see that you are in my country at the moment and I hope you have a good time! I will recommend this part of Trinidad for foreigners planning a brief visit to the island.
Ricard thanks for the video. I went to Maracas Bay on Sundays when I was a child. It was nice to see how developed Maraval where you had to pass through has developed. I left Trinidad decades ago. I still consider it my home. You could have turned right at the beginning instead of driving all around the Savannah. That is why I don't like GPS. I don't think that one should try to drive fast when going up that narrow road with so many curves especially in a place like Trinidad.
I looked an article about the biggest round about in the World, and people in Malaysia complain that this isn't round. It is a round about that.... isn't circular.
@ 17:26 - The guy in front of you is driving slow because he knows its a dangerous road. BTY, are you acrophobic? Did you notice you've been heading uphill for a long time?
I don't usually like to talk about my finances. But, in the Live stream video I made yesterday i talked about it. You can see some about it if you read the "About" section of my UA-cam page. Otherwise I don't like talking about my income.
Richard's World Traveller yeah, well I can understand why.. ..most people like to keep their finances a private matter. I want to ask, how far have you travelled around Trinidad??? Is it a place you'd recommend as a tourist destination if you had to???
The last comment of killer kaief was that of Brian Woodward who borrowed Kaiefs computer unknown to him. I was unable to get internet for my own at the time. I live in Canada and was unable to sleep the night before because of ignorant people in Trinidad. As soon as I get internet for my computer I will establish my IP address on this youtube site.

That's funny lol
U passed the good viewing areas tho
3:01 Queen's Royal College clock tower. The number one school in Trinidad and Tobago!
Trinidad is such a beautiful country.
You can drive off a cliff if you go too fast and don't know the road, then you'd be stuck behind a rusty wreck at the bottom of a long drop.
Yeah up by Paramain.
Richard great job. I am enjoying the ride to the 🌴 with you. I am from Trinidad l never drive there definitely not brave enough to drive to Maracas.😜
Night driving must trually be a challenge
No not really once ur familiar with the place it's cool
No
Hes driving slow bc the roads are narrow and windy. Relax and enjoy your time in paradise
For a minute I thought he was going in circles...then he's saying its not a round about lol.
Wow. You a fan of Bollywood music. Ooom shanti Ooom!!
Richard, how about less complaints about the size and shape of the roundabout.

That slow driver might be older or just want to arrive alive ✌🏼
Not even 2 minutes in and this man's getting on my flickin nerves.
Hi Richard, I see that you are in my country at the moment and I hope you have a good time! I will recommend this part of Trinidad for foreigners planning a brief visit to the island.
Wow, going into a traffic circle the wrong way... yah that would take some getting used to
You was watching too, cool!
Humbled by what I see, hope my country becomes like this someday
Why country are you from?

the savannah is one way now, hence the reason for him going all around, you must have not been home in awhile
Trini Sheik Thanks for letting me know. I left decades ago.
islandgirl3330 I too left in 1980 but I have always keep up to date in all that is going on there, although I haven't been back in ten years
Reminds me of Miramar Florida
You were definitely listening to the wrong radio stations
U probably the first person I heard to say its not a roundabout 😂😂😂

@@RichardsWorld a roundabout don't have to be a circle shapes it can be many shapes ,oval-shaped or looped

YOU"RE A VERY GOOD DRIVER BRO...👍
At least the government has done a positive thing by putting those arrows up. It could be dangerous if you don't know that road.
First this guy complains about people driving too slow, then he's worried about driving off a cliff...smh
I enjoyed this immensely, thanks for the Narration as you went along too
Nice video
Lol, 36 minutes of driving, no beach to look at, WTH?
This is a video of driving to the beach, I actually have a video or two of walking this beach.

that is not true there is much more traffic than what you are seeing
