Thanks Mike. Had a look at Tesseract last week when you posted the OSCS schedule and already requested notification of the launch. I like how the game organically ramps up the tension (assuming that the frequency of breaches will increase as the game progresses) which is an elegant mechanism imho. I like puzzle Pandemic like games. And there are lots of dice. Should be right up my particle accelerator* *That wasn't meant as a double entendre, but if it gets a giggle I'll take it lol
Mike, I can't tell if you'll read this comment down the road, but I wanted to let you know that Barnes And Noble restocked Mega Man Adventures on their website and at a few of their stores as of today (Sunday, October 23, 2022) and maybe it could be something you could look down the road. I know you wanted to get your own copy at some point in time, so I thought I make you aware of their small restock on it as of today. I hope that helps, even though I'm leaving this comment on a video for another game (in this case, Tesseract).
@@OneStopCoopShop I hope that helps in a way. If you want to do that route for now, that's an option. I can't tell why stores are getting stock of the game before people who pre-ordered through the publisher's website are getting their copies (I assume you also got it through the publisher's website), but it's a mystery to me what's that the case now, especially with the publisher slient on the matter right now since I haven't seen any updates from them about the game for months on their social media or website. Anyway, whenever you get the game, I look forward to the video of the gameplay on the final copy, even if we'll very old by the time that happens.
Looks cool, not a fan that it comes only on ks like always. Not sure it's that repayable except for making the game more difficult is still more of the same
@@OneStopCoopShop when you said pandemic style game it was a pass for me actually 😅 And I don't feel from this game that it's a euro at all... You don't do anything for the sake of vp 🤢 it's a Puzzle gMe

Helps a ton. Like everybody who preordered, we are waiting for our own copies 😭

Yeah, if the card combos and board variety don’t do it for you it’ll probably feel repetitive, though I think that’s true of most light euros

We can agree to disagree on that one :)
Saying it's more of the same could also be said about Chess... Perhaps the most replayed game in human history. I guess except for Checkers. :)
For sure! But I don’t play either of those much anymore :)
Thanks Mike, for bringing this to our attention! I just backed it on Kickstarter, based on your prototype play and impressions.
Hope you enjoy it :)
Nice video, but the game doesn't seem to be fun at all. Too much to do, not many tension. The material seems really nice though.
Well fun is entirely subjective, so if it doesn’t look fun to you, then it probably isn’t :)
