Tip. Using heat to expand the inner race of a bearing that's stuck on a shaft will do wonders, sometimes the bearing will simply knock off without even using a puller. Also, if you're fitting a new bearing into a casing, freeze it for a an hour or two prior to fitting, once fitted warm it back up again before sliding the shaft into it. Also, never warm a new bearing too much, it can distort it and damage any seals that may be fitted.
Normal bearing removal in most engineering shops I have worked in. Really tight file & emery off any burrs apply a little heat. If very tight for safety we would wrap a welding blanket around the puller/ job for safety if puller were come off under load.

You should use a small propane torch to preheat the bearing and it will slip right off and the new bearing should be put in a deep fryer with oil and it will slip right back on , this is how we did a our cylinder bearing maintence on all printing presses
@@mansourzirak4076 i shall , but our tim kin bearings could not be overheated as they have to last under load for 800,000,000 impressions , if done wrong they would fail and the journal on the 400 lb cylinders would crack and it was a 72 hour tear down and refurbishment , lost production time and cost would be $100,000 , german engineering is critical and thats how we were trained ..

I love that the first one was faked by putting glue on the inside of it you could see it pulling apart as it was coming off and also that the bearing wasn't very old because you could also tell that the rest was still kind of new too
Never thought of a bearing puller as amazing....enjoy.

Pre heat bearing or use a penetrant lubricant will help to remove faster.
А как подшипник локально нагреть , не нагревая вал?
The first puller has damaged center-drill hole on the shaft.
Nice job

With the first puller, safety glasses at a bare minimum. Those bearings will explode on you.
Nice to see them foul ever end of each shaft. There is a piece that goes on the end to save the shaft face.
