I have a Dyson but after seeing this, I will have to say the Tineco. More bang for the buck and the removable battery is worth it. You and your wife did an excellent job. Can’t wait to see more episodes of the two of you.
Great video Danny! Must admit I’ve never heard of Tineco but it does seem to solve 2 of the biggest complaints I have with my Dyson V10, that is: non swappable batteries and finger fatigue from having to squeeze that darn trigger the entire time! 👍🏻 Thanks for the review!
Well I must say I’ve watched MANY videos and upon the various factors, to me, it came down to these two brands. However I couldn’t find the type of reviews I really needed to see to properly compare these two models. This video was the perfect side by side comparison to make my decision on this much needed investment. Thank you guys and I appreciate your effort. God bless💕🙂
great video! You both did forget that the Tineco S12 comes with more quality tools. The Dyson V11 got no wheels on the floor. You have to push the carpet tool with a rubber bumper. The Tineco got wheels on the floor tools. And try to clean under your sofa or bed. The Dyson looses direction and control over its floor-tools. The tools of the Tineco stays in direction and let you clean deep under furniture, bed and sofa. Greeting
I did quite a bit of research before deciding to try the Tineco A11 Master (vs a Dyson). I'm quite happy with its performance. It's not my principal vacuum as I own two Miele's as well. This was more for convenience/more often use. The biggest argument I hear is that the Dyson cyclonic system is better as the filter doesn't clog up so quickly so suction isn't impaired. What is your take of the different filter systems under regular use? I do find the Tineco filter gets clogged up if doing a major clean with it. I usually just use a Miele afterwards to clean off the filter and the parts and it's ready for next time. For less intense use it hasn't been an issue - meaning just daily quick clean ups.
Well, I just want to say that if you look at the R&D Dyson did with its vacuum cleaners the past decades it is obviously that Dyson has the most advanced cyclonic separation system out there! This keeps the premotorfilter clean, while Tineco`s will clog much earlier! But thats the tech side of the product which not all consumer will look at as deep as I do. ;-) So if you don't bother with that, Tineco seems to be a good choice. Here in Austria its price (unfortunately) its on par with Dyson V11. So if I would buy a new vacuum cleaner I would go for the dyson.
Actually there are professional did comparison more than 10 type of cordless vaccum. For mid range, tineco win. But for premium range dyson v11 win. I bought my latest dyson based on his experiment and study
Aww your wife is very pretty and seems to be a natural at being on camera. I've to see married couples support each other. I wish I had known Tineco was coming out with this one..I bought the Tineco A11 Master back in the spring on a great deal...I'm happy with it but I really like this newer model!
I dont think you need a spare battery with Dyson v11 I certainly haven't unless of course you have a huge house, granted I have a lot of hard floors. Also the way you use the Dyson at least changers the way you vacuum. No longer at least for me considered a chore I just whip around with vacuum a room or two at a time still with plenty of battery left. I also found the v11 is brilliant at deep cleaning. It lifted years of dirt in a deep pile rug we have that other Dyson vacuum missed along with a vax carpet washer and even a good shake and smash with your hands outside to rid the dust still left plenty in you couldn't see with naked eye. I dont find the V11 loud at all sure it might be louder than some models but no all. I couldn't hear our door bell if I used a corded Dyson, now I can with this, just.
One negative comment on s12, when you place it flat on the floor, the cleaner head goes above the ground. I don’t understand this design flow, Dyson is more flexible to use it to clean under a bed.
Do you still have a coupon code for the tineco? Loved this review, thank you!! Minor details that make everyday cleaning that much easier! I have 5 boys and a husband. I need a good vacuum!
Hi! 6 years ago we were given a Dyson V10 here in China. In that time the battery has failed twice. The first was replaced by Dyson in China at vast expense. I don't want to repeat that! Do you have an update on cordless vacuums? A couple of years ago I tried to get the one you recommended as s gift but it wasn't available despite brimg made in China!!!
There is blockage report and maintainance alert for dyson v11 along with display to report the run time and change languages...what do u mean by limited
We've purchased 4 high-end dyson stick vacs over the years. The battery wears out after about six months and there's no way to replace it reasonably. We finally looked for alternatives and already replaced vacuums at both of our homes with Tineco
They wear out at 6 months? You've got to be kidding? I've had one that is used regularly for 4 years and the battery has degraded a small amount, but it is far from worn out. And replacement would just require the removal of a screw.
Dyson does not sell replacement batteries and any battery solution you find is a custom solution by 3rd parties and not worth the hassle. Seriously, we are retiring both the Dysons we got a year ago and replaced them both with Tineco
Danny ... I have been looking at this Vacuum ... But I've also been checking out the Dyson V11 Outsized (The New Version) ... Have you or your wife had any issues with your unit? I'm concerned with the LONGEVITY ... Some users have said the device has stopped working within 3 to 4 mths ... Would love to hear from you in regarding your thoughts since you guys seem to use it as your main go to!
Do you live in a one bedroom? 😭 Seriously even if I keep it on the eco setting I can’t finish a 4 bedroom house. All of my upstairs is carpet though and that seems to hurt battery life pretty hard. All depends. Dyson is great though! Can’t go wrong with either.
2:08 But why would you vacuum at night? 🤔🤣 2:23 I will say that the Tineco having removable, rechargeable batteries is really nice. Two year but not on everything. Not sure if they offer an extended warranty or not. Will be giving them a call otherwise returning vacuum
I’m trying to decide between tineco and dyson, and my heart is leaning to tineco, but my mind tells me to go with Dyson. Why? Lots of reports on prefilter being clogged with fine size dust particles, where the tineco is loosing suction very fast. We are talking about EVERY single time you use it for vacuuming your house. That’s kind of crazy. How are you guys doing with it now, few months later? Still in love with it? Any input? Thank you.
If your main priority is on suction and the power of the suction I would go with the Dyson. I do clean my Tineco at least twice a week when it comes to the filter but the Dyson doesn’t need to be serviced as much in my extended use. I hope that helps
Hi I just wanted to say thank you again for the fantastic review. The two of you are a great team and fun to watch. You do a great job of giving us an honest take on both products. For several months I've been planning to buy a v11; after watching your review I pulled the trigger and bought the Tineco pure one s12. I'm still waiting for it to arrive but I can't wait to make it a part of my home.

They are both still working well so it’s up to you which one you decide to get. Dyson has a lot of new models though and that’s something to consider since Tineco hasn’t really released anything major since the video was made.
I have the dyson v11 absolute (only available in EU and UK) which have removeable batteries and comes 2 (one in and one extra). I love it but in handheld mode it can get a bit heavy😄😍
Wow looks great , have to wait for it be available in Australia, cleaning the filter in my V10 and the weight plus finger fatigue or the three annoying things this would solve
I was on the fence between Tineco and Dyson but I went with the Tineco instead because it's way cheaper with a deal where I'm from and I'm never going corded vacuum again. Anyone got issue adding device to app? I've tried both automatic and manual to no avail. I can't even connect to its broadcasted SSID on manual method. It got stuck on obtaining IP address, then it dropped me off. Tried with all 3 mobiles, same things happened. If anyone has a solution, much appreciated if you can share. Their support is useless so far.
Isn’t Dyson a more trusted and reputed (comparative) brand than Tineco regardless of it offering less for more? Never heard about the latter. Still, the fact that premium/well-known brands are more trusted over the lesser compatriots in longevity and after sales service support regardless of them offering less for more money, gives them an edge over the less premium brands that offers so much for less money. And that mean I’m basically questioning the reliability of Tineco.
Well all brands started out as "unknown" that doesn't make the product bad! The reason why we did this is because we like the Tineco so much its worth buying over the Dyson. The Dyson does have out of the box stronger suction power but besides that there really isn't a win. We are pushing about 3-4 months with the Tineco and still going strong. Dyson also does not have lifetime warranty anymore so when it comes to after sales support they are equal at 1 year. Regardless both great vacuums so if you want to go for the Dyson then do it. Its an awesome product as well.
Dyson was founded in 1991 and Tineco in 1998. Tineco is owned by Ecovacs Robotics which makes some top rated robotic vacuums. Tineco also offers a 2 Year Worry-free Warranty.
Which one would you pick? What do you think of the Duo format? Should I bring her back on more smart home videos?
I like a full video of you some vacuuming. lol.... I like this vacuum. I returned the Dyson bc it was LOUD.
I have a Dyson but after seeing this, I will have to say the Tineco. More bang for the buck and the removable battery is worth it. You and your wife did an excellent job. Can’t wait to see more episodes of the two of you.
Deciding on Tineco or new Roborock? I know they’re different but if you had to choose one which one would it be?
You have definitely convinced me. I will for sure choose Tineco.
I would definitely pick her
First! I Love dyson vacuums. But the tineco with removable batteries and lower pitch sound seems a good contender.
OsHi yeah it is great! The amount of accessories you get are also crazy. Thanks for watching.
No problem! Yeah game changers. Having that battery charge as well as the vacuum in the station is incredible.
You can get a trigger lock for dyson on Amazon for $12.

Danny Winget but honestly good comparison I’ve been trying to get an alternative to dyson but no real comparison like this.

Damn I wish those came back to phones... :\

Tineco is a Chinese company so good luck with customer service if youre in Canada
@@zureai : Glad that I don’t live in Canda.
I love dyson though..for the long term use dyson is the best no doubt
Does a woman come with the tech, or do I have to acquire one myself, once I become a man?
Make a video using this on cars please
Is your wife british? She has one of those funny wacky accents.
Thanks guys I will be Tineco 😂
In malaysia we have dyson absolute and absolute plus
If a middle eastern man did this and told that his wife does all the cleaning in the house then folks will be like -
Sup Mister Winget and everyone
Beauty wife and great host!
I'd rather get a robot cleaner to do my house instead of wasting time vacuuming. Maybe I'm wrong.
Sometimes you have to clean up on the spot though! Plus those bins are usually not big enough. For our family we def need both.
