After testing a bunch of gaming mice the last 3 years i have to say you adress exactly all the issues i came across. this video definitly needs more attention. hopefully the mouse companys listen..
here's an actual insane hidden technique : using space bar to shoot
tried it and i think training how to lighten left clicks helped better
I agree! But I didn’t feel like re learning like how to counter strafe in valorant and what not. But I used it for a day or 2 and my aim felt really good and stable
Struth has mentioned he's tried this before but found it made his click timing worse. To each their own though.
@@frankrossi3524 it would make sense given your using two different hands and syncing everything up will take a minute to get used to, much like strafe shooting where your left hand controls the keyboard perfectly in alignment with when you shoot with your right hand. Its 100% do-able but would take mindless hours of practice, best bet would be for someone now getting into gaming but no one learns things like this until their knee deep into their gaming career
@@CronusTheGreatnot even just that, keyboard clicks just have more latecny overall compared to mouse. Since u need for actuation force and more travel on the switches. It just feels odd even if youve synced both hands. I have tried space for ads and that feels quite good
I agree 100% about the lack of innovation towards making mice focused on the ability to aim. It honestly just doesn't seem like most people _get it_ yet. On the other side, when you're that aware of the room for innovation and improvement, you have a huge advantage over other people. When the majority starts to realize this, and there is a revolution in gaming mice, we'll all get the benefits. When I put my hand freely on the mousepad and pretend I'm holding a mouse, I imagine a mouse that has holes for all my finger, so I get maximum control, and can move it in and out of my palm as I please. Keep it up Struth, maybe you'll end up innovating gaming mice!
who do you think is the best aimer (ik you cannot really say one but who if you need to decide?)
@@FrancesoCamarda9 Cant say, but Dafran is still pretty cracked on tracking. He picks up any fps and becomes top 50 easily. Even rank 1 in several games. Sayaplayer is also pretty fucking insane on click based aiming
whats ur opinion on mattyow@@WisdomPowerCourage
Tried this today and noticed an insane improvement immediately with the g305. It feels great and natural, now I just have to make it my standard aim style
I do something called a 1-3-1 technique, where my index, middle, and ring are on the mouse, with index and ring on the buttons and middle is for the divider above the scrollwheel so I can move the mouse up and down more easily.
My old naga feels great because the added ergonomic ridges to the right side creating a rest for the ring finger and pinky. The full number pad on the left side gives my thumb a rest point too. I often go from a resting palm grip when say running to or away from combat, then hybrid finger/claw as needed mid-fight.
Your able to ridge click with the viper ultimate. Also following your statement it would be pretty cool for a mouse company to allow you to make your own mouse adjusting it to your liking.
I had a g703 and used to use those huge buttons on the side to shoot because my mouse 1 went out and it felt pretty good
Can confirm just by lifting your hand and arm off the table ever so slightly so there is no pressure and you are able to move freely without any resistance has in itself improved my aim dramatically.
does that make your shoulder feel a bit stiff though?
I like the similar technique on G Pro, where i can put forefinger on the sidewall and left click at the same time
This technique reminds me what the vertical mouse is trying to achieve in ergonomic terms of non lesive grip at a long time period of time
I would like to see more videos like this and for curiosity more video about your vertical mice.
I think it's good to try more and give another feedback when you use 1/2 months
His techniques have got me up to ruby/emerald in aimlab ranked tasked.
The razer basilisk has a very interesting shape. Would love to see you give your opinion on that mouse!
Would you consider making aiming course on this channel 😊. Love your content ❤
I've always placed my ring finger on the ridge instead of my middle finger for the same reason to get more fingers working together but that still leaves index and middle hovering. Your grip makes so much more sense after trying it, having all 5fingers to move with really makes a lot of difference but it's not very comfortable. Also, historically, you're supposed to rest your middle finger on the scroll wheel and right click with the ring finger, that's why mice are shaped the way they are. And now that I just remembered that I kind of like it :P
this is what i always did with the deathadder, noticed i did it, but didn't think much, i like it so i do it naturally, but as you mentioned it isn't doable on the deathadder v3 pro, i have a scroll jump bind in most games and i always end up accidentally jumping because of this, i'm thinking of going back to the original deathadder shape
you convinced me to change my grip style to claw, how i sit/just sit better and buy the g303. and now im just testing on holding the mouse the way you showed in the video and IT. JUST. FEELS. NATURAL.
meaby.. just meaby you should try to dip your toes into making mice? i know that itll be hard but just imagine :D
My problem at first when aiming was my finger placement always had trouble keep my fingers in the postion that wast hurting my hands as im tracking, but after some time in aimlabs (at least 2 hours a day) I've realized my hands hate regular sized mouses I have about 6 mouse that I have been testing and there is only 1 that have me zooming, that is the HSK 4k Pro (also good for Ridge Clicking). Being such a small mouse I thought it would take a long time to adjust to the size (NOPE) with my 6/3 hand size it fits like a glove turning my claw grip into finger tip grip or if i do use a regular mouse (rather not) I have to use a hybrid PalmClaw grip. Plus if you have sospacers those help a lot as well to always keep your finger in the right place.
I orders some sospacers the other day. Interested to try them out.
This is exactly why I liked the old g pro so much now i have superlight and I can't do it anymore :/
how do i click mouse side button in fingertip grip? im new to mouse side button. I can't click them while moving mouse. any tips?
Seems like grip tape could be used to have the same effect. I personally wrapped my mouse and it helped me ftip grip a lot
So I started experimenting with this just two days ago and it felt like aim got a lot mote consistent... but I get some pain along the right side of my arm and especially in the pinky.
I've had hand problems before, so I wonder if it's something my hands will get used to it if it's just not for me...
Sorry for the unrelated post, I was wondering what you though about the G203(if you've tried it) I'm looking to try G303SE my current main is the G203 I really enjoy the sides of the mouse particular the \_/ it allows good lift off and grip also its one of the only mice I can push around with my palm with accuracy, my main concern about the G303SE is the freedom of movement at the back of my palm, my hands are 19.5x11 I grip the mouse pretty much like shroud.
i moved from 203/305 to 303SE and it is on of my best decisions in aiming
my hands are small and the G303 feels to large, my fingers can only reach the far back of the LMB and RMB. I absolutely LOVE the shape of the G303 because it feels great for microadjusting unlike normal mouse but I feel like its too big, should i switch to a different mouse?
안녕하세요 한국인 입니다. Hello, I'm Korean. Using a translator, the grammar may not be natural, but I was curious. If possible, please answer the question. I have small hands and I'm using a Lamju Atlantis Mini (17x9.5 hand size). This video was very interesting. After watching this video, I tried to hold the mouse, but it was inconvenient for me and it was impossible. I usually hold the mouse very similarly, but in a different direction. Instead of the right side of Mouse 1 and 2, the index finger was placed on the left end of Mouse 1 and the middle finger was placed on the left end of Mouse 2 (close to the mouse wheel). What are your thoughts on this? In my opinion, the ease of mouse control suggested by the video is increased, and it has almost the same effect, is that correct? Tilting the mouse angle of the other video by about 9.5 degrees was also done naturally, and pushing the mouse up and down in the hand was already doing naturally. It's a grip that I got naturally from aim training, and it's very comfortable for me and easy to control, but it seems that the theory in this video and the method I use are very similar. What do you think? Thank you for making a good video, subscribe and like, and I'm going, please continue to make good videos(FPS) in the future.
this technique seems interesting but requires bigger hand sizes, i cant seem to replicate this on my superlight
Or you know... Use an ergo mouse or some grip tape. This is a good way to get some wicked rmi.
Great video as always. But maybe it’s time to use another background song 😅.
I tried doing something like this but never committed
Make the leap. It’s worth it.
There should be a mouse that you wear like a glove
PSA : This can't be done on a mouse like Pulsar X2V2 Size 2 Medium. The mouse button don't have ridge.
who do you think is the best aimer (ik you cannot really say one but who if you need to decide?)
MattyOW maybe
@@RageDaKnggGhz thanks i think so too
Do you have a gameplzy channel ?
How comes you always use the same few clips of gameplay highlights?
What's that game?
my mouse have no ridge
your ping
POV: Pulsar X2V2
You're talking nonsense, It's like holding a cue incorrectly at billiards, you'll learn to play with long training, but you'll never become a champion. The only correct grip in which the laser is located where it should be, in which you can draw smooth circles by hand and not ovals and absolutely straight lines is 1-3-1. Provided that the mouse is under this grip, because manufacturers go on about holding the mouse incorrectly and make curves for the crooked. To fix the fact that they are holding the mouse incorrectly.
Lol, this has been a thing for years, nothing new
Why do you kids think everything you do is new 😅
This is a terrible technique for several reasons:
- Many mice have buttons that are unevenly tensioned. There is a reason why finger grooves exist, they want you to click the centre of the button.
- Many mice do not have dividers.
- This will not work on soft switches like Omron.
- It forces your hand into an unnatural position and messes with muscle memory.
All of that made sense, until you got to the last point. The last point is preference.
It works if you work it bro. 😎
Thanks! 🫡.
Thanks so much mate! I really appreciate all the support.
