This will be a great build - I"ve had my gen 1 stealth together for a few months now and damn I love riding it when I get the chance.
I'm now waiting for cyc to bring out the Photon motor to do another build.
PS Love your video's keep them coming. Oh and what a shame about the side casing... just don't ride in the wet or you could get moisture inside the copper windings not really a good idea.
CYC did get back to me and a new side casing one is on the way.
hey man Im curious, really debating the x1 pro vs x1 stealth. I hear that due to it being an airgap design its much more prone to overheating vs the pro - have you had any issues with that? and would you be able to reach 40 - 50kmh on any sort of incline? The photons out now too but seems a bit ugly for my taste (aswell as a few other things lol)

@@baconbuttties dual hub gives you insane traction ,, hub +mid is mostly for speed ,, the dual hub version should be the same watt but the mid /hub version should have a higher what hub the mid is mostly used to get the rear up to speed ,, thereare some sick vids on youtube with examples of each

what battery config are you planning on running with this? Can't wait to see the build. Shame about the plexiglass though
72 volt I'm thinking of. They sent out a new piece of Plexiglass for me.
How long was the wait, after confirmation?
I ordered way before they started deliveries and they were still only doing pre orders so I can't give you an exact wait time.
Do you think this is better than the bafang m620?
Cyc definitely has a lot more power and torque but the bafang is a specific frame fit so is neater.
