What she was doing would have fulfilled the secret fantasy of *millions* of Otaku. Suddenly finding a half-naked catgirl in your bed? There are *hundreds* of vicarious wish-fulfilment anime, manga, light novels, and web serials with that premise. It was a good plan. The fact that she tried it against a dudebro was just really bad luck, a total target audience failure. Not only that, but it's *Really* rude to try and seduce somebody in a committed relationship. And Annie's a jerk for thinking such a thing was appropriate. The OP was all *sorts* of "not the right person" to try this stunt on. I hope she finds a nice guy as weird as her and they make each other absurdly happy.
And this is why I will not allow romance in my stories when I start running games. This type of behavior needed to be nipped in the bud from the beginning

Or been the creepy guy no one wants to play with who doesn't understand why.
I can just say that 'horror stories' like this are very rare, and often made up as a creative writing exercise. Or highly, highly exaggerated. Most d&d fallout scenarios just boil down to schedule conflicts or someone being a flake.

Rich's friend was sexually harassed and his response seems to have been to abandon his friend because of it (I may be wrong about Rich though, maybe there was more to it).
Rich sounds soft as hell honestly. Unless there was more drama than that night, then 1 instance of someone new causing trouble making him leave forever is just weak

LOL I sympathize with the irl dump stat in wisdom I need a map and a 100 percent lore check.
Never stat dump Wisdom. I have been telling people that for years when they have done something that was, obviously, not smart.
Jesus the self-brag for the setup took forever
insulting himself is a self brag
And this is why I will not allow romance in my stories when I start running games. This type of behavior needed to be nipped in the bud from the beginning
The stories on this channel are the sole reason I've been improving myself. Glad I found this channel.
It reminds me of how in that odd show about the science geeks have that tall weird friend that is oblivious to many things. The tall weird friend somehow is conversing with the mailman about women troubles, where the mailman says about how women be whack in the colloquial vernacular from the working class.
I guess it could have been way worse thought. Replace the crazy woman with an effeminate guy holding a tray of what is dubbed chickie nuggies and chockie moo while wearing some kind of knock off Hooter's uniform while addressing the poor guy as their father figure. Try explaining that the the University counselor or your friends.
I swear this is why humans never will have nice things, unless like aliens have a fetish for human cringe stories.
What in the fuck did I just read
Where do I find an effeminate guy holding a tray of what is dubbed chickie nuggies and chockie moo while wearing some kind of knock off Hooter's uniform while addressing me as their father figure?
That was way too specific to not have happened to someone in your life. Story?
This is freakin wild lmao
BITCHES AINT SHIT LMAO
The insult game of this man is strong
9:16 "i had a girlfriend" second horror creepy dnd story where schizo chick ignores the fact that i have a girlfriend
There’s your problem. The cute ones are the crazy ones. It’s easy to spot a weirdo, but not with women.
Nice TTRPG Horror Story Fanfiction
11:16 trish and annie wow two schizo double the crazy
Started off really wierd felt like op was tryna up himself a lil too much for me
FRFR, he writes suuuper corny too.
Ain't no way yall hating a man for describing a socialable personality. Anti-social Projection much?
Ill take shit that never happened for 1000
I'm not much of a DnD person at all but i very much enjoy this
I had to hide in the comments multiple times...
Dave is the real G.
Sometimes I'm glad my attempts at playing D&D have all been short-lived. Sure, I miss out on all the good, positive, and fun moments, but I also don't have to put up with events like any of the horror stories like this I've heard from videos like this. Or been the creepy guy no one wants to play with who doesn't understand why.
I can just say that 'horror stories' like this are very rare, and often made up as a creative writing exercise. Or highly, highly exaggerated. Most d&d fallout scenarios just boil down to schedule conflicts or someone being a flake.
xbamfo8199 i lived through one such horror story and they do exist
Some of y’all in the comments seemed jealous at the DM for calling himself attractive lol
Mr. Marketplace, I have to disagree with you on the takeaway. The take away is actually that attractive guys should leave ttrpgs to us uggos, and that if an attractive woman plays dnd, run
Is it the people that I'm attracted to that's causing all my problems or my own inability to control myself? The world may never know.
@kylethompson9068 I dunno man I'm just racist against good looking people (this is a shitpost, before anyone decides to take it seriously)
What the actual...
I don't think the DM could have handled it better. What 'Trish' did was pretty much the equivalent of an unsolicited dong pic except worse because he couldn't just put down a phone to get away. He took it quite well and, if anything, I'm suspicious of Rich. Rich's friend was sexually harassed and his response seems to have been to abandon his friend because of it (I may be wrong about Rich though, maybe there was more to it).
honestly i think this could count as sexual harassment.
Rich sounds soft as hell honestly. Unless there was more drama than that night, then 1 instance of someone new causing trouble making him leave forever is just weak
the dude literally broke up with his GF bc of this. did you miss that he was so outraged him and his GF broke up that's a good man right there. not surprising he doesn't want to play anymore it ruined his relationship. but I will say I think he dodged a bullet his GF was a problem if she was in on this.
@@infebris it is no need to think. lol
This dude spends half this story telling us how amazing he is and how good looking he is and how smart he is... Press X to Doubt. I get the weird feeling this was him getting turned down by the girl he lusted after and so he took a chance to pretend it happened the other way around... Yes of course my sexy rugby playing physics studying charismatic nerd self was set upon by an unwanted attractive nerd girl and I got to tell her off in a spectacular way.
Well this is 100% fake, and more of some misguided narcissists attempt to "humble brag" for 10 minutes straight.
Honestly, the self described gigachad tangent does make me question how much of this is real. I’ve definitely heard and experienced situations though where players try to break up a relationship and justify it because “they have D&D in common” but the person they are dating doesn’t so they are “a better match”
Flopdoodle trish? annie? is that you?
The weirdest community I’ve ever seen.
Adding tabaxi bard to the list of no-go characters right under tiefling rogue.
What are tiefling rogue players known for doing? Murderhobo?
You could NOT tell this story where I live. You'd be immediately dogpiled for trying to shame a woman, especially a woman gamer, called a sexist and a predator and incel.
Tabaxi didn't exist in 3.5... I wonder what the character actually was...
probably homebrew tabaxi
@infebris, not particularly plausible to me, given the fact that it was already a reskin on top. Likely one of the 6+ catfolk/catfolk adjacent races presented in 3.5, or slightly more likely, the story is fabricated. Either whole cloth or trying to use it being 3.5 to sound like an oldhead.
It's the internet, none of it ever happened.
@@amaurycanalesthe crazier part is when it really happened, but is so off the wall, that we gotta doubt it for our own mental wellbeing
@@hossdelgado626 indeed.
How can people even think it is a real story? It is so poorly written, that It is painful to listen to. *huge fucking facepalm*
Alone ""I am not your typical nerd architype. I am fairly tall and fairly muscular, ..." AHAHAHHA
It's a reddit user, not like they are well know paragons of well written literature and understanding of human interactions. Though, it's fked up just enough for me to believe some of its true, though, definitely not that intro lmao
Her playing a “foxfolk”/tabaxi was a huge red flag. None of that furry nonsense at my table, thank you very much.
4:26 furry? lol
Of all the things that didn’t happen, this never happened the most. The self description alone is obvious bs and made me click off the vid.
so u annie or trish?
So cringe LOL!
Yep. His Wisdom has to be very, very low. He would have such amounts of unordinary love, that many can only dream of. Eeeeeeh. xD
Tbh if you didn't have a girlfriend already this probably would of been a dm heaven scenario
Maybe for you, I would be mortified if a furry wanted to smash me
Never stick your D in crazy
@@MongoTheMagnificent666 crazy is like alcohol a little every now and then is fine but once you make it a consistent part of your life you should probably stay as far away from it as possible.....at least for a while
How fake would u look it to be
I can’t say for certain that this ever happened but I knew a girl in high school who would have done this to my best friend without a second thought. Woman furries creep me out even more than the dudes tbh.
I second this.
Not because I think the scenario is impossible, but because it's written in a super tryhard way. Like something from amateur writer hour or wattpad.
"...I would realize all too late wasn't a twinkle..."
"I might have realized that the rattling noise wasn't her dice tower... "
Never have I ever heard anyone tell or write a real story like that.
The way the OP writes is pretty cringe.
@@amaurycanalesIf anything, that means it's probably real. A person who doesn't write much having amateur writing? What part of that is inconsistent? People are cringe in real life.
@@myself2noone fair point, I guess.
This Dude should have had the fling

Nah, you gotta remember the hot to crazy diagrams. If she's wearing cat ears and purring/ hissing but is rated as only cute, and the Mc has a girlfriend... he was probably looking at the long haul stable relationship and decided crazy furry pussy cat wasn't worth the flees and worms

Poeple are need to be educated that there are RPGs - real thing - and lame representation of it in video games market, called crpgs. That ttrpg term needs to go out. Using it is like saying crpgs were first. Like what the hell? How you can rename a thing that has a name already?
Why not keep both terms?
what are you talking about? you use TTRPG to specify table top, its not that deep at all.
