Printrovert3D Hyper Smooth aftermarket fittings for direct to gun hoppers

- In this video we try out the hopper hardware kits from Printrovert3D on Etsy. These kits will allow you to plug your hoppers directly into the gun bypassing the need to use the latex rubber tubing that is standard on the Columbia Coatings Hyper Smooth line of powder coating systems. I went this route because the Columbia Coatings hopper hardware has been unsatisfactory thus far in my experience. I have 5 OEM hoppers with hardware and all of them leak regularly. I was happy to find the hardware kits from Printrovert3D worked perfectly.

Since your gun cord is hitting the jar, you could move the lid hole off to the side.

You have WAY to much powder in that hopper to get proper fluidization!!!
You might be right, I'm still learning. I just bought the Electron E-Coat Master for multi-color with the box feeder. I'll get some videos up on that in the next couple of weeks.
