Mi-na's really common at tournaments. She just strangely doesn't have many top level players, so you don't see her on stream much.

Commentator is confused. You don’t “have to block the second hit” of Sophitia’s 4a+b soul charge, I’ve had many people side step the second hit and punish me before.
