    We have been using 13 of the smart locks for a year on our campus with no problem, but we had to replace the batteries on one and it changed to Japanese language for audio instructions and we lost the settings. Can you help with how we can get it back to english or how to pair it again to the TTLock app?

    Bought this product and stopped working after 3 weeks, tried changing the batteries but no result what a waste of money 💰

    We were super happy with this for a month or two, but it has now become very glitchy. And the thumbprint mode stopped working as did the automatic lock mode. We can only enter by using the code.
