You don’t need a license to register a vehicle under your name and get the tittle, just a form of ID (this is in the state of colorado)

Once you pay the import 2,280 fee to the agency, how much was to register the car with the state? I want to plate the car in Querétaro, how does that work?

The registration for the car he said doesn't have to be expired. Mine is expired so is it ok? That's what they call a chockolate car in mexico so now their offering a temporary program to get those imported under amnesty for cars. It expires Dec. 31,2023.

Mexican president gave until
March 31, 2024. Although the website is still not functioning to make an appointment. We need to contact this other place with a abbreviated name meantime. It's the place where i.d.'s are given out.
