How to Download Building from OpenStreetMap using QGIS & 3D Building Animation

My whole 3D Map canvas is covered with the base OSM map... I want it to view like yours, just the small extent of the OSM , not all filled...Please help...Thanks

Is there any mean to extract building height on QGIS (I have Z data) ? And thus is there a mean to create a mesh to use some CAD softwares ?
