I would avoid “hanging” your fenders from the upper (or lower) lifelines, as the leverage angle can put considerable stress loads on the stantions. Best to make the fender lanyards off to the bottom of the stantions. I have installed brass half round on my W32 where fender lanyard chafe occurs. Just a thought. Like your solid pipe top cockpit lifeline.
I'm not a fan of vinyl covered lifelines. Over time the vinyl cracks allowing moisture into the inner stainless cable. This can lead to corrosion under the covering and failure of the cable. If you look carefully there are some cracks in the original gate cables. I will eventually replace all the original lifelines.
Well done.
Finnish up with a nice sail...STARWHITE is a beautiful boat congratulations and thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!

Nice work Kevin , clean set up !
Thanks, sometimes I'm just a little OCD about boat stuff!
Great stuff Kevin. Any reason you elected to go away from the vinyl cover for the new gates?
