Bro I'm gonna be honest I wouldn't bother doing another gun list for Starfield when more dlcs come out. Wouldn't want to put you through that suffering that is the coming DLCs.
Just a little correction to the Dardick. It was originally concieved of as a high rate of fire machinegun. Then made into a handgun to secure funding to develop the machine gun concept.
I think the C96 should've been called the "Chinese" Pistol, with the quotation marks. That being said, the Mk.III version is one of my favorite pistols in the mod. There's nothing like finding an explosive or endless Chinese Pistol in the wild. Edit for fun, here's my top 3 pistols: 3. The Iron Curtain 2. Service Revolver 1. Chinese Mk.III Pistol
The Welrod should have been the pipe gun, really. It's literally a pipe. The hammer not moving is a problem that the 10mm pistol in Fallout 4 shares. They probably used the 10mm pistol animations for the deaglov.
An error you've made is that these revolvers chambered in ".32" would not be .32 ACP which is traditionally a semi-auto cartridge. They would be chambered in either .32 S&W long or .32 H&R magnum, both are longer than .32 ACP and would be more accurate to the cartridge and cylinder length.
Mate, I saw your post a while back about lack of views. I don't want you to be discouraged, a 1m to a 100k drop per video is dramatic yes, but the work you're putting in is amazing, but you happened to find that golden balance between a new major Bethesda release and the gun nerd hate train. I love to hear you talk about the mechanics of guns and how they're wrong. I'd love to see you expand that to films, non-Bethesda titles and such (if you already have, that's on me). Just don't stop! Your channel is great! The amount of time you put into each video is evident, and I subscribed specifically because I want to see more despite the huge amount of other options. Keep doing you, man. What we already have is f-in' awesome!
For me it looks like the webley is possibly loaded via a full moon clip. Think you can see some of it at 13:27, but you have to zoom in to see it and it doesn’t seem to show when the casings eject.
So far, these guns are amazing. And I absolutely love it! Its cursed, yes. But man, they did a good job! It is unfortunate that we can rely only on Bethesda's lazy animations for reloads. As for the Webley & Scott and Mauser. Webley & Scott was named different to avoid copyright infringement with the real life counterpart. As for Mauser, it should've been called Mauser C96 instead of Chinese Pistol. But as it turns out, since Mauser C96 debut, everyone copied the gun. I guess avoiding the copyright infringement is the only excuse they can come up with, but I am pretty sure that can be fixed. These guys did an amazing job on this mod. BIG RESPECT!
13:47 I feel like the reason is due to the fact that the revolver itself is based on a VERY specific Webley model: The Webley-Fosbery Auto Revolver. Basically: the entire gun slides back to charge the hammer.
i think every gun should raise one or two tiers on account of being made by some dudes in their basement and not a professional team of developers in a billion dollar company
I'm pretty sure most of the weapons in the mod are taken from other mods so that's why the guns are so insanely inconsistent animation, modeling, and logic-wise
I noticed that, too. I absolutely hate that dissonance between weapons. I can only imagine how bad the sounds are, considering how that side of guns is often neglected or poorly-executed by modders (think how so many pump action shotgun mods for FO4 have actions louder than the bang itself.)
My parents in law in Siberia had Mz255 revolver shotgun. I always found it hilarious, because it had a giant 12 bore drum. It looked very esotheric, but according to them it's robust.
2:24 there is an inside joke in there, but I ain't telling you because it's an inside joke and there's a reason we don't just tell everyone all willy nilly
something that I think also specifically affects the .455 weapons, I'm pretty sure the mod recodes .44 from 4 into .455 in Folon. so effectively the .455 guns are using base .44 ammo essentially. I am certain as I got a western revolver as a legendary weapon, and it was set to use .455 even though it's a base game weapon that shouldn't exist here, and uses .44 normally.
2 things about the shotgun revolver segment. One, enough trimming and reloading could make a .410 shorter. Two, a lower bore axis doesnt reduce recoil, it reduces muzzle flip. The same amount of force is pushing backwards but its more in-line with your arm
“This gun has too much recoil and the hammer is in the wrong place. This is Bethesda’s fault.” …it’s their fault they didn’t know a team ten years later would slap a different model on their animations?
"It would make a lot more sense to see German pistols in Britain, because uh, a lot of their guns were taken as war trophies" Also cause Germany is like a bus ride away from London, so it makes more sense geography wise too.
I believe the “no firing pin” on the hammer was intentional because they accounted for the bottom firing function, it’s probably just a “recycled” hammer used to fire the real hammer at the bottom
The Deaglov being called iron curtain is truly a fantastic name given it's concept. 10/10 would buy irl. Additionally, despite being an objective mistake, I think it's quite fitting that it's chambered in 50 Cal.
This video is sponsored by you guys! Make sure to smash like and share!

This took years to make, i recall the staff changes they did a few times too
@@Year_of_the_Dell no to mention the screwing over of them by Bethesda with the “update”
@@samuelfawell9159 ugh yeah that screwed over so many modders
they also had to cut content because one of the devs died
Bro I'm gonna be honest I wouldn't bother doing another gun list for Starfield when more dlcs come out. Wouldn't want to put you through that suffering that is the coming DLCs.
If they even do
Just a little correction to the Dardick.
Edit for fun, here's my top 3 pistols:
3. The Iron Curtain
2. Service Revolver
1. Chinese Mk.III Pistol
Should've just been called the German Pistol
@@darthvaderbutwayshittier7054May suggest "Boche Broomstick"?
The Welrod should have been the pipe gun, really. It's literally a pipe.
The hammer not moving is a problem that the 10mm pistol in Fallout 4 shares. They probably used the 10mm pistol animations for the deaglov.
Not even the mods are safe from his wrath
An error you've made is that these revolvers chambered in ".32" would not be .32 ACP which is traditionally a semi-auto cartridge. They would be chambered in either .32 S&W long or .32 H&R magnum, both are longer than .32 ACP and would be more accurate to the cartridge and cylinder length.
I never thought I would be getting a history lesson on a magazine fed revolver
The Webley 1913 in the standalone weapon release on console has the Webley and Scott engraving,so that joke must have been fairly last minute
I play 3rd person. I guess I am a psychopath. 😂🌚. Good video man!
9:32
Actually it’s more comfortable to hold it like a pistol still than holding an awkward and short hand-guard.
"Its extremely rare to see it depicted in media or in real life"
So the dardick was truly only a work of fiction??
You forgot Dardek from TARDIS Questline
He didn't, he mentions it at 29:24
The crude revolver is the "fuck it, we ball" of guns
For me it looks like the webley is possibly loaded via a full moon clip. Think you can see some of it at 13:27, but you have to zoom in to see it and it doesn’t seem to show when the casings eject.
I am shocked the included the Dardick. The GOAT meme gun even with its silly trounds.
the "deaglov" has got to be the most disguesting thing i have ever seen
While not a revolver pistol, the M1907/12 machinegun uses a cylinder delinker, and being a medium machinegun obviously also has a reciprocating bolt.
13:47 I feel like the reason is due to the fact that the revolver itself is based on a VERY specific Webley model: The Webley-Fosbery Auto Revolver.
Basically: the entire gun slides back to charge the hammer.
Dardek is only in it to make the dalek gun joke without that the weapon likely wouldn't have been present.
14:00 I think you should drop the revolver lower... the Casing come out BACKWARDS 😂😂😂
A group of independent devs can design game firearms way better than folks at BGS.
i think every gun should raise one or two tiers on account of being made by some dudes in their basement and not a professional team of developers in a billion dollar company
You know your cooked when he says boneheaded
MC255 seems to be basis for Ghoul's revolver in Fallout TV show, too.
I looked this beast up, its beautiful
The most unrealistic part about the Dardick was the fact that you had enough rounds to actually reload it.
That's not a screw for a trigger. That's a bolt
Putting a bayonet on the crude revolver really hits the *london* vibe
2:24 there is an inside joke in there, but I ain't telling you because it's an inside joke and there's a reason we don't just tell everyone all willy nilly
something that I think also specifically affects the .455 weapons, I'm pretty sure the mod recodes .44 from 4 into .455 in Folon. so effectively the .455 guns are using base .44 ammo essentially. I am certain as I got a western revolver as a legendary weapon, and it was set to use .455 even though it's a base game weapon that shouldn't exist here, and uses .44 normally.
I thought the pipe guns in Fo4 were weird, but these things are EXTRA goofy. I just know one of them doohikeys bodied Shinzo Abe.
2 things about the shotgun revolver segment. One, enough trimming and reloading could make a .410 shorter. Two, a lower bore axis doesnt reduce recoil, it reduces muzzle flip. The same amount of force is pushing backwards but its more in-line with your arm
Of course the guns are gonna be wrong, their British
I cant belive you overlooked that the casings come the wrong way out of the webbley. If we are pedantic, we should go all the way xD
11:30 it was like listening to Snake in MGS3
Ferryman's Friend is wacky but "reciprocating bolt action revolver" does sounds like Fallout Universe.
13:47 thats the BFV recoil animation i think
Screw you I like my S&W .380.
Good video, brother. Hoping to see more of the playthrough.
Cannibal Perk: Eat the gun nerd
Cant wait to see you tackle the Halo series of weapons someday. Love this series
“This gun has too much recoil and the hammer is in the wrong place. This is Bethesda’s fault.”
…it’s their fault they didn’t know a team ten years later would slap a different model on their animations?
Checkmate Bethesda haters
Yes
Crude revolver runs off hopes, dreams and Duck tape
"It would make a lot more sense to see German pistols in Britain, because uh, a lot of their guns were taken as war trophies"
Also cause Germany is like a bus ride away from London, so it makes more sense geography wise too.
Also there are Germans in London in the mod.
I believe the “no firing pin” on the hammer was intentional because they accounted for the bottom firing function, it’s probably just a “recycled” hammer used to fire the real hammer at the bottom
All projectiles are just fat knives
Perfectly timed upload! I’ve been having a horrible day

@@patrikcath1025 lmao
When you finish this series, you should do one on a modern call of duty since all the guns get tweaked to avoid copyright 😢
Well to be fair British guns suck and are horrible and Bethesdas weird gun designs are better than some stuff the Brits have made 😭
Martini Henry 🗿
Nah i rather have British guns then whatever Bethesda made 💀
No Todd, I am not touching a Fallout 4 Assault Rifle, not even with a stick
Lee-Enfield, one of the best bolt-action rifles ever?
YOU ONLY K OW THOSE BRITISH WEAPONS FROM BF1 BE HONEST British weapons and american weapons own every match
This channel has completely revitalized my love for guns
THE DARDEK lol
I'm dying rn, that's next level memeing, appropriate for the irl magazine fed revolver
Putting Dalek's sensor onto Dardik and calling it Dardek is the best easter egg by far!
This guy is the definition of "Oh, you like guns? Name every one"
"this thing runs off of pure hell yeah energy"
The 1st rule of gun safety is to have fun
The Deaglov being called iron curtain is truly a fantastic name given it's concept. 10/10 would buy irl. Additionally, despite being an objective mistake, I think it's quite fitting that it's chambered in 50 Cal.
Always love seeing another entry in this series of videos!
"Nobody play in 3rd person anyway"
Me, who always play everything in 3rd person if it's possible because of motion sickness : well... about that
"Star field and fallout 4 especially" another common Elder Scrolls W 😂😂
