I love that Red was Elvis Presley’s friend and bodyguard in real life.
Brads an underrated bad guy when it comes to villains in movies!
Everyone and everything is underrated according to the UA-cam ratings experts under every video on here.
sacrilege that they have made another. Nothing could beat this.
Exactly. Why fk with it, right?
When money’s involved, nothing’s sacred.
It’s was fantastic , swayze was perfection . All do respect to mcgreggor this is the only roadhouse
The new one is good to have around. It shows how good the original was.
Ben Gazzara is a awesome actor. he played
my patron saint in a Italian biographical drama
called "Don Bosco".
CLASSIC
THE REAL ONE
THE ORIGINAL,
Peter Griffin : "Road House....Road House"
Get to be first view. I remember driving past Roadhouse when I was a kid. Of course it was a set but still cool to see.
They already released Point Break and no one beats Patrick S's movie, I hope road house. fill out the expectations.
Point break was made after this
Road House - 1989
Point Break - 1991
@@thomasmason3483 I know that, but in 2015 they made Point Break #2, and in 2024, Road House #2 came out, and none of them come close to the ones from '89 and '91, that's what I mean!!

Jimmy sizing Dalton up. Love it.
yeah I took notice of that. To me, Dalton noticed Jimmy doing the sizing up in the background and might have become a little irked by it. This was probably what led to the brief staredown as Dalton was leaving.
I think he also picked up a bad vibe from the pair because of Jimmy sizing him up in the back, starting to think that they were not friendly people. Could be why he snubbed Wesley a little at the end, saying "thanks Red" but not saying anything else to Wesley.
In Jimmy's mind, I don't know, maybe he was trying to intimidate and break Dalton's spirit to succumb to Wesley's rule over the town but in a non-verbal and non-physical manner. After all, Dalton was the new guy in town "in need of a lesson."
Blows away the new one was cringe....
Was that even a sentence?
And I like that Wesley tries acting friendly to Dalton but Dalton already knows that he's not a good person judging by Jimmy ominisouly standing behind him and looking smugly at Dalton
ROAD HOUSE!!
Every time I see the thumbnail for this, I think Gazzara looks like Jiminy Cricket. 😂
Wesley just has those evil eyes so you already know he's the bad guy
Wesley wasn't totally fearless otherwise he wouldn't need to take Jimmy along on collection visits.
jimmy flew the shuttle in armgegeddon
What a coincidence.
I just watched "Honest Trailers" short versoin of this one.
Wonder how many times I've seen this on VHS.
Unfortunately red west died in 2017 he was Elvis Presley best friend for years he worked as elvis bodyguard
Had to rewatch this movie after that awful remake. Yet another example of, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
You can’t remake this movie just no way to do it justice
Brad Wesley was a hero.
"JC Penney is coming here because of me!" -Brad
Jimmy was probably in the closet. That’s why Dalton walked away real quick with the look Jimmy gave him.
Jimmy did "F guys like Dalton" in prison so....
Maybe but hard to know for sure. At Wesley's pool party there's a part where Jimmy jumps in the pool with a girl. It looked like he was hooked up with her at the pool party.
Really though I think Dalton picked up bad vibes when he noticed Jimmy staring him down and that was also what led to that staredown as Dalton left the store. Probably decided they weren't friendly people.
Red!, as Stallone was asked in Copland?, why didnt you ever get married?, he replies?, " ALL THE BEST GIRLS WERE TAKEN! ", know the feeling?.
Now there are plenty of woman because men in america are going MIGTOW. They see what is in our near future and they are going migtow so they can have a better chance of survival.
great scenes
ROADHOUSE IS MY FAVORITE PATRICK SWAYZE MOVIE. PATRICK SWAYZE GOES BEAST MODE IN ROADHOUSE ROADHOUSE IS MY FAVORITE PATRICK💪 SWAYZE MOVIE OF ALL TIME 💪 I'M THE COOLER YOU ARE THE BOUNCERS I WILL TELL YOU WHEN IT'S TIME NOT TO BE NICE 💪
Ben gazzarra huge actor, no one remembers for some reason.
Jackie Treehorn from The Big Lebowski.
the father from Buffalo 66.
Right to Work is good labour policy - union dues are optional.
Brad Wesley !
your bleep is mine boy
1:23 that bloke in the background has got a seriously wobbly head.
What's all that about?
He's a violent sociopath.
That was his body language to Red saying “He’s working at the Double Deuce” sort of like a passive aggressive body language way of saying “big whoop”. That’s just my own observation on it.
yeah what a bobblehead
Dr. Gus
For those who enjoy this campy entertaining movie DO NOT see the new remake, it destroys the vibe of this classic. I like Jake but the remake is just awful, i mean really awful. I can't embellish just how terrible this movie is. It actually wrecks the vibe of the original
I won't, and I have seen some bad reviews of it already. Making a remake of a classic movie only works if it's different and better.
@@davidlynch9049i haven’t seen a remake thats better yet
A remake should be a remake. Not a completely different movie.
Just update the cinematography, and make some SMALL adjustments, like cheesy 90’s fighting styles and shooting styles, bad special effects, and that’s it.
They make completely different movies and call it a remake to get more money.@@Bman01234
Jake was pretty good but Mcgregor and the rest of the cast were atrocious.
I haven't seen it, debating on it
Gimi haaaa .
Jimmy
Jackie Treehorn treats objects like women....man
This new version sucks............
