I started out with Lout of Count's Family but I ended up loving Greatest Estate Developer more. I like Cale a lot and his journey in unintentionally adopting every character he comes across but Lloyd's maniacal conquest to richness is such a memefest that when the feels come out of nowhere, its a punch to the gut. But that's just my personal preference. Both are fantastic stories in their genre and I hope more chapters comes out soon!

Honestly even tho they are similar The greattest estate develper is leagues ahead of LOCF. Cale's story is OK but Lloyd is one of the best character I have ever seen, the story is funny and serious also the queen who is potential love interest of Lloyd does not look like a 12 year old like most of the FL do in manhwas
I just hope the " The Greatest Estate Developer" update faster so it can catch up to the "world's best engineer" this is the alternate title of this series the first translator is different they dropped this series to giveway for webtoon to credit the creator

So far in the greatest estate developer it seems to be progressing well, and if it ever starts feeling like that TCF metaphor, maybe the humor will give the readers a ladder

I read both and each one is great. I think Lyrod one is more funny and fast plot, TCF/LCF is more detailed and more calm to read. I think both have their difference, but are alike in some aspects. I prefer TCF for the nostalgia of my teens and because sometimes i like plot that isn't too fast (but the lyrod is great as well, i had a good time reading it, super fun, love his expressions)

at the moment i read trash because i needed a break from ORV last 150 chapters, and i love it so far and after i finished both i will probably read the Estate Developer, thanks for the reconmendation + i hope other "obsessive sacrificial MC" story will be recommended here^^

TCF is cute and WGED is super funny.
never read the other one but my god I love estate developer for how comical MC was. I really dont like game mechanic stuff being added to stories but the fact that he uses his head more than using the game system thing as a crutch but as a tool instead is great. like for other isekai MCs, it's their power, but for him it's his planner for blueprints almost most of the time.
