hi friend,
i am getting over a really poo poo cold right now. I hope you are healthy and able to take some time to take care of your body, your mind, and your heart. I find it so easily said, easy to preach, but difficult to practice. it seems like everybody but myself is deserving of peace, grace, and i am so hard on myself... it even included going through with this video. i felt nervous to create art that isn't as complex in its execution, fearing that it would mean i'm less qualified to make these types of videos or something. trying to unlearn little by little.

I defenetly relate to being too hard on myself, not giving myself grace and not creating because it would not meet the made up standards I impose myself.
