So, I ordered and purchased a 330e. Ordered it last February, before the chip shortage got really bad. My biggest regret is that I did not go for the package that would have included the adaptive cruise. Have taken it on two XC trips within the first 3 months we owned it. Loved the handling, but really wish that I had opted for the adaptive cruise. Other than that, I have no regrets! It's my fifth BMW. All have been great cars. Can definitely tell that BMW has kept up with improvements in tech.
So, I purchased a 2021 330e, M-Sport. Love it! My only regret is that I did not spec it for adaptive cruise. Nevertheless, my wife and I both think it’s a great car! I
I have a 330e, in Ontario, and my question always is, why in the world would you get an M Sport when all the roads are slow, straight and flat? If I was in Europe around the Alps - yes. But here where most top speeds are 60 km/h what's the point? I traded in a Mustang GT Convertible for this car because having a 400hp V8 car that I could accelerate to legal speeds in 3 seconds - and then slow down - noe longer made sense to me. Also fuel at $2.40/litre killed the Mustang and it's hungry V8. The regular BMW I have handles just fine in Ontario - my misses are the very low seat height and the exhaust note when the 4 cylinder comes online
What’s your view on how this compares to the Merc c300e? Apparently the electric motor in that is more powerful and can go for 65 miles on electric alone.
I just bought he car today, or down payment on it rather. Chip shortage. SO Im waiting 3-4 months for my car the dealer said ;(( I didnt get the adaptive cruise ocntrol but after the video- I emailed my dealer to add it!
You are buying a German car, why do you expect adaptive cruise control to be free or come as standard? If you buy a Porsche you even have to pay for the auto gearbox or wiper as option.
awsome review Bro. As usually very detailed review.
Thanks R!

That’s a shame. It’s a very good system. Used it on many BMWs. Otherwise, enjoy you car! I enjoyed the test.
Great review,
My wife and I are looking into purchusing one in the near future and your video has helped.
Thank you for sharing

I think I warned you about that in this episode!
@@BrianMakse Indeed. However, I spec’d and ordered the car one year ago - Feb ‘21. Live and learn…

That’s a rhetorical question.

Never drive the Benz, can’t comment!
A great alternative to the Volvo S60 T8 Recharge

Good call. It's a good system, you'd miss it otherwise.
The back seat is definitely tight
Good morning Brian!

I certainly didn't say that.
