This is 35 years of 911 ownership speaking and owning about every generation of the 911 from the 930 on up to the 992. The pre Covid cars are the ones to own.
Sounds like you own a 991.2. In coming years the 991.1 will be more sought after because it’s naturally aspirated. The 992.2 GTS while being criticized is still a very appealing proposition, and I’d be happy to own one.

All manufacturers are going to hybrid and it is inevitable. However, Porsche has priced themselves out of a lot of customers. For someone who will be spending that kind of money that Porsche is asking for, a flat six with hybrid will no longer cut it. I've considered the 911 Twin Turbo but at current pricing, I'd rather just buy a Lamborghini. It's a bit more but we're already well into 6 figure territory anyway.
They’ve made the new car worse than old car. Old car looks better front and back. Especially front. I thought that nonsense was BMW but Porsche is doing what BMW did with ugly grills

The front with the airdivusor's,or i must "say" he front spoiler's,looks very ugly!! A Porsche 911 have around 500hp. there realy dont need the heavy bad e-engines and the heavy Akkus made the car to heavy, i dont like the e-cars,and a Hybrid is not what a Sport car need!! The front end is a design mistake. Those vertical fins are so ugly. The previous model, with the horizontal turning lights was way better.
