Thank you so much for these videos! I’ve never worked at a restaurant before and I had three days of training (I’m just a back server) where I was told a few things once and never really felt super confident about what I was doing but your videos helped me so much with the etiquette and techniques! I can now three plate carry with confidence and picking them up 321 is definitely way better than 123 which is what I was taught. Please keep the videos coming! I’m really starting to get good at this and I’ve improved so much from your advice! You’re the man!

Currently working at Sicilian oven, it’s a lot different than my last job which was a mom and pop type pizzeria which I did learn some stuff but the restaurant now is a lot different.
I love your vids! Im trying to learn about alcohol bar vocab maybe you can do a video on alcohol and bar terms :).
