It’s a cappella, everything you hear is done without instruments. Harmonica, mouth harp, drum hits…
No egos, no single lead singer, no harmonica, and NO auto-tune! Tim's bass is legit, and it bottoms out on his 5 octave range. His tenor is just as amazing. Their live performances give proof to their talents, their tight harmonies and stupendous arrangements. I see that other commenters are filling you in on who's who and what, so I'll just say, follow these guys, you won't be disappointed! They are my favorite a cappella group among several very, very good ones. I enjoyed your reaction!
Great Reaction!! That sea shanty your talking about is their Sea Shanty Melody.
Welcome to Home Free rabbit hole.
The group started in 2001 by brothers Chris and Adam Rupp
They are the only country A Capella ( all vocals no instruments)group but they can honestly sing any genre and they do
They won The Sing Off season 4 2013 that's where they became very popular.
Fans of Home Free are known as Home Fries and are very loyal to the guys.
Adam Rupp: Beatboxer Extraordinaire -Tenor can make any sound imaginable (A whole drum kit, harmonica (his Nomonica we call it )plane flyovers, trains, castanets, bugs ,birds etc).Co founder from Mankato Minnesota.
Rob Lundquist :Lead tenor(beard and glasses) very soulful voice from Minneapolis,Minnesota
Tim Foust :Bass (had long dark hair now short with grey ) 5+ octave range can go so low he blows speakers or sky high from Nederland,Texas
Austin.Brown:High Tenor ( Long wavy hair ) voice of an angel from Tifton Georgia.
Adam Chance(Aka Chance):Baritone/Bass deep, rich voice(Does the juice harp sound in Man Of Constant Sorrow) has short dark hair short beard from Baldwin County,Alabama.Replaced Chris Rupp ( Adams Brother and co founder)in 2016
There is no lead singer they each sing the song ( except Adam the beatboxer) to see who’s voice or voices suits it the best. Adam can sing but he prefers beatboxing to hear him sing listen to How Great Thou Art or ua-cam.com/video/Sm1xhYZiSrM/v-deo.html
They have collaborated with many great singers and legends
Don McLean:American Pie
Oak Ridge Boys:Elvira
Kenny Rodgers:Children Go Where I Send Thee
Billy Gilman:One Voice
Alabama:Christmas In Dixie
Mark Wills:Don’t Laugh At Me ( important message at the end )
Lee Greenwood & US Airforce Band:God Bless The USA
Brooke Eden:Delta Dawn
Any many more.

Mayday(DON’T WATCH TILL YOU ARE VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE GROUP AND THEIR RANGES )
There's not a song that you pick from their 155 + catalog that is bad I haven't found one yet.
They are just funny, down to earth, humble nice guys. They are the best A Cappella group there is
Sorry for the long read
Home Free did a Sea Shanty Medley, the bass is pretty low in it also. The group is amazing. One in the group also wrote a Sea Shanty for a Ubisoft game called Skull and Bones to be released in fall. The lyric trailer for it just dropped.
They didn't all write the song! It was the work of Adam Chance .
@@patriciamcl54 Yes
Home Free is incredible. Everything they do is great. And although they are a Country A-cappela group, they can really sing all genres. They really all have great voices with their own specialties. Even Adam Rupp who started the group with his brother Chris Rupp. Chris left the group in 2016 to go solo but also to start other projects with his sister, among others.
Adam Rupp-Beatboxer but is actually an inhuman freaking good mouth artist.
Tim Foust- Deep bass but also as a tenor and everything in between is possible.
Austin Brown-High tenor with his great runs and high notes.
Rob Lundquist (beard and glasses)-Tenor, with a voice like velvet and so much soul.
Adam Chance (back left, who is called Chance) - Baritone/ Bass, a voice so smooth and sexy. And who here also makes the Jaw harp sound.
There is not a permanent lead singer in Home Free, but they look (listen) at every song whose voice suits it best. The best harmony, no egos, no rivalries, great personalities etc. Besides, they can all beatbox (see their live performance 9to5). ..
This is one of the many covers they do in addition to various originals, and each one is just amazing.
Take the time to discover Home Free because it will be a great tour. For me they are number 1 A-Cappella group
Caution - Home Free is highly addictive. They actually sing every genre from gospel to goofy, including an opera aria. They'll always sound a little 'country' 'cuz three of them are from southern U..S. states (Texas, Georgia & Alabama - the other two are from Minnesota). Three of them are song writers, so there are lots of originals as well as covers. Fall down the rabbit hole - it's a truly great trip!
Tim Foust is their bass, but he sings beautifully in all five octaves he uses.
Home Free is amazing. Tim Foust, the bass, has a 5 octave range so he can go really low and then sing up with the tenors. If you love bass try Brothers in Arms, Helplessly Hoping. There is a new song just released called Skull & Bones that Chance wrote for the game of the same name. Tim goes insanely low in the stage version for the gaming crowd. (Just so you know he cut his hair during Covid and let some gray show). He also does collaborations with Peter Hollens (another great a cappella singer). One with lots of bass is Misty Mountains from the movie the Hobbit. It’s great. Enjoy! Oh forgot, he just did a song Hooked on a Feeling with the group the Bass Gang. It’s tremendous! 🥰
You have been warned; Home Free is one of the most fun rabbit holes you will find. And in case you're wondering, Tim, the bass, regularly blows out sound systems with his low notes.
You should hear his speaking voice! 😂 That bass is Tim Foust, who has been known to blow out speakers at shows. Saw them live a year ago at an outdoor venue and he vibrated my feet. Home Free is known for tight harmonies, walls of sound, a beatboxer that is clesrly not human and great sense of humor. They don't take themselves too seriously but the music never suffers. They are called country but can do just about any genre. They also like to keep their fans on their toes, meaning you never quite know what you are getting other than it will be good. I think you would really like their cover of the Doobie Brothers classic, "Listen To The Music".😊
Welcome to the rabbit hole known as Home Free. They are a world-class acapella group. Tim Faust (bass) has a 5-octave range. Adam Rupp (beatboxer) is known for his fantastic "No-monica". You will find a plethora of genres in their music chest. Enjoy!!!
So it actually is his voice? That’s very impressive!
@@TheHonestTake PS Check out Adam Rupp's drum solo... ua-cam.com/video/EanKWLUaDpg/v-deo.html
@@TheHonestTakeI think he put a video on UA-cam explaining how he does it.

Subbed for more HF. Home Free is just the best acapella group out there imho. So versatile. Just when you think you’ve heard everything that they can do vocally, they blow your mind again. Enjoy your HF journey. You won’t be disappointed. Oh, and Home Fries (HF fans) are super loyal fans and love watching HF reactions. Just sayin’. Thanks! Edited to add: This is the group that did the Sea Shanty Medley.
You have just been introduced to the best a cappella group out there. These guys are all so talented. They lean towards country but they can do any genre. They all can take the lead depending on whos voice is best for the song. They are known for their tight harmonies. Tim Foust is one of the best bass singers out there with a 5 octave range & their beatboxer vocal percussionist Adam Rupp can simulate any sound. This song is very old & is done in the bluegrass country style. It was used in the movie "Oh Brother Where Art Thou" starring George Clooney.
Great reaction! Love love love Home Free, had the pleasure of meeting them a few weeks ago at a concert in South Carolina, they sound even better live and yes, Tim Foust will literally shake the seats and destroy speakers with his lower notes, although he does get pretty high up there as well (5 octave range). Peace friend.
That’s awesome! lol I love that description good to know it’s legit!
@@TheHonestTake
Geoff Castellucci from Voice Play has a nice version too.
Avi, Matt, Geoff, and Tim (seen here) are a couple of notable basses.
THE GREATEST A-Cappella Group out there!! 🥰🎶
Home Free...
They have so much to share with their talents..from opera to jingle bells...the current line up of the members have a love of Faith..Family..and Country...
All can sing including the vocal percussionist Adam Rupp.. he's a soprano and you get glimpses of his beautiful voice in a few videos..like..
Listen To The Music 🔥
there he provides floating notes in the begining and later in the song...the No-monica that you just heard..Adam did a short video on how to do it..opening up the soft palate..and the high tenor Austin can do it as well..also all members can do beatboxing to different degrees...
The opening and ending notes in this one are of a Jaw Harp..from Adam Chance (called Chance)..and the low note you revisited was him as well.. he's the baritone and does throat singing that gives those notes that 'popping' texture...Chance is the newest member..replacing Adam's brother Chris Rupp..who you'll see in the early videos...Chance favors Sea Shanties and was the one behind the Sea Shanty video which originally was a tick-tock recording during quarantine.. hence the vertical images...just a few days ago they released a song
Skull and Bones
which will be featured in a game app by fall I think..Chance takes the lead and once again showcases his throat singing in a couple of parts...however..when singing normally..one word describes Chance's tone..Comfort...
Our wonderful Bassist is Tim Foust..with a 5+ octave range...Tim loves long walks on the beach.. oops..thats for another article lol..but he does love doo-wop and you can find his channel and listen to
Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow/Stay
where he layers all the tracks to cover all the ranges by himself..a human equalizer if you will...
Rob Lunquist our big man is a Tenor as well... he'll take you to church with the redition of
End Of The Road 🔥
a Boys 2 Men cover that was praised by Shawn Stockman from B2M..and was also a judge on The Sing Off the season Home Free won... Rob shines in all the videos.. singing opera with Austin and a fun video of
Never Gonna Give You Up
singing lead and rocking a trenchcoat...
That leaves our High Tenor..Austin...a Georgia talent that met the then original lineup on a boat cruise..all were performers... I believe the group hit their lucky stars with his addition...some reactors have called him Jesus..some have called him Shaggy..we call him great...in the video
When A Man Loves A Woman 🔥
The final notes give us a taste of his falsetto..leaving us wanting more...shot during quarantine..the set up is different and let's him sing his heart out...
As a group..they creat a wall of sound.. instruments are never missed...the humor is front and center...these are great examples of their fun side
Butts Melody/Remix
Hillbilly Bone
Champagne Taste (On A Beer Budget)
Full Of Cheer
There are way too many to list.. needless to say.. you'll receive many recommendations...like
Folsom Prison Blues
Ring Of Fire
Have fun and welcome aboard...🌿🌿🌿
These guys are the best Acapella group. They can sing any genre. 💗
They are Amazing ❤
I would say on song you should wait a while is mayday. Welcome to homefree get ready to listen to a great group their covers are known to be upgrades their concerts tend to be a party.
Home Free is the best of the best!! They have 100's of videos out there! Tim, Austin Chance, Rob and award winning beatboxer, Adam! They sing all genres. Subbed for more HF!!
Welcome, you’ll be a Home Fry before you know it! Everything Home Free does is amazing regardless of genre.
That is the super bass, Tim Foust. He has been known to blow out speakers with his low notes.
tim foust(bass) goes even deeper on their rendition of brothers in arms and has been known to blow out a speaker with a low note
Tim Foust…the Awesome bass has a 5+ Octave Range…he’s just Amazing 🙃🔥⭐️🎶‼️….&, goes Much Lower …&, Up outta the attic 😵💫🔥🎶. And, the vocal percussionist…Adam Rupp…he’s not human.llWhat a guy…& the Many sounds he can make 😵💫😳. The group as a whole are absolutely phenomenal ….Pure Talent 🔥🫶🏼‼️🙃🎶🎵
Love Home Free and there songs. They are amazing.
Some call that instrument a jew's harp, some say jaw's harp, and some other reactors call it a didjeridoo or Mongolian throat singing. Whatever name it goes by, Adam Chance does it perfectly. This group is astonishingly and multiply talented, but what really stands out is their *skill. Many have college degrees in music (one in musical theater), many play multiple instruments. At all levels, their musicianship shows what amazing, serious chops they have. Thanks for the great reaction -- hope you will do more! To see how they handle non-country genres, look at "The Butt Remix" (a humorous medley of songs from many genres), and "Helplessly Hoping," a cover of an old CSN song, as well as their brilliant cover of Don McLean's "American Pie", featuring McLean himself. It's a real treat.
These men are fantastic ! They make the instruments sound too !
Welcome to the Home Free rabbit hole. They are amazing! Every sound you hear comes from their mouths, They do not have a bad song. Please keep checking them out. Love your reaction!
And the low notes were natural. Tim has been known to blow out speakers with his low notes on stage.
This is 100% A Capella. Every sound, every "instrument". Welcome to the Home Free rabbit hole. 😂 Also, the Sea Shanty that went so viral with everyone dancing.....that's this group.
Great reaction!! Tim, the bass, will blow you away in Ring of Fire.
Welcome to the Nomonica ! That is Adam Rupp. The Jaw harp is Adam Chance. All vocal!
Home free did the Sea Shanty Medley
The TikTok sea shanty medley that everyone danced to was these guys!
Now that you've gotten a taste of Home Free, I hope you'll react to more of their amazing performances!
You just reacted to IMO the best country a capella band. They are the singers of the Sea Shanty Medley, Adam is the Beatboxer and he played the NOmonica all sounds are done vocally. They do all genres of music. They just dropped an original Monday it's call Skull and Bones.
Tim has a habit of blowing sound system safety limits, completely killing the them. You know those lonely keys that live at the far left of a piano? That’s where he lives. Plus has a crazy 5+ octave range above that. There are many fan shot videos out there that show Tim blowing up amps dating back years.
New subscriber. Great reaction, too! I love it when people discover Home Free. They are a freakishly talented group of fellas! They can make you laugh sometimes, they can make you cry sometimes but they always impress. Here's a cheat sheet on the group: Adam Rupp, co-founder of HF and the awesome beatboxer. Tim Foust, bass. He has a five-octave range. Rob Lundquist (glasses and beard) Tenor Harmony. Austin Brown, Lead Tenor. Adam Chance, Baritone ( goes by Chance). Chance replaced Chris Rupp (co-founder) who left in 2016. Take Me Home Country Roads is phenomenal but you might also want to check out Dreamer, When A Man Loves A Woman, End Of The Road, One Man Band, American Pie featuring Don McLean, I Swear, Blue Ain't Your Color, Dive Bar Saints, The Driver, Crazy and Folsom Prison Blues. For some funny ones: Butts Medley, All About That Bass, Champagne Taste, Hillbilly Bone and Ray Stevens' Mississippi Squirrel Revival. For some serious ones: How Great Thou Art, Go Rest High On That Mountain. When you are familiar with all the boys and their vocal roles, do Mayday. And last but not least, Brothers In Arms. It is haunting and beautiful. They have recently released several new songs that you will want to check out. Unchained Melody, Listen to the Music, Brother...the list goes on. To switch it up..try Two Country Singers try singing Opera. Welcome to the Home Free rabbit hole!
Welcome to Home Free ‼️ New subscriber here, I'm ready to watch as you fall for this group as we all have.😊
Home Free is the band you heard on the majority of those TikTok videos.
Is this your introduction to Home Free? This was for me too and I was in love with them before the song was half over. And speaking of sea shanties, they just came out with one about 4 days ago. Skull and Bones was written for a video game of the same name by Adam Chance, the baritone in the black vest doing the jews harp sound. It's one of maybe 5 songs the group as a whole perform with instruments. (Going solo or performing with others is a different story.) Chance was the bass in his previous group and he hits those low growly notes alongside Tim Foust. There are 2 videos out; one with just the images from the game and one of the debut of the song, onstage with the images behind them.
Yes it is!
Home Free is my favorite group out there. They have a large catalog of covers and originals. If you decide to go down this amazing rabbit hole i will gladly sub and go along for the ride. And that "tic toc" sea shanty was these guys. I will be watching for more.
I've seen them in person they are incredible!
Welcome to the rabbit hole. These guys are amazing and just as good live. Pick anything they do and it's fire 🔥
We call that the beatboxer Adam's "no-monica" and yes, what an incredibly low voice Tim has, right? Great reaction and hope youll do more Home Free
You have to hear them sing Helplessly Hoping from Crosby, Stills, and Nash. I don't know if I've ever heard more perfect harmonies than what they do in that song. It's quite simply amazing.
I am a Home Fry, and I know you will get all the Fries requesting more reactions, but I subscribed simply because of your last statement.
You're one of the only reactors I've seen actually notice he drops the octave in the repeat of his last line in his verse. That's one of the most impressive pieces
Read other comments so there isn't a whole lot more I can add so I'll just say, when it comes to Home Free they never disappoint, from covers to their awesome originals they rule. Individually their talents are remarkable, together they are out of this world. Subbed to see if you decide to jump into the Home Free rabbit hole. It's a wonderful place to be.
The best acapella vocal band out there!! Subbing for more Home Free. The Home Fries are pretty loyal so you might be surprised at how your channel grows. Welcome to the rabbit hole!!
New subscriber!!! More HOME FREE!!!!!!! Please!!
I recommend their sea shanty, butts remix. Hillbilly bones cover is another good one
How Great Tho Art - they do it so beautifully. So many other songs too.
Aren’t they awesome! They have a sea shanty medley. They also just released “skull and bones” which is very deep bass. It’s for a pirate game from Ubisoft. I subscribed
Sub'd as I want to enjoy watching another reactor doing the Home Free catalogue.
If you like a cappella, you should also check out Voiceplay and Pentatonix. Those 2 plus Home Free are probably the top 3 groups. They're all very different, more so than you would think.
Theese guys are the best, I'm here to follow you through the rabbithole of awsomness! Hoping for more Home Free!
Home Free breakdown
Official version
- or How the guys introduce themselves (current line up)
Adam Rupp - beatboxer (from Minnesota)
Rob Lundquist - tenor (from Minnesota)
Austin Brown - high tenor (from Georgia)
Adam Chance - baritone (from Alabama)
Tim Foust - bass (from Texas)
Realistic version
Beatboxers - 5 (including 1 freak of nature)
Tenors - 5
Baritones - at least 3 (pretty sure they can all get into baritone range, though…)
Basses - at least 2 (I mean, have you heard those bass notes Adam hits while beatboxing?)
The Guys
Adam Rupp: beatboxer extraordinaire, tenor/high tenor (mostly harmonies), co-founder, lovingly called The Freak of Nature. Fans are still debating whether or not he is in fact human or alien. Rumour has it he swallowed a drum kit as a child
Chris Rupp: baritone(bass at live performances when Tim sings lead), co-founder, left the group in spring of 2016 to do other projects
Rob Lundquist: lead tenor, whistler, opera singer and rapper, also known as Gospel Rob or The Beard
Austin Brown: high tenor, also does a mean No-monica and other instrumental sounds, aka The Home Free Heartthrob
Adam Chance: (or just Chance, not to get the 2 Adams confused): baritone/bass, throat singing, various instrumental sounds (including the mouth/jaw harp in Man of Constant Sorrow), replaced Chris Rupp in 2016
Tim Foust: Legendary Super Bass, also sings baritone, tenor and high tenor whenever he feels like it, does a mean walking bass, can go so low he breaks sound systems and so high people think it’s Austin…
Edited to say: great reaction. Loved that you picked up on Tim dropping an octave lower after his solo. Subbed for more Home Free
This group is fucking awesome! All play a perfect roll in all their songs! ... yes it is all with their own talent and no instruments! Check them out! Just fucking brilliant! I recomend Ring of fire and All about the bass!
One of the 3 top a capella groups around! 💖
Home Free sang the Sea Shanty Medley. No processsing.
Lol. You made me laugh. This is the group with the Sea Shanty Medley. Same deep voice Tim Foust.
Home Free is not only an Acapella group but an organization it's had many different members through the years this video includes their latest lineup.
you have stombled upon the mosst amazing acapella group out there, They just finished recording a new sea shanty, written by Chance for game maker Ubisoft for the game "Scull and Bones" reaact to that one next,,,,you won't regret it
Tim Foust sings some of the lowest notes you will hear using chest voice and vocal fry. Geoff Castelluci of VoicePlay hits lower notes using a technique called subharmonics. Both are fantastic, as are their respective groups.
I prefer basses who use chest voice & vocal fry like Tim Foust & Avi Kaplan. Never cared for the sound of subharmonics. It sounds just like burping low.
Tim Foust has shown bass techniques to Geoff Castellucci. They are good friends and Geoff has arranged a good number of Home Free songs.
The amazing thing is that there doesn't seem to be much in the way of competition between the groups. Just wholesome friendship and collaboration. It's a great thing.
So much on offer in this one and you had to fangirl over the bass.
BTW the Sea Shanty Medley was by the same band.
Guilty lol
Home Free fan!!!! ❤ Also a CK fan. ❤
🤘🤠🤘
He didn't even go "low" in that song!
welcome to the rabbit hole that is Home Free ;-) you have a big catalogue to get through 🙂
3:35 so many reactors miss this drop to Basso Profondo. Late to the game but im working back through this amazing channel. Peace and Love Brother. Your content is fantastic. Going to keep working backwards Son.
Thanks brother!
Subbed for more HF - welcome to the rabbit hole! Have fun and keep em comin!
Tim, bass, goes even lower in a few of their other songs. Such as Ring of Fire...either the Sing Off version or the version featuring Avid Kaplan.
Their cover of Boys to Men END OF THE ROAD is unbelievable
This song has become one of my litmus tests for reactors. I see so many reviewers just blow right by that octave drop with nary a comment. That tells me they aren't really listening to the music (or can't comprehend what they just heard) - they are just trolling for clicks.
subbed.
Welcome to the best rabbit hole on earth. I subbed in hopes you do more Home Free. One thing you will learn is that us Home Fries are L O Y A L fans of our boys! Looking forward to more Home Free!
Adam Rupp does some harmonica in other Home Free songs like Workin' For A Livin' and Ain't Goin' Down (on FaceBook).
Tim Foust can shoot a solid G1. Try their Ring Of Fire with guest bassist Avi Kaplan.
Chance (Adam Chance) did the jaw harp sound as you can see near the end as the last singer in view.
To hear all their voices except Adam Rupp, try their remake of American Pie with the original singer, Don Mclean.
You can hear them all sing, even Adam Rupp, in How Great Thou Art.
Adam Rupp has a huge array of percussion and sound effects. He even does a long drum solo in many concerts. Some on YT.
He has a very high tenor range, so he can reach the harmonica notes and gets the sound texture by manipulating resonance cavities in his hands and sinuses. I assume a fair amount of pharyngeal twang also.
Their "Sea Shanty Medley" is a lot of fun and "Brothers In Arms" is a deep and somber event.
Home Free did their take on the Sea Shanty Medley....and they uploaded it to TikTok for Duets....so you probably heard it in a short, but they also include other sea shanty's in the medley. The bass singer has a 5+ octave range and yes, he can sing that low in full resonance with no filters/gimmicks/processing. Welcome to the rabbit hole!
Man, it's my first time here and I liked and subscribed strictly because you said anyone that doesn't like you can f*** off. I felt that also you got good energy
Thanks friend!
You had a like and a new subscriber, then you uttered those last two words. There was no call for that. I hope that you grow up someday. I’ll pray that you do.
Tim Foust can break speakers. Welcome to the rabbit hole!
Nice reaction. Hope you will do more Home Free. Sub.
you are going to love this rabbit hole. So many great choices. Pick a genre, blues - End of The Road cover; Gospel - Multiple: Rock - When a Man Loves A Woman, Country: Belss this broken road, One Man Band (a personal fave) humor: multiple. Opera - Nessun Dorma, Arrangement: check Do YOu Hear What I Hear or Mayday (save til you've done a few) Loved your reaction - and looking forward to more. Your life just go t better.
Good to see your channel doing well, Matt! (This is Aleph)
Thanks!
Welcome to the homefree acapella rabbit hole 😊😅
You should watch Home Free concert and look for Adam Rupp drum solo
Sea Shanty medley is a Home Free song. Listen to their cover of When a Man Loves a Woman.
Watching people be surprised by Tim's mid range always brings me joy 😂
You should check out a lot more of HF songs. They are EPIC !!! Tim Foust is the bass singer and has a smooth deep tone. Austin Brown is the high tenor, with Rob Lundquist as a tenor also. Then there is Adam Chance, Chance, a baritone who also takes the bass when Tim is in leads, and last the incredible beat boxer Adam Rupp, and no he is not using a harmonica, but rather just his voice. The guy can be ANY instrument you want him to be. Also check out Pentatonix, another a cappella group who are literally out of this world. They put "A Cappella" on the map and took it to a whole other level. The more you do of these two groups the more listeners you will have flocking to your channel. Pick ANYTHING, you can't go wrong and you won't be disappointed.
t
MORE HOME FREE PLEASE, CHECK OUT THE SING OFF SEASON 4
❤❤❤❤❤
Excellent video! Thank you! If you like bassy acapella might I recommend Voiceplay (Especially something like Hoist the Colors or The Dragonborn theme or actually anything else).
Subbed hoping you liked Home Free enough to do some more of their 150+ videos 🏴
This is a deep rabbit hole you've jumped into, my friend. This isn't anywhere close to how low the bass, Tim Foust, can go. He is what's called a basso profundo, the lowest bass there is. Plus he has a 5 octave vocal range. AND, since you are a drummer, Adam Rupp, the vocal percussionist, put out a video of him doing a freestyle vocal drumming video, that is so much more than just drumming.
First, love Home Free! Then for more of that crazy bass, may I suggest Misty Mountains with Peter Hollens and Tim Foust.
You NEED to listen to their version of Ring of Fire for some sub harmonic notes by Tim! Makes your whole body rumble!!
I've watched a LOT of reactions to this video. You are 1 of maybe 3 or 4 to notice and comment on Tim's low part of the harmony after his solo.
That Sea Shanty TikTok sound was from Home Free
The Bass is unprocessed. I've heard him live many many times. You should hear his talking voice. I heard one reactor say he talks in a A1. Honey to my ears just to hear him talk--forget about when he's singing.
Home Free is great, but Pentatonix is one you have to check out…they are next level. I’d suggest starting with “Hallelujah “, followed by “Daft Punk” medley which won them a Grammy. 😁
