Home Free has no weakness
Yes! Yes! Yes! I’ve been waiting for you to do this one. You’ll love the music, but take a moment to appreciate the video itself. Camera stays in the center and they move around the room. Brilliant! Plus the Hound and Fox are so adorable.🥰
What you may have missed about the video is that it was one-shot, one-take, no cuts. Well, I'm sure they had to try it multiple times, but this was one full run through. To me that is almost as impressive as the singing.

Since Ed Sheerhan was sued by the descendants of the co-writer of Let’s Get On because there was a similar chord progression or something in Thinking Out Loud, it makes the perfect mash-up. I found it incredibly funny that Home Free did the mash-up before the lawsuit. Ed Sheeran won, thank goodness, or everyone would be afraid to write new music.

Reilly and Mackenzie Zamber, the Hound and the Fox, together with videographer/director Jimmy Bates, were the production company Fifgen, who were responsible for most of the band's MVs until a few years ago.. They also played the couple with the baby in Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer (the video for that is a surreal and bizarrely hilarious experience). As you know, they developed a great musical friendship with Adam Chance. Jimmy Bates most recently created and directed the incredible video for Brother, which I can only pray one of your patrons asks for. You really don't want to miss the HF larping team, joined by a real spellcaster in the shape of Adam Rupp.

I don't think Home Free could put out bad music even if they tried. Yet again, they reimagined two songs by vocally stitching them together seamlessly and creatively. Love them more and more as time goes on. Even tho' this is an oldie, its just as remarkable as their newer stuff. Great reaction.

I am always amazed when reviewers listen to Home free and are blown away...after years of being dazzled by them.
Since I haven’t seen anyone mention it yet, I will! The song at the end is “Everything Will Be Okay,” and I would highly recommend you checking it out when you have the chance! I think it’s a highly underrated song of theirs, and it’s an original. Both the song and the video are really wonderful, I love it❤ Great reaction as usual, DJ! :)

They did such a good job with this. Tim and Austin with the Solos and Hound and Fox as the Actors and Actress was just PERFECT. I just can't find anything wrong with the whole thing. Grear reaction.
These guys are just the best at doing mashup songs. Prefer this over Ed Sheeran's version. Austin does a great job of the song & Tim's bass voice is perfect for the Marvin Gaye song. But he can surprise you with his high notes too. Love Adam's vocal percussion as always. The cute couple in this video are "The Hound & The Fox". You should also check out their music. They have collaborated with different Home Free members.
Hearing Tim sing in his upper ranges always knocks me off my feet, no matter how much I hear him. These guys are the best in my opinion.

I never cared for Tenor voices, BUT Austin and Mitch ,from PTX, really have changed my opinion, they have won me over. I still prefer a bass voice, especially Tim's, and when he comes in on "lets get it on" with that deep note and then the sudden change to a high note growl, WOW. What a dichotomic group of notes. EPIC !!! Thanks again for a great reaction.

One of my favorites of theirs. Between Austin and Tim killing it, it’s such a good combo. Loved the video too. I’ve seen Tim on St. Andrews Scotland (video by Kim Ball) do a bird sound similar to this - pretty funny on a song in that concert. They can all make wacky sounds. Great reaction DJ!😍🥰

Yes , the video is done in one take .. but it took them multiple times to get that one take .. there is a behind the scene video for this too
It’s one continuous shot, but it took multiple takes/tries to get it right. It wasn’t just one and done.
Don't forget to keep your HF playlist updated because you'll need it eventually to figure out which of their songs you haven't done yet. master list that you use to check them off might be a good idea. 🙂
I believe Chris Rupp used to do some of the low-baritone stuff used to fill in for Tim's bass when Tim took the lead. Same as Chance does now, but not as low.

A year or two ago the estate of the late Marvin Gaye tried to sue Ed Sheeran for copyright infringement, saying that his song "Thinking Out Loud" was too much like "Let's Get It On".
