I suppose it's worth adding on that Morpho Knight Sword will also create healing items when you fight enemies, including bosses. This is great for Ultimate Cup Z with its very limited healing.
This is actually what allowed me to clear the ultimate arena Z. Dont think I could have without it. The leaking is limited but adds up as you attack, especially if you aren't too bad at dodging most attacks.

@@joshcoy6748 I figured this out accidentally as well since I was missing the mission where you beat fleurina with ring mouthful, I thought the last mission was in there because I saw that the fence was broken
Here's another one if you want to make a follow up video: at the end of the first level of the desert world, you can walk behind the waddle dees and actually make it all the way into the hotel in the background, there you can play a short but fun minigame and get some money and figures
I’m surprised you didn’t include the one at the end of the second Wastelands level (the Oasis one). Unless it’s not considered a “might have missed”-type secret. You can just hop the gate and go into the building in behind the final Waddle Dee cage, and then you can do a conveyor belt mini game to open a massive treasure stash. Funny that I never found any of these ones, but found that. Haha
Very Minor, but in the third level of the first area with the falling rocks, there is a part of a tree you can stand on. It doesn’t do anything useful, but it’s still pretty cool that you can reach it. (It’s near the hidden side road on the hill upward of the falling rocks) Apparently the 86 secret was used in Kirby: Planet Robobot
@@kellenbrewer2798if I remember correctly the virtual reality theme is called L86 and both robobot and triple deluxe have a hal room based around waiting 86 seconds in a room filled with screen crushers (don't quote me on that idk how true that is)
Fighting Morpho Knight with his own sword was probably one of if not my favorite Forgotten Land experience (a contender for favorite moment just happens to be me dueling phantom Meta Knight). It was just an amazing experience. Both me and Morpho had essentially the same moves and abilities, it just came down to technique/skill. All this done on wild mode without power-ups.
Morpho knight sword can also heal a tiny bit of health as you attack, you know to make Morpho knight sword even more broken if it wasn't broken enough.
Secret number 7 reminds me of the level in world 5 in Kirby's return to dreamland where there's a boss rush but you can take a secret path and you will start another boss rush but this time it's harder
11:03 This secret is a reference to Nightmare in Dreamland's alternate path with the mini bosses (there's a secret upper path that is a difficult miniboss section)
Fun fact: with the hammer mask, if you go infront of a crate and hold in B, the crates will get destroyed by the final hold attack without having to let go!
At the end of the first level of Originull Wasteland, there is a gap in the fence, go there and keep walking. (P.S. you need the any cutter ability to do this.
6:20 it's probably one of the easiest ones to find, and you say this while the 86 timer on the car thing was the previous hal room. it's only natural to want to climb up on the crushers throughout the room, and then you get your chance so you gotta backtrack. 6:57 NO IT ISN'T JUST PLATFORM ON THE CRUSHERS >o< 7:35 at that point we're looking at literally every single (at least mainline and a lot of spinoffs) kirby game coming to the switch, especially considering star allies
@@JoelTheParrot Yes, but for a lot of people their first thought isn't to immediately go back over the crushers right after coming out of the control room. Most people will go in, get the Waddle Dee, and continue in the level.
Morpho Knight Sword also has a life drain affect where everytime you physically hit any enemy if you're not at full hp(even with the 2nd health bar) you get little orbs that pop out and heal you.
2:45 - A neat detail about the attack he’s doing here: I am fairly sure it is actually a recreation of Meta Knight’s new Final Smash in Smash Ultimate. Kirby games once again making Smash retroactively cannon
I obviously knew that you could create minispirits of Soul Forgo with the Morpho Knight Sword ability. BUT I DEFINITELY DID NOT KNOW THAT YOU COULD CREATE THE SOUNDWAVES THAT MORPHO KNIGHT CREATES IN HIS BOSS BATTLE WITH THAT SAME ABILITY!!! That is honestly a neat little touch!
I just 100% the game a few days ago, and I'm really happy there's still more stuff to do and find. Also, one of my favorite thing about morpho knight Kirby is that he heals a bit whenever you make combo attacks
There actually is another room similar to the battle of blizzard bridge. In the wastes where life began, at the end of the level, keep going into the background and you can enter the hotel in the background
Wow I never knew about any of these, the Hal rooms were very cool to see as well as the secret parts of some of the stages, shows that they do care about the games they make
2 things about number 2. 1- you can also block to enable the sword clash 2- I like how the galaxia makes you into meta knight Kirby instead of the sword Kirby you enabled
I remember finding the battle of blizzard bridge one the first time I entered that level, knowing that Hal likes to hide stuff, I went over and saw the tomato, to further investigate I jumped around until I reached the secret, I also saw the window open and was like “guess I’ll go in there” and presto; it worked
To point out also, 86 has been used before. In both Triple Deluxe and Planet Robobot, when you get to a room in the final world where you have to avoid being squashed by blocks coming from the background to the foreground. Well after you finish avoiding all of them, a door to the next area appears. Instead of going through it, if you wait 86 seconds, you'll have to avoid some more squishing blocks, though this time they are shaped first as an "H," than an "A," then an "L" before another door appears, which leads to a secret area. Also for the harder miniboss gauntlet, this is a reference to Kirby's Adventure/Nightmare in Dreamland, where instead of going through the main entrance, if you go through the secret entrance on top, you'll face a different set of minibosses instead. This also happens in Return to Dreamland, and in SQ, an update allowed this to also happen on Planet Caverna.
No need for bombs, there is a glowing spot you stand on to make it appear, same as the other glowing spots that make a coin appear but the one on the weapon shop gives a rare stone.
Fun fact: With the toy hammer, you can glitch out of the map, enter the arena, and fight a glitched version of the meta knight cup. This "glitch cup" consists of one fight against Frosty and Bonkers, after which, the game rewards you with a rare stone. Call it a cheat if you want, it's my go-to rare stone farming method.
Two things you didn’t know: 1. When the Morpho knight sword is equipped and on Kirby, and you go to a stage with a conveyer belt (a trip to alive mall or burning churning power plant) and you do a teleportation dodge, your dodge distance will change depending on the direction of the conveyer belt.( going with it will increase dodge distance and vise versa. 2. When the animation plays of waddle dee town while loading, you can sometimes see a waddle dee or kirby behind one of the buildings waving.
Well here's a little something interresting: it's about Morpho Sword. Did you know that if you land enough hits with it, it can actually heal you? An itsy bitsy little, but still.
The Hal room in Burning Churning Power Plant I nearly found. I didn't know you could go back outside the level because every time I tried it in other levels, you get an invisible wall blocking the door. Really cool secrets!
I found both morpho sword attacks on my own. the hypnotic wave attack is great for counterattacks because many attacks from bosses can be avoided by jumping so you can airstall while dealing damage.
I don't understand the confusion with mouthful damage. Every mouthful mode can be used throughout the game on many enemies. They all have a set amount of HP, just the same as the bosses. Clearly they should all have a damage output, otherwise they wouldn't be able to damage the enemies and, likewise, the bosses.
The third hal room that you said was so well hidden was the only one I found on my play through. I went back because I thought there might be something else on top of the walls that crush you if you went further back.
There is 1 detail that I found during boss rush. Back in Kirby Super Star if you had the rocket ability, you could store a boost jump and insta kill some mini bosses that spawn above you with good timing. In Forgotten Land, when a boss is in a spawning or recovery state they take reduced damage. When mini bosses spawn in, there is a small window of time where you can deal full damage thus making some fights in the colosseum much much faster. I don't know the exact timing but when their spawn portal is happening and their life bar is filling before they do their battle cry. Somewhere in there. If you have Morph Knight (STAR) you'll know if you got it because a fully charged single hit will insta ko the boss meaning you can do mini boss rooms in about 2-3 seconds rather than the 8-10 it takes allowing their spawn animations to play. The Bridge battle is a good place to test the timing. Can beat that stage really fast. Outside of that there are a couple mini bosses you can fight with mouthful abilities playing 2 player boosting kirby into the arena in the desert levels and water levels. I haven't played since I 100% completed the game so my memory is a little vague, I apologize.
Here’s a cool glitch you can do. Get hammer > float in the air until kirby slowly loses air-time > press b to spit out air > press and hold b to perform a mid-air hammer attack > press a as the hammer hits the ground. Kirby will go flying and you can use this to get into out of bounds areas.
My guess for why the mouthful modes have specified damage outputs is because they need that for normal enemies, just you never realize it because they don't have a health bar for you to look at.
@Failboat actually discovered something, if you can manage to perform a Glitch with the Toy Hammer on Battle Of The Bridge, you can get out of bounds on both the normal version and the EX version of the level. Good luck getting back though!
One other thing with the morpho knight sword is the second level of attack charge (the more powerful spin attack) will actually heal a chunk of your health. Not sure if it’s dependent on connecting with the last strike of the move or not but yeah it’s super handy in boss fights
it's possible that the squeak squad was part of the beast pack but they wre the only part of the beast pack that went to dreamland through a rift like the other inhabitants of the forgotten land
There is actually a goal in one of the world 5 stages (cant remember which one) where you need to beat fleurina with ring mouth, this is needed to get the 1st waddle dee and the crystal needle blueprint. Normally you would just spit out the ring to climb a ladder but if you parkour on to some sort of debris, you can actually do the boss with a mouthful mode, as the game intended.
I found it interesting that the only two waddle dee missions out of order were the “bridge detour” and “use crash on frosty” showing up after missions later in the level. Now knowing about the alt path on the bridge I wonder if there might be something else to find with the other or if it’s the only oversight in the quest system.
Nice to see the original Battle At Castle Dedede is referenced in The battle of Blizzard bridge. Always loved route two for the final world level 2 boss rushes
1. HAL Room Rocky Rollin Road 2. Stealing Meta Knight Sword 3. Caught by a Whirlpool using a Secret Area 4. HAL Room The Wondaria Dream Parade 5. UFO, Robot Car & Spaceship Monster 6. HAL Room Hot Power Plant 7. Alternate Route 8. Bosses In Forgo Standy 9. Morpho Knight Sword+Star
About the first hal room, funny enough as soon as you stand on that tree, near one of the benches is a capsule that you can pick up for the ranger ability, so even if you don’t have it, it’ll be there just in case, for reference, it’s the left bench in front of the dee’s to rescue at the end.
Idk if anyone’s found this but you can actually find another secret room at the desert land’s first stage. When you reach the of the stage you can go pas the gate (where the gold cage is) and go all the way back towards the casino/hotel in the background. You’ll then play a slight mini game to collect star shards and open a “prison” full of star coins and stuff
Oh and also there's another thing that you could do with the Morpho knight sword or any sword that has a Twist attacks so you can't use the gigay sword for this if you do this thing move charge it up a completely and then get hit during the spin move then you'll see of a few particles spinning around still in where you were doing the attack
Haha, Iw as just thiking about how Beardbear made a video about that, we both habe great minds, also why do the melons look so much like the melons from Yoshi's Story ngl haha?
@@dropfish3109 Heck, you can just slide into the sword and it'll pop it. I was trying to speedrun the arena, only to slide into the sword and suddenly it just popped out of the ground and popped. That moment I went "oh no" because I was copyless.
It's implied that not just the Squeaks but everybody originally comes from the New World. The Waddle Dees may even be humans. Think about it: the original inhabitants left the beasts behind when they teleported to a "land of dreams"? Hello Dream Land?
So apparently, Morpho knight takes the souls and powers of the bosses if consumes (see galaxia knight in star allies and now fecto forgo) what if, in several games from now on, we battle morpho knight again, but the story is based around him?
I would love a game with Morpho Knight as the antagonistic, and then Dark Matter just absorbs him and they fuse into Zero Knight. Since Dark Matter's true form is Zero (and Zero 2 in Kirby 64), it would be a great concept for a final boss or at least a secret boss fight!

@@firenze6478 in my defense, I thought one of the waddle dees was hidden there.
@@joshcoy6748 I figured this out accidentally as well since I was missing the mission where you beat fleurina with ring mouthful, I thought the last mission was in there because I saw that the fence was broken
@@joshcoy6748 me too.
@@tvs26 me too, I was missing that exact mission. I actually felt kind of cheated when I found out what the true mission was lol
Haha
That's the first wastelands level I just cleared it
Very Minor, but in the third level of the first area with the falling rocks, there is a part of a tree you can stand on. It doesn’t do anything useful, but it’s still pretty cool that you can reach it. (It’s near the hidden side road on the hill upward of the falling rocks)
Apparently the 86 secret was used in Kirby: Planet Robobot
where in brobrobot was the secret? i didnt notice it
@@kellenbrewer2798if I remember correctly the virtual reality theme is called L86 and both robobot and triple deluxe have a hal room based around waiting 86 seconds in a room filled with screen crushers (don't quote me on that idk how true that is)
So with the Morpho Knight Sword Copy ability, you essentially BECOME Morpho Knight themselves.
The description is right.
Morpho knight Kirby is the only time the playable character is as good as the boss
If you charge the hammer ability for too long the hammer will burnout and you'll just have a stick
The mouthful modes can do damage probably so that you can hit regular enemies with it
Fighting Morpho Knight with his own sword was probably one of if not my favorite Forgotten Land experience (a contender for favorite moment just happens to be me dueling phantom Meta Knight).
That one detail carried me through the Chaos Elfilis fight, just wait, then slide, jump, B, land then BBB
Secret number 7 reminds me of the level in world 5 in Kirby's return to dreamland where there's a boss rush but you can take a secret path and you will start another boss rush but this time it's harder
yeah thats what i though too! :)
@Mr. KittCatt ya Ik
I wasn’t aware you could do the guard charge thing, idk why it doesn’t tell you in the pause menu like old kirby games
Kirby star allies secret: If you wait long enough In the goal Game on the cloud The cloud will go away.
I knew about the secret area on the bridge battle in winter horns but i had no idea about whirlpool secret area
6:57 NO IT ISN'T JUST PLATFORM ON THE CRUSHERS >o<
7:35 at that point we're looking at literally every single (at least mainline and a lot of spinoffs) kirby game coming to the switch, especially considering star allies
Bro, it really ISNT obvious. How is someone gonna know to SPECIFICALLY go into the control room and then go all the way back?
@@diamondzilla7379 because... you see the control room first so you go in there? then as i detailed in my comment you'll backtrack over the crushers.
@@JoelTheParrot Yes, but for a lot of people their first thought isn't to immediately go back over the crushers right after coming out of the control room. Most people will go in, get the Waddle Dee, and continue in the level.
@@diamondzilla7379 i meant obvious by hal room standards.
possibly the most obvious hal room
@@JoelTheParrot Ah, OK, I understand now.
Wow I never knew about any of these, the Hal rooms were very cool to see as well as the secret parts of some of the stages, shows that they do care about the games they make
who still remeber kirby battle royal when i was 6 i LOVED that game i played it all night and once skipped school
2 things about number 2.
1- you can also block to enable the sword clash
2- I like how the galaxia makes you into meta knight Kirby instead of the sword Kirby you enabled
7:12 can you skip it with the hammer super jump?
Also Morph knight Ability can heal you when you hit an enemy 3 times in a row , not by much tho. It save me when I was fighting Chaos Elfilin!
Wow, someone did a "things you missed in..." video that only contained things that I missed. I must be slipping as a gamer.
I was throwing homing bombs on the roof of the weapon shop and got a random rare stone. I don't know why, but you should put that in another video!
My son wants to tell you that if you eat the plant enemy you will get the spike ability.
At world 5 level 1 when you go to the end of the level, you can enter the building in the back by going through the broken fence.
“Super well hidden”
In truth, the Power Plant was the one HAL room I found without the need of a video guide…
What made you go all the way back outside 😂
@@Nin10doland
I did an area sweep in case I missed a Waddle Dee. Then I followed the coin trail.
Man, that Cone Mouth thing at the end of the first level, I could not get up there with the cone for the life of me... you made that look so easy!
Well here's a little something interresting: it's about Morpho Sword. Did you know that if you land enough hits with it, it can actually heal you? An itsy bitsy little, but still.
2:12 the 2 themes that play when you find the HAL rooms in Kirby Star Allies is the Dedede's Drum Dash theme and the classic Kirby theme.
12:13
Except that one of the missions in Originull Wasteland is to use cone on the tornado boss of level one?
I'm pretty sure that you're thinking of the mission in 5-1, The Wastes Where Life Began, where you need to defeat Fleurina with ring mouth.
@@cosmicking2054 yeah, that's the one, misremembered cone in place of ring
I had absolutely no idea about the final two attacks that were shown in the video that can be done with the Morpho Knight Sword! That's actually sick.
I haven't played since I 100% completed the game so my memory is a little vague, I apologize.
number 6 is a callback to the super nes kirby where your in the suns heart its the room you fight the turrets in
i found a secret of my own. the those who departed from space theme is a theme that resembles that of the ending of super kirby clash
that alternate mini boss rush reminds me of those boss towers from Knid and Krtd
I wonder if there is some secret Hal room nobody has found yet related to fecto elfilis
The only thing I didn't know about is the secret area in Concrete Isles. The rest I knew.
But still, Forgotten Land just keeps on surprising me!
One other thing with the morpho knight sword is the second level of attack charge (the more powerful spin attack) will actually heal a chunk of your health. Not sure if it’s dependent on connecting with the last strike of the move or not but yeah it’s super handy in boss fights
Thank you so much for making this video, it was really helpful. I only knew about 3 of these secrets😊
it's possible that the squeak squad was part of the beast pack but they wre the only part of the beast pack that went to dreamland through a rift like the other inhabitants of the forgotten land
This is the best one yet! Especially 7 and the HAL room ( kirby and the forrgoten land facts.)
Fun Fact: If you Upgrade the toy hammer for the hammer ability to Max Power it does Massive chunks of damage if you fully charge your Attack
5:05 Where did this render of Elfilis come from?
Fun fact, Morpho Knight Sword is also the first copy ability to do a guard attack as well.
I knew about the forgo attack, but didn't know about the confusion attack. This gamr is so cool.
I suspect the way King Dedede throws the waddle dee into the elevator, is a callback to how King Dedede throws Kirby into the next area in Kirby 64.
One thing that you missed: When forgo dedede goes into rage mode, he leaves his hammer left there. You can eat the hammer and get the hammer ability.
1. HAL Room Rocky Rollin Road
2. Stealing Meta Knight Sword
3. Caught by a Whirlpool using a Secret Area
4. HAL Room The Wondaria Dream Parade
5. UFO, Robot Car & Spaceship Monster
6. HAL Room Hot Power Plant
7. Alternate Route
8. Bosses In Forgo Standy
Woah I had no idea about the morpho knight attacks you mentioned, amazing!!!
Haha, Iw as just thiking about how Beardbear made a video about that, we both habe great minds, also why do the melons look so much like the melons from Yoshi's Story ngl haha?
when i found out the hammer moonjump i just used it EVERYWHERE
when it say to grab the sword right before fighting meta knight and you throw a bomb at it (using the bomb copy ability) the cutscene will change.
you can do that with any ability
@@dropfish3109 Heck, you can just slide into the sword and it'll pop it.
I was trying to speedrun the arena, only to slide into the sword and suddenly it just popped out of the ground and popped. That moment I went "oh no" because I was copyless.
@@raymaikeru I did the exact same, but i did it when I already had the Meta Kinght sword, so I got the same scene

It's implied that not just the Squeaks but everybody originally comes from the New World. The Waddle Dees may even be humans. Think about it: the original inhabitants left the beasts behind when they teleported to a "land of dreams"? Hello Dream Land?
So apparently, Morpho knight takes the souls and powers of the bosses if consumes (see galaxia knight in star allies and now fecto forgo) what if, in several games from now on, we battle morpho knight again, but the story is based around him?
well now I want that to come true, that would be interesting
I would love a game with Morpho Knight as the antagonistic, and then Dark Matter just absorbs him and they fuse into Zero Knight. Since Dark Matter's true form is Zero (and Zero 2 in Kirby 64), it would be a great concept for a final boss or at least a secret boss fight!
