I wanna give Deep Sleep partial credit. Its not the best when you find it on a level, but in the town you can just go to the weapons shop and repeatedly use Deep Sleep to get all 3 stat buffs before going into a level
Personally i think homing bomb is the most confusingly designed ability in the game. They can chain together, but they constantly move away from each other destroying the chain. You only get big damage if you chain it, so I find it deeply underwhelming most of the time. I prefer the 2nd version of bomb, Chain Bomb.
I beat Morpho Knight the first time with it. Being able to run around and focus on dodging helped a ton in beating him. Just throw bombs around the stage while doing so and around half of them automatically connect (his attacks will destroy some). Now that I know his attack patterns I can dodge his attacks, but it helped a ton in getting that first win.
Dragon fire does SO much damage, the basic attack melts boss health bars in seconds if you can keep the fire concentrated on them, which isn’t too hard
personally i prefer storm tornado, just spamming B can destroy the health of a boss. And if you collect stars while in tornado and press b all the stars just home onto an enemy
Deep sleep is an amazing ability! Especially in the Colloseum, if you can get it, you can keep using it over and over until you get all 3 buffs it gives and by then you'll be more powerful in your base form than most copy abilities. I'd rather be deepsleep buffed with no ability than have to fight with needle or drill
Something I learned with the morpho knight sword is that if your guarding and hold B, you charge up a spirit head attack thing where two heads orbit you
Space Ranger is absolutely phenomenal. Literally killed the colloseum on first try. I love this game. Haven't unlocked Morpho copy ability yet, Im at Forgo Land but havent played yet

Deep Sleep is actually an amazing ability. The upgrade turns Sleep, an intentionally useless move, into something that can give Kirby buffs such as a second health bar, 200 seconds of boosted attack, and 200 seconds of boosted speed, and the fact that those can all stack, so you can just stay in the weapons shop and sleep until you get all the buffs, and carry those into the Coliseum, or a hard level... Actually an S tier.
I feel like Cutter got the best upgrade with the transfer to 3D, Holding the cutters in place and getting a supercharged return can be really fun to kill bosses with especially with chakram and buzzsaw
Yep, the fact that you can hold the cutters in place is brilliant. Shame it seems like some people miss that by just spamming the attack. It can shred through mini-bosses with ease
@@Tilda_the_mage All the top weapons shreds through minibosses with ease, generally 1 charge attack or attack chain to put them into their second state before they can attack, and another to kill them, if not outright delete them on the first attack. :P
imma be honest, this could just be from personal experience against the final boss but i believe control bomb is one of the worst abilities. the bombs are slow and not too accurate, they can get destroyed by bosses and the damage is basically none. the only way to do decent damage is with the chain attacks but they are impossible to do since the bombs just go all around the place

@@user-lx8mk2wr2r Funny, the health bar in my game disagrees with you. Though Ice's doesn't work against fire-based attacks from what I've seen. At least those from bosses, haven't tested with the normal enemy: hothead.
As a Blizzard Ice enjoyer, I can confirm that Ice's Shield does block from all directions, and also blocks damage from fire-based attacks. Another thing, if you hold the stick in any direction before you release the guard button while using any version of Ice, Kirby will actually dodge out of it.

I use the Blizzard Ice ability a LOT, the nearly impenetrable shield that also damages foes is extremely powerful and is how I completed the missions where you have to defeat a boss without taking damage
You are right that’s the best ability! With ice ability you can easily beat the Z challenge up to the last 3 battles without taking damage. With some learning of when to attack you can easily beat the last 3 bosses. It’s such a cheat ability for bosses and if you upgraded to +3 you are set. It’s so good that it makes the battle boring
I 100% the game last night and Morpho knight is by far the best copy ability. You could complete the most difficult coliseum with that ability on its own.
I feel like you heavily underrated twin drill. The explosion attack when you circle enemies does great damage to bosses, and it shreds mini-bosses in 2 explosions.
Not to mention that you're immune to a lot of aboveground attacks when you're underground. This is actually my preferred ability against Phantom Woods for that exact reason.
It’s also really good for 100% speedruns (Including upgrading EVERY copy ability evolution to max level)because of the speed difference between the regular drill and the twin drill. My PB went from 15:24:52 to 14:49:27. Well, then again, I had gotten more skilled after my first PB from practice, which was probably the main reason.
Twin Drillis cool and all, but its Air-Dash actually has more startup than the other two Drills... I like going fast. Thats the only reason I dont like it😭
Honestly I love Morpho Knight sword because after 3 consecutive hits, it slightly heals you. Space ranger is really powerful, and the charges hit is really cool. Masked Hammer is also good but not the best. I still like it for the strength.
I believe toy hammer has the most damage for fastest burst damage. It's the fastest to charge and its damage is dangerously good when paired with a attack boost
I actually used Storm Tornado for my first clear of the Ultimate Cup Z. It's actually a really good all-rounded ability. Obviously the main bonus is the mobility, especially since the way the attack lets you hover in the air means you're actually out of range of the majority of enemy attacks. It's also got decent close-range damage if you can combo it properly (Really nice if you can wedge yourself against a wall to really rack up damage), and the ability to pick up the stars off the ground and launch them as a ranged attack is incredibly useful.
Deep Sleep and Time Crash definitely deserve to be higher. Sleep being free buffs that you can get for _free_ before any level, and Time Crash absolutely obliterating almost all of the no-hit boss runs. I also prefer Volcano Fire, since its Burning attack isn’t slow. And surprisingly, I think that base Sword and Ranger are pretty decent as well. Sword has the flurry attack that none of the others have, and also lacks the weird aerial attack Meta Knight’s has and the weird dodge Morpho’s has. Base Ranger’s charge attack is less vulnerable than Noble’s, since you don’t have to stand there firing all your shots. Space still wins in the damage department, but I absolutely despise the energy field, and how you can’t see anything through it.
I love deep sleep but unfortunately it's overshadowed by the shop which can stack speed and attack 5 times for 999 seconds. Yes it does cost money but the arena's honestly pay it all back plus extra, especially sense the minimum you need is like 600 seconds for the true arena. And the double health item will heal your base health too so you can store it incase of emergencies. I wish you could store deep sleep in your item slot just to give it some use because it makes you fully invincible to eveything during the animation plus giving you a random boost effect.
Morpho has combo based healing, Blade beams, a small Ultra Sword with even more strength that can summon fire tornadoes, a warp that goes twice the length of his dodge roll, and he can summon 2 homing wisps of Fargo
Not to mention the fact that the dodge is now COMPLETELY invincible with basically NO vulnerability on top of the extra length, and perfect dodging instantly sends you to the part of the combo that heals you.
@@abadminecraftplayer well, even then, that’s ONE BOSS that can do it, and if I’m understanding you correctly, with ONE kind of attack that not only is it entirely possible he’ll just crumple before being able to use it, but also we don’t even know for sure if it WILL damage the roll.
I think pretty much every player who 100% the game knows that morpho knight sword is completely busted. I managed to beat ultimate cup z on my first try just with this ability and life up.
Honestly I think that the best copy ability is the masked hammers, because the hold ability at max does half of most of the bosses health. Another reason why is that I think that masked hammers are the best is because the click attacks are very fast and the third one makes two fire tornadoes, also! The air ability makes FOUR fire tornadoes. My last reason is that it just looks cool (that one doesn’t count).
Deep Sleep is great when you’re farming colosseum. Just run back to the weapon shop and roll until you have all the buffs, and they stack with buffs from the shop so you can max out and still have another shop item in your back pocket. I usually get at least 6-8 runs of Meta Knight Cup before I have to go back and restart the process.
Meta knight sword ability is so unbelievably busted just use the guard A A B attack and it hits like a truck, slows down bosses attacks because hit stun and the cherry on top most moves only hit ground so it dodges most boss attacks I did the ultimate colloseum which is 12 bosses in 5 minutes and 29 seconds with it on my first attempt Easily the best ability before post game
I really liked getting the opportunity to use deep sleep in forgo dreams. It's the best source of healing and gives a buff, making the next section easier.
I'd say blizzard ice is number 1 utility wise. It turns enemies into an ice you can attack with grows environmental things that can attack anything that moves over it has an invincible free rock block and slows bosses and does massive damage when you freeze bosses. It really cant be beat. I bet you judging aesthetic too but I'd still rank it top 5 tbh.
Here’s a Cool attack you didn’t know about for Morpho Knight’s Sword: Used guard and Charge the B Button it can spawned a Ghost Illusion attack to the opponents
I know this is late, but I just wanted to mention: The "power-up" system, or upgrading the copy abilities, has the same max level for all copy abilities, being +★, and you get it by upgrading whatever copy ability you want to over 5 bars of power. Once you do, the power rating for the copy ability becomes 5 bars flashing rainbow, and it is max level. each level gives one bar of power, so for example, ranger, you can upgrade it 5 times, 4 for more power bars, and 1 for rainbow. That's probably an over-explanation, but I just wanted to be thorough. So now you know, if someone else didn't already say. Also, I very much agree with the space ranger placement. That ability super carried me through the game.
I agree with the space ranger since it’s so OP but weirdly enough, I feel like the lock on isn’t good, like it’s hard to aim sometimes Upon further theorizing on the lock on feature. I think it may just be joy-con drift being annoying when you’re trying to aim
Crystal needle is one of the best abilities in my opinion. It's big enough to where you can safely attack mini bosses and bosses. The short speed burst when activating allows you to get out of the way when they start attacking.
4:44 I agree that it requires timing, but I mostly used slide attack to uppercut to down slash. R+A,A,B. 11:08 Each level had a different combo after that which made it harder to do to tighter windows.
All of my experience here was just me going through Ultimate Cup Z maaaaany times so keep that in mind Ranger level 1 and 3 are great cuz you don't have to move much during bosses (I've gone through Ultimate Cup Z actually over 100 times now with all version of the copy abilities) I can say that my favorites are: Needle(all versions) because it's actually stronger than you might think. The throwing stars acts like it would if you inhaled the stars with normal Kirby and most of my boss fights with needle I didn't have to get close that much unless they were doing a cool down and there were no stars around(which is rarely the case). Even normal needle was good. Drill+⭐ and Twin Drill+⭐(which I have discovered and even recorded that It's the strongest ability in the game because it's capable of taking 95% of bosses health(Yes even stronger than hammer and Ranger) and it all has to do with the circle you make on the ground and the size does matter. Big circles are your key. Ranger+⭐and Space Ranger+⭐ pretty much play the same and have the similar damage output(with normal ranger being faster). I don't like level 2 ranger because the 3rd charge leaves you stationary for too long. Dragon Fire and Volcano Fire I like with Dragon Fire being my top favorite because the flame you grown on enemies stays for a long time and does a lot of damage and at some point you don't even have to do anything because the flame will pretty much finish off the bosses when they're at low health(you also don't have to get that close and you can leave giant flames on the ground for traps and it's faster to set up). Blizzard Ice is pretty good but I found myself playing more defense in a lot of fights because the ice doesn't do continuous damage like Fire does and some bosses are too fast to hit. Masked Dedede Hammer+⭐ because it's strong and perfect dodging gets you to the 3rd charge way quicker. As far as damage goes you'll be able to attack quicker than Twin Drill and if you play it carefully you can get through all bosses quickly without taking damage. Twin Drills is stronger but you do have to set up the circle and plan out where the enemy will be so as far as just attacking without too much planning goes..Hammer wins easily ~ And yeah Morpho Knight Sword because of it's two play styles and it just being strong AND unique ~
Crystal needle is my favorite, an underrated choice tho. It rips thru bosses at mid and close range, specifically being almost a perfect counter for Sillydillo, Clawroline and Tropic Woods having really just a "not so good" matchup against Meta Knight and Leongar, being awesome against the other final bosses. It just racks up so much damage and can be used from a distance.
Oddly, despite being the most inferior among the Sword upgrades, Gigant Sword is still pretty good even for the harder arena challenges thanks to its shield that blocks practically every attack. I think its the only second upgrade I was able to do that.
Exactly, cuz with this game, making it as an obstacle is pointless due to Deep Sleep making it to where you can move freely and normally Plus they did make it work in 3D too, the only thing they would half to do is either change or take away the dash attack being the night cap, might not hit as hard like Morpho Sword or Wild Hammer, but would or could be the fastest ability in the game due to it using a pillow

i find Twin Drill very useful actually specially for those "no hit boss battle" waddle dees since when you are underground, you are immune to almost every single attack
I love the Gigant sword. The shield allows to easily complete no damage bosses and, while the charged attack is indeed slow, and having no dodge is painfull, the slide/upward slash/aerial attack is still available, fast and powerfull. I uses it in the colosseum and it can kill everything in the first cup in 5 combos max. (killing the first boss before it attacks). Plus, it is available early.
Yeah, just replayed the Demo (As I currently don't have the full game yet), and I melted Gorimomdo with just the Slide>Upward Slash>Downward slash combo. It's freaking nuts.
I really enjoyed watching this video! I know fun factor plays a part for sure but Toy hammer being above any other hammer variants is like criminal haha. Those charge hits deal insane damage to bosses, and it can still be used aerially just like toy hammer. You can almost feel the need never to go back, but thats just me.
Fun fact! There are only a couple moves that actually do lifesteal on Morpho Knight Sword-this includes the first and second charges of just holding B, which are probably the most efficient. Not only that, there are (at least) two more attacks it can do with inputs exclusive to the ability: holding block and B lets you charge the phantom Fecto Forgo soul attack that Morpho Knight does in his fight (which you can cancel into a dodge roll), and holding block and B in the air lets you charge the sound wave move (only one charge, but it temporarily stops you from falling, similar to Fox’s Shine in SSB). Also, if you time it properly, the third stage charge of holding B will one shot mini bosses, and the fire tornados interact interestingly with Fecto Forgo’s hit box-if you point them back at it, they will keep hitting it until they despawn.
A few notes for things you might not know regarding the Morpho Knight Sword. 1. Kirby heals more health when the sword is larger after completing the final strikes of some of the combos 2. Hold block (L or R) and wile holding it hold B to charge a ranged purple flame attack that tracks enemies and does great damage. 3. For crowd control jump up first and hold block and immediately press and hold B to charge a ranged sound wave attack that surrounds Kirby. The Morpho Knight ability is so awesome to get to use in this game and it's crazy how many different things it can do
I’m actually surprised Storm Tornado was so low - despite being a little touchy I have always found it to be one of the most versatile abilities in the game. It’s capable of taking down enemy hordes, doing big damage to bosses by picking up stars and even has a defensive purpose, letting Kirby run from danger nearly invincibility. It’s my #2 behind Morpho Sword since it’s so well rounded. Also, I slightly prefer Noble Ranger over Space Ranger for the reliability. I find sometimes that bosses escape Space Ranger’s “black hole” and the low fire rate isn’t great when dealing with lots of enemies. Yeah, Noble Ranger is less flashy but I feel like it always gets the job done. But that’s just my experience, and it was still interesting to hear yours!
The thing about Deep Sleep is that you can easily suck it up, go to sleep, and get back your copy ability when you wake up with your new found “full potential”.
Dragon fire was too low, i used it as my main weapon until i got space ranger, and even then until i had morpho knight sword it was my main melee. Absolute boss crusher and kills most enemys really quickly
Yep. The invincibility is also very broken. There’s only a few attacks which can hit you while underground, and you can easily shred enemies. Twin drill, dragon fire, chakrum cutter and the hammers were basicully the main abilities I used.
@Euan Deepu well, I got pretty attached to the duel shot pistol at one point, before deciding to use other abilities. Have used space ranger a bit, just not a favorite.
Morpho Sword actually has 2 more attacks than the other variants. If you hold the attack while you guard you can charge up. On the ground you get two swirling projectiles that home in on enemies, and in the air you do that weird shockwave roar.
Someone already mentioned this but the Morpho-Knight Sword has an extra ability you activate by guarding and holding attack. Creates two strong homing projectiles. So yeah, not only is it insanely strong up-close, you can also just keep spamming these projectiles if you want to keep your distance and stay safe.
My ranking S- Hammer, Sword A- Ranger (heavily slept on though) B- Crash, Fire, Cutter C- Drill D- Bomb, Tornado, Sleep F- Needle, Ice (yes it's impossible to die with it with enough patience but it is pathetically underwhelming outside of it's niche) Factoring all upgrades together. Also the final sword has an attack while you're guarding that seeks enemies, can be used for some little more damage but definitely not it's strength. Nothing compares to hammer dps though really, final sword is the only thing even close, with ranger right behind a bit
One thing to add, if you use the health boost item you can buy in the town, Morpho Knight Sword and Meta Knight Sword keep the blade beams until you loose one of your two health bars. (For those who don't know what the health boost item does, upon use it will put you at double your nor.mal maximun health no matter how much HP you have.)
Hidden bonus effect on Time Crash; If you can manage to area transition while it's still active, the ability isn't used up. Meaning if you can get to the next section before time runs out, you basically get another use of the ability.
I think the tornado is better than you think. It can resist the flow of water, so you can go backwards if you missed something in the level. It can pick up the stars that bosses leave and throw it back at them. Why is that so important? Because it deals a lot of damage. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I think that you should put it farther into the list.
If you perfect dodge with any hammer ability and press and hold the attack button, you instantly go up to tier two hammer charge, and the final charge takes less than half the time usually needed to charge it, this is perfect for bosses and mini bosses and you can ABSOLUTELY DESTROY THEM in seconds
The deep sleep is and easy way to save money when doing different boosts. My favorite damage one is space ranger. The full health effect from the meta knight swords also pairs with double health potions so you can still take damage
Gigan sword is my fav bc of the design and ultimate shield. It has helped so much during the super arenas, it even blocks final boss without receiving any damage to yourself
You underrated Drill so much. If your goal is to take no damage while killing bosses, twin drills does it easily. The bigger the area of the shape, the more damage the eruption does. This means that you can make a teardrop shape, deal massive damage, and be a safe distance to repeat. Even better is since the damage scales with the area of the circle, the speed buff scales the power of drill in addition to the attack buff. Before +star upgrade, it can 2 shot mid bosses, but after 1 upgrade 1 speed boost 1 power boost it will one shot gorimondo while providing a free approach option. The amount of health it saves is invaluable in the colosseum as well
One thing I think many miss about deep sleep is that it can give you a free second health meter. When you combine that with the meta and morpho Knight swords, you can use the full-health beans as long as you have your second health meter, even with a sliver left. It might just be coincidence, but I think you can even increase the odds of getting the second health meter by button mashing. Obviously deep sleep on it’s own isn’t great, but when considered as an assist item it’s great. Basically allowed me to retry the final arena without paying for upgrades.
Storm Tornado was amazing imo but nothing will be better than Dragon Fire and how it shreds through bosses ☠️ maxing it out + the attack boots is wild lmfao
I think this was a pretty good video. I personally have different opinions on the best due to my preferences. However, everyone is entitled to hold their own opinion. I personally view the Blizzard Ice copy ability as one of the best due to, as far as I know, being one of the few abilities that doesn't take chip damage while blocking unless you block too much. I also feel Dragon Fire is way stronger than Volcano Fire ability due to the damage output seeming stronger.
The idea of Deep Sleep is to save on stars when stacking buffs, I believe it's one of the best copy abilities for that regard, as it really only costs you time to use it, granted I feel it's really hard to rate deep sleep since the use is very different from others but you can stack the initial buffs from sleep, normally the total cost of buying all the boosts and stacks (300star coins for hp 150 each for attack and defense but the attack and defense buying more extends the timer) would be 750 for 5 attack boosts 750 for 5 defense boosts and 300 for hp which totals 1800, deep sleep will reduce that cost to 1200 which nets you to be overall saving star coin currency saving 600 star coins for free isn't something to be ignored, ya the only downside is you can't stack attack boost time and defense boost time with sleep as it only covers the initial 200 seonds, the total stacks cap out at 999 seconds
A tier: Dragon Fire, Masked Hammer, Blizzard S tier: Space Ranger (the charge and dodge shots are too good) S++++++ tier: Morpho Knight Sword is stupid good. Level it up once and you kill bosses in two hits. Dishonorable mention to Homing Bomb those little fools never go where you want and it’s impossible to chain them
Just about what my list would be like besides Blizzard being way lower because I don’t like it, but that’s just preference. At least we can all agree the Homing Bomb slander is super justified
Fun fact about the Morpho Knight sword If you guard, you can actually charge up a move that sends out 2 flying frogos or what ever its called (hold down guard and then hold down attack)
If you guard and hold attack with morpho knight sword, you can summon mini forgos to attack (even though they do like no damage). Doing this in the air causes you to do the sound wave attack and it does massive damage. Also, the more you combo an enemy, the more you health you get from the sword.

On top of being the evolved form of my favorite character (Galacta Knight), Morpho Knight's sword is like the Ultima Weapon of Kirby, and that's just cool.
This was an awesome video, i learned a lot of new moves and what to use, btw i think you should rank final evolution ice higher since im pretty the shield can block any attack in the game and even does a little bit of damage when enemies get too close
I always loved the meta knight sword for that jump flurry, cus it can stun any boss, so if you’re quick enough, you can get off like 3 sets of attacks at once
Its my top favorite too just because of that move, even the slightest opening from bosses can lead to a lot of damage being dealt, only problem being harder to hit tinier boss with it (need to delay your flurry) like meta knight and morpho knight.
With gigant sword you take NO damage EVER when blocking. Even the final boss's giant meteor does nothing. Also its not that slow. Just use the upward slash combo.
I agree with you on Morpho Knight Sword, because it has more rapid-fire than any other evolved copy abilities with 5 stat bars. I've been noticing that it also has more attacks in the game than any other copy abilities. I've been learning to do new moves every minute. It's like a "Moth to a Flame." Get it?
Blizzard Ice is soooooo good. Not only you can straight up stun lock (or rather "Freeze lock" lol) bosses, but it's guard attack completely protects you from nearly every single attack in the game. It's the perfect ability for no damage boss runs
2 things you didn’t mention in the morpho knight sword is 2 things you can use while shielding. If you shield and press and hold b you can summon these little purple forgos or whatever those things are called. If you do the same thing but in the air you can use the little wave beams morpho knight uses to mess up your screen
My personal take on space ranger is that yeah, it's definitely absurd with a full charge, especially with maxed power and the attack buff, but the only way it falters is when it comes to faster bosses which give you less of a window to charge a shot, mostly an A+ tier imo
You can counter those fast bosses by perfect dodging. The multiplier on its counterattack is actually nuts, even without an attack buff. This along with the charged shot helps melt all bosses in Ultimate Cup Z prior to the final boss
There are two secret attacks for the morpho sword. Guard+B summons phantoms and aerial guard+B does a screech. Also, yes you turn slowly when using dragon fire, but if you quickly release B and press it again, you can turn very easily. I think that's actually better than volcano fire because it allows you to strafe.
Tornado is actually good in ultimate cup z. It allows you to move while damaging enemies. Once it picks up stars, that is where it truly shines since it homes in on the boss, dealing huge damage. It gives me a consistent finish time of 10 minutes in ultimate cup Z just by doing that. Also, most attacks literally miss you when you are at jump height, so using storm tornado after jumping allows you to damage them while most of their attacks miss you.
I personally rank deep sleep really highly. If you ever see it in the collosum you take it for sure. Sleep right away and spam out and you have enough time to get your other ability back for a free full heal and a stat buff. Plus you can use it before a stage to get the stat buff with another ability.
For morpho knight sword, you missed two awesome attacks that kirbs can do, if you hold L and B he releases a soul attack. And if you jump and hold L/R and B in midair, he does a screech attack just like morpho knight :) it’s so cool
Honestly I feel like Buzzsaw Cutter could really take second place, not to mention chakram cutter being placed higher. They're already powerful and cover good areas, especially with buzzsaw's size and ricochet, and the video didn't even speak on the main use of cutter, being the return attacks. I used cutter through basically my whole run, and it completely changed how I played. Throwing a blade behind you and charging it , then jumping as it returns to you sends it in whatever direction it was flying, and it has insane damage on top of the most range in the game aside from, well, Ranger. Another thing as well, once you get used to it, you can still move and dodge like normal, leaving you with awesome damage output (with added ricochet), a fun game of strategy (positioning yourself so the return attack hits), and free movement while doing so (just holding the attack button), as opposed to literally every other ability in the game making you commit to an attack, even the morpho sword. I can't say it has the highest dps, or is invincible or used for speedruns, but it is hands down the most fun ability to use.
I used to really like using the Space Ranger, thinking it's full charge can delete bosses. After fully leveling up some abilities tho, Space Ranger's damage is heavily out-classed Gigantic Sword (on a mini boss, Ranger takes 2 fully charged shot while Sword needs 1 fully charged attack). Then later realized that Masked Hammer's damage out-matched Sword too.
Toy hammer is very useful when you power it up to + ⭐️. When powered up to the max, it’s hammer flips do tons of damage. It’s even better than masked hammer because it does all the damage in one hit, whereas masked does it’s damage in multiple hits, therefore making it slower.
Honestly the copy abilities are usually pretty niche, I love Morpho knight for longer bosses due to the healing, deep sleep is just amazing for setup because you can heal and get the very op health buff. Combine the health buff with Morpho knight and you can shoot the lasers AND get hit!. Crystal needle is my favorite for charging through levels, running into all the enemies along the way. Of course, space ranger is just,, so fun. Took some getting used to the controls. My least favorite is homing bomb, it's really hard to use and I just can't seem to get it.
I wanna give Deep Sleep partial credit. Its not the best when you find it on a level, but in the town you can just go to the weapons shop and repeatedly use Deep Sleep to get all 3 stat buffs before going into a level

Personally i think homing bomb is the most confusingly designed ability in the game. They can chain together, but they constantly move away from each other destroying the chain. You only get big damage if you chain it, so I find it deeply underwhelming most of the time. I prefer the 2nd version of bomb, Chain Bomb.
yeah, and half the time when i try to chain them, the other bomb just runs into my bombs and blows them up before they reach the enemy.

Homing bomb sucks
I beat Morpho Knight the first time with it. Being able to run around and focus on dodging helped a ton in beating him. Just throw bombs around the stage while doing so and around half of them automatically connect (his attacks will destroy some). Now that I know his attack patterns I can dodge his attacks, but it helped a ton in getting that first win.
the right funcion is to randomly drop them as you're dodging the boss so no matter where you throw them you're guaranteed to get some damage in
Dragon fire does SO much damage, the basic attack melts boss health bars in seconds if you can keep the fire concentrated on them, which isn’t too hard
Also it has burn effect
personally i prefer storm tornado, just spamming B can destroy the health of a boss. And if you collect stars while in tornado and press b all the stars just home onto an enemy

Deep sleep is an amazing ability! Especially in the Colloseum, if you can get it, you can keep using it over and over until you get all 3 buffs it gives and by then you'll be more powerful in your base form than most copy abilities. I'd rather be deepsleep buffed with no ability than have to fight with needle or drill

Something I learned with the morpho knight sword is that if your guarding and hold B, you charge up a spirit head attack thing where two heads orbit you
If you do it in the air then it will let you use Morpho Knight's Shockwave move.

Deep Sleep is actually an amazing ability. The upgrade turns Sleep, an intentionally useless move, into something that can give Kirby buffs such as a second health bar, 200 seconds of boosted attack, and 200 seconds of boosted speed, and the fact that those can all stack, so you can just stay in the weapons shop and sleep until you get all the buffs, and carry those into the Coliseum, or a hard level... Actually an S tier.
And the timers DON'T TICK DOWN when you're in town

Yep, the fact that you can hold the cutters in place is brilliant. Shame it seems like some people miss that by just spamming the attack. It can shred through mini-bosses with ease
And Fecto Forgo because it constantly just walks the cutters into itself

imma be honest, this could just be from personal experience against the final boss but i believe control bomb is one of the worst abilities.
the bombs are slow and not too accurate,
they can get destroyed by bosses and the damage is basically none. the only way to do decent damage is with the chain attacks but they are impossible to do since the bombs just go all around the place

Note: Gigant Sword's shield is beat by Blizzard Ice's guard since it does the same thing and is actually faster overall than it

@@user-lx8mk2wr2r Funny, the health bar in my game disagrees with you. Though Ice's doesn't work against fire-based attacks from what I've seen. At least those from bosses, haven't tested with the normal enemy: hothead.
As a Blizzard Ice enjoyer, I can confirm that Ice's Shield does block from all directions, and also blocks damage from fire-based attacks.
Another thing, if you hold the stick in any direction before you release the guard button while using any version of Ice, Kirby will actually dodge out of it.

I use the Blizzard Ice ability a LOT, the nearly impenetrable shield that also damages foes is extremely powerful and is how I completed the missions where you have to defeat a boss without taking damage

With some learning of when to attack you can easily beat the last 3 bosses. It’s such a cheat ability for bosses and if you upgraded to +3 you are set. It’s so good that it makes the battle boring

I feel like you heavily underrated twin drill. The explosion attack when you circle enemies does great damage to bosses, and it shreds mini-bosses in 2 explosions.
If you upgrade Twin Drill to Twin Drill +⭐️ Then it SHREDS bosses. Also I agree with your opinion.
Not to mention that you're immune to a lot of aboveground attacks when you're underground. This is actually my preferred ability against Phantom Woods for that exact reason.
It’s also really good for 100% speedruns (Including upgrading EVERY copy ability evolution to max level)because of the speed difference between the regular drill and the twin drill. My PB went from 15:24:52 to 14:49:27. Well, then again, I had gotten more skilled after my first PB from practice, which was probably the main reason.

Honestly I love Morpho Knight sword because after 3 consecutive hits, it slightly heals you.
Space ranger is really powerful, and the charges hit is really cool.
Masked Hammer is also good but not the best. I still like it for the strength.
The standard three hit combo heals you, the upwards slash+b combo heals you, and the spin charge up (not the big sword, the spin right before)
I believe toy hammer has the most damage for fastest burst damage. It's the fastest to charge and its damage is dangerously good when paired with a attack boost
1:20 deep sleep is actually pretty good because it gives you the effects of any of the objects (attack, speed or hp) which helps you save some money
I actually used Storm Tornado for my first clear of the Ultimate Cup Z. It's actually a really good all-rounded ability. Obviously the main bonus is the mobility, especially since the way the attack lets you hover in the air means you're actually out of range of the majority of enemy attacks. It's also got decent close-range damage if you can combo it properly (Really nice if you can wedge yourself against a wall to really rack up damage), and the ability to pick up the stars off the ground and launch them as a ranged attack is incredibly useful.

Deep Sleep and Time Crash definitely deserve to be higher. Sleep being free buffs that you can get for _free_ before any level, and Time Crash absolutely obliterating almost all of the no-hit boss runs.
I also prefer Volcano Fire, since its Burning attack isn’t slow. And surprisingly, I think that base Sword and Ranger are pretty decent as well. Sword has the flurry attack that none of the others have, and also lacks the weird aerial attack Meta Knight’s has and the weird dodge Morpho’s has. Base Ranger’s charge attack is less vulnerable than Noble’s, since you don’t have to stand there firing all your shots. Space still wins in the damage department, but I absolutely despise the energy field, and how you can’t see anything through it.
I love deep sleep but unfortunately it's overshadowed by the shop which can stack speed and attack 5 times for 999 seconds. Yes it does cost money but the arena's honestly pay it all back plus extra, especially sense the minimum you need is like 600 seconds for the true arena. And the double health item will heal your base health too so you can store it incase of emergencies. I wish you could store deep sleep in your item slot just to give it some use because it makes you fully invincible to eveything during the animation plus giving you a random boost effect.

Morpho has combo based healing, Blade beams, a small Ultra Sword with even more strength that can summon fire tornadoes, a warp that goes twice the length of his dodge roll, and he can summon 2 homing wisps of Fargo
Not to mention the fact that the dodge is now COMPLETELY invincible with basically NO vulnerability on top of the extra length, and perfect dodging instantly sends you to the part of the combo that heals you.
also not to mention his screech attach if you do the wisp summoning midair

I think pretty much every player who 100% the game knows that morpho knight sword is completely busted.
I managed to beat ultimate cup z on my first try just with this ability and life up.

Honestly I think that the best copy ability is the masked hammers, because the hold ability at max does half of most of the bosses health. Another reason why is that I think that masked hammers are the best is because the click attacks are very fast and the third one makes two fire tornadoes, also! The air ability makes FOUR fire tornadoes. My last reason is that it just looks cool (that one doesn’t count).
Deep Sleep is great when you’re farming colosseum. Just run back to the weapon shop and roll until you have all the buffs, and they stack with buffs from the shop so you can max out and still have another shop item in your back pocket. I usually get at least 6-8 runs of Meta Knight Cup before I have to go back and restart the process.
Meta knight sword ability is so unbelievably busted just use the guard A A B attack and it hits like a truck, slows down bosses attacks because hit stun and the cherry on top most moves only hit ground so it dodges most boss attacks
I did the ultimate colloseum which is 12 bosses in 5 minutes and 29 seconds with it on my first attempt

I really liked getting the opportunity to use deep sleep in forgo dreams. It's the best source of healing and gives a buff, making the next section easier.

I'd say blizzard ice is number 1 utility wise. It turns enemies into an ice you can attack with grows environmental things that can attack anything that moves over it has an invincible free rock block and slows bosses and does massive damage when you freeze bosses. It really cant be beat. I bet you judging aesthetic too but I'd still rank it top 5 tbh.
hes judging by how strong they are. so yes, blizzard ice has really good utility, but a lot of copy abilities have higher damage output.

I know this is late, but I just wanted to mention:
The "power-up" system, or upgrading the copy abilities, has the same max level for all copy abilities, being +★, and you get it by upgrading whatever copy ability you want to over 5 bars of power. Once you do, the power rating for the copy ability becomes 5 bars flashing rainbow, and it is max level. each level gives one bar of power, so for example, ranger, you can upgrade it 5 times, 4 for more power bars, and 1 for rainbow. That's probably an over-explanation, but I just wanted to be thorough. So now you know, if someone else didn't already say.
Also, I very much agree with the space ranger placement. That ability super carried me through the game.
I haven’t evolved all of my abilities as of yet. But Volcano Fire and Noble Ranger are my favorite abilities.

Crystal needle is one of the best abilities in my opinion. It's big enough to where you can safely attack mini bosses and bosses. The short speed burst when activating allows you to get out of the way when they start attacking.
4:44 I agree that it requires timing, but I mostly used slide attack to uppercut to down slash. R+A,A,B. 11:08 Each level had a different combo after that which made it harder to do to tighter windows.
All of my experience here was just me going through Ultimate Cup Z maaaaany times so keep that in mind
Ranger level 1 and 3 are great cuz you don't have to move much during bosses (I've gone through Ultimate Cup Z actually over 100 times now with all version of the copy abilities)
I can say that my favorites are:
Needle(all versions) because it's actually stronger than you might think. The throwing stars acts like it would if you inhaled the stars with normal Kirby and most of my boss fights with needle I didn't have to get close that much unless they were doing a cool down and there were no stars around(which is rarely the case). Even normal needle was good.
Drill+⭐ and Twin Drill+⭐(which I have discovered and even recorded that It's the strongest ability in the game because it's capable of taking 95% of bosses health(Yes even stronger than hammer and Ranger) and it all has to do with the circle you make on the ground and the size does matter. Big circles are your key.
Ranger+⭐and Space Ranger+⭐ pretty much play the same and have the similar damage output(with normal ranger being faster). I don't like level 2 ranger because the 3rd charge leaves you stationary for too long.
Dragon Fire and Volcano Fire I like with Dragon Fire being my top favorite because the flame you grown on enemies stays for a long time and does a lot of damage and at some point you don't even have to do anything because the flame will pretty much finish off the bosses when they're at low health(you also don't have to get that close and you can leave giant flames on the ground for traps and it's faster to set up).
Blizzard Ice is pretty good but I found myself playing more defense in a lot of fights because the ice doesn't do continuous damage like Fire does and some bosses are too fast to hit.
Masked Dedede Hammer+⭐ because it's strong and perfect dodging gets you to the 3rd charge way quicker. As far as damage goes you'll be able to attack quicker than Twin Drill and if you play it carefully you can get through all bosses quickly without taking damage. Twin Drills is stronger but you do have to set up the circle and plan out where the enemy will be so as far as just attacking without too much planning goes..Hammer wins easily ~
And yeah Morpho Knight Sword because of it's two play styles and it just being strong AND unique ~

Crystal needle is my favorite, an underrated choice tho. It rips thru bosses at mid and close range, specifically being almost a perfect counter for Sillydillo, Clawroline and Tropic Woods having really just a "not so good" matchup against Meta Knight and Leongar, being awesome against the other final bosses. It just racks up so much damage and can be used from a distance.
Oddly, despite being the most inferior among the Sword upgrades, Gigant Sword is still pretty good even for the harder arena challenges thanks to its shield that blocks practically every attack. I think its the only second upgrade I was able to do that.
They gave sleep an actual move set in Kirby Battle Royale. I don’t get why they just don’t do that again

Plus they did make it work in 3D too, the only thing they would half to do is either change or take away the dash attack being the night cap, might not hit as hard like Morpho Sword or Wild Hammer, but would or could be the fastest ability in the game due to it using a pillow

I love the Gigant sword. The shield allows to easily complete no damage bosses and, while the charged attack is indeed slow, and having no dodge is painfull, the slide/upward slash/aerial attack is still available, fast and powerfull. I uses it in the colosseum and it can kill everything in the first cup in 5 combos max. (killing the first boss before it attacks).
Plus, it is available early.
Yeah, just replayed the Demo (As I currently don't have the full game yet), and I melted Gorimomdo with just the Slide>Upward Slash>Downward slash combo. It's freaking nuts.
I really enjoyed watching this video! I know fun factor plays a part for sure but Toy hammer being above any other hammer variants is like criminal haha. Those charge hits deal insane damage to bosses, and it can still be used aerially just like toy hammer. You can almost feel the need never to go back, but thats just me.
Fun fact! There are only a couple moves that actually do lifesteal on Morpho Knight Sword-this includes the first and second charges of just holding B, which are probably the most efficient. Not only that, there are (at least) two more attacks it can do with inputs exclusive to the ability: holding block and B lets you charge the phantom Fecto Forgo soul attack that Morpho Knight does in his fight (which you can cancel into a dodge roll), and holding block and B in the air lets you charge the sound wave move (only one charge, but it temporarily stops you from falling, similar to Fox’s Shine in SSB).
Also, if you time it properly, the third stage charge of holding B will one shot mini bosses, and the fire tornados interact interestingly with Fecto Forgo’s hit box-if you point them back at it, they will keep hitting it until they despawn.
A few notes for things you might not know regarding the Morpho Knight Sword.
1. Kirby heals more health when the sword is larger after completing the final strikes of some of the combos
2. Hold block (L or R) and wile holding it hold B to charge a ranged purple flame attack that tracks enemies and does great damage.
3. For crowd control jump up first and hold block and immediately press and hold B to charge a ranged sound wave attack that surrounds Kirby.
The Morpho Knight ability is so awesome to get to use in this game and it's crazy how many different things it can do
I’m actually surprised Storm Tornado was so low - despite being a little touchy I have always found it to be one of the most versatile abilities in the game. It’s capable of taking down enemy hordes, doing big damage to bosses by picking up stars and even has a defensive purpose, letting Kirby run from danger nearly invincibility. It’s my #2 behind Morpho Sword since it’s so well rounded.
Also, I slightly prefer Noble Ranger over Space Ranger for the reliability. I find sometimes that bosses escape Space Ranger’s “black hole” and the low fire rate isn’t great when dealing with lots of enemies. Yeah, Noble Ranger is less flashy but I feel like it always gets the job done.
But that’s just my experience, and it was still interesting to hear yours!

The thing about Deep Sleep is that you can easily suck it up, go to sleep, and get back your copy ability when you wake up with your new found “full potential”.
Dragon fire was too low, i used it as my main weapon until i got space ranger, and even then until i had morpho knight sword it was my main melee. Absolute boss crusher and kills most enemys really quickly
Due to it being the best Speedrun Ability I feel like Toy Hammer should’ve ranked higher or at least over Meta Knight and Buzz Saw

Yep. The invincibility is also very broken. There’s only a few attacks which can hit you while underground, and you can easily shred enemies. Twin drill, dragon fire, chakrum cutter and the hammers were basicully the main abilities I used.
Ye you can get bosses past their phase triggers with its massive burst of dammage
@Euan Deepu well, I got pretty attached to the duel shot pistol at one point, before deciding to use other abilities. Have used space ranger a bit, just not a favorite.
Morpho Sword actually has 2 more attacks than the other variants. If you hold the attack while you guard you can charge up. On the ground you get two swirling projectiles that home in on enemies, and in the air you do that weird shockwave roar.
I agree that Morpho Knight sword is the best ability
Someone already mentioned this but the Morpho-Knight Sword has an extra ability you activate by guarding and holding attack. Creates two strong homing projectiles. So yeah, not only is it insanely strong up-close, you can also just keep spamming these projectiles if you want to keep your distance and stay safe.

Nothing compares to hammer dps though really, final sword is the only thing even close, with ranger right behind a bit

One thing to add, if you use the health boost item you can buy in the town, Morpho Knight Sword and Meta Knight Sword keep the blade beams until you loose one of your two health bars. (For those who don't know what the health boost item does, upon use it will put you at double your nor.mal maximun health no matter how much HP you have.)
Hidden bonus effect on Time Crash;
If you can manage to area transition while it's still active, the ability isn't used up. Meaning if you can get to the next section before time runs out, you basically get another use of the ability.

I think the tornado is better than you think. It can resist the flow of water, so you can go backwards if you missed something in the level. It can pick up the stars that bosses leave and throw it back at them. Why is that so important? Because it deals a lot of damage. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I think that you should put it farther into the list.
If you perfect dodge with any hammer ability and press and hold the attack button, you instantly go up to tier two hammer charge, and the final charge takes less than half the time usually needed to charge it, this is perfect for bosses and mini bosses and you can ABSOLUTELY DESTROY THEM in seconds
The deep sleep is and easy way to save money when doing different boosts. My favorite damage one is space ranger. The full health effect from the meta knight swords also pairs with double health potions so you can still take damage
Gigan sword is my fav bc of the design and ultimate shield. It has helped so much during the super arenas, it even blocks final boss without receiving any damage to yourself
You underrated Drill so much. If your goal is to take no damage while killing bosses, twin drills does it easily. The bigger the area of the shape, the more damage the eruption does. This means that you can make a teardrop shape, deal massive damage, and be a safe distance to repeat.
Even better is since the damage scales with the area of the circle, the speed buff scales the power of drill in addition to the attack buff.
Before +star upgrade, it can 2 shot mid bosses, but after 1 upgrade 1 speed boost 1 power boost it will one shot gorimondo while providing a free approach option.
The amount of health it saves is invaluable in the colosseum as well

One thing I think many miss about deep sleep is that it can give you a free second health meter. When you combine that with the meta and morpho Knight swords, you can use the full-health beans as long as you have your second health meter, even with a sliver left. It might just be coincidence, but I think you can even increase the odds of getting the second health meter by button mashing.
Obviously deep sleep on it’s own isn’t great, but when considered as an assist item it’s great. Basically allowed me to retry the final arena without paying for upgrades.
Storm Tornado was amazing imo but nothing will be better than Dragon Fire and how it shreds through bosses ☠️ maxing it out + the attack boots is wild lmfao

I think this was a pretty good video. I personally have different opinions on the best due to my preferences. However, everyone is entitled to hold their own opinion. I personally view the Blizzard Ice copy ability as one of the best due to, as far as I know, being one of the few abilities that doesn't take chip damage while blocking unless you block too much. I also feel Dragon Fire is way stronger than Volcano Fire ability due to the damage output seeming stronger.
The idea of Deep Sleep is to save on stars when stacking buffs, I believe it's one of the best copy abilities for that regard, as it really only costs you time to use it, granted I feel it's really hard to rate deep sleep since the use is very different from others but you can stack the initial buffs from sleep, normally the total cost of buying all the boosts and stacks (300star coins for hp 150 each for attack and defense but the attack and defense buying more extends the timer) would be 750 for 5 attack boosts 750 for 5 defense boosts and 300 for hp which totals 1800, deep sleep will reduce that cost to 1200 which nets you to be overall saving star coin currency saving 600 star coins for free isn't something to be ignored, ya the only downside is you can't stack attack boost time and defense boost time with sleep as it only covers the initial 200 seonds, the total stacks cap out at 999 seconds
I actually love drill so much. Yes it takes long to do damage, and it doesn’t do too much damage, but it is SO FUN to use

Just about what my list would be like besides Blizzard being way lower because I don’t like it, but that’s just preference. At least we can all agree the Homing Bomb slander is super justified
Fun fact about the Morpho Knight sword
If you guard, you can actually charge up a move that sends out 2 flying frogos or what ever its called
(hold down guard and then hold down attack)
If you guard and hold attack with morpho knight sword, you can summon mini forgos to attack (even though they do like no damage). Doing this in the air causes you to do the sound wave attack and it does massive damage. Also, the more you combo an enemy, the more you health you get from the sword.

On top of being the evolved form of my favorite character (Galacta Knight), Morpho Knight's sword is like the Ultima Weapon of Kirby, and that's just cool.
This was an awesome video, i learned a lot of new moves and what to use, btw i think you should rank final evolution ice higher since im pretty the shield can block any attack in the game and even does a little bit of damage when enemies get too close
I always loved the meta knight sword for that jump flurry, cus it can stun any boss, so if you’re quick enough, you can get off like 3 sets of attacks at once
Its my top favorite too just because of that move, even the slightest opening from bosses can lead to a lot of damage being dealt, only problem being harder to hit tinier boss with it (need to delay your flurry) like meta knight and morpho knight.
When using twhin drill when you jump and attack without holding a direction you will release 2 drills in the air that go straight for a bit.
Fun fact if you guard with the morpho knight sword then hold y and release you get a cool wisp like attack.

With gigant sword you take NO damage EVER when blocking. Even the final boss's giant meteor does nothing. Also its not that slow. Just use the upward slash combo.
I agree with you on Morpho Knight Sword, because it has more rapid-fire than any other evolved copy abilities with 5 stat bars. I've been noticing that it also has more attacks in the game than any other copy abilities. I've been learning to do new moves every minute. It's like a "Moth to a Flame." Get it?
Blizzard Ice is soooooo good. Not only you can straight up stun lock (or rather "Freeze lock" lol) bosses, but it's guard attack completely protects you from nearly every single attack in the game. It's the perfect ability for no damage boss runs
Crystal is also fine, but the satisfaction of getting a bunch of enemies, and then chucking at one enemy is so rewarding
Crystal Needle also launches two crystal chunks in front of Kirby, giving you a spammable projectile. Congratulations, you can now camp XD
2 things you didn’t mention in the morpho knight sword is 2 things you can use while shielding. If you shield and press and hold b you can summon these little purple forgos or whatever those things are called. If you do the same thing but in the air you can use the little wave beams morpho knight uses to mess up your screen
My personal take on space ranger is that yeah, it's definitely absurd with a full charge, especially with maxed power and the attack buff, but the only way it falters is when it comes to faster bosses which give you less of a window to charge a shot, mostly an A+ tier imo
You can counter those fast bosses by perfect dodging. The multiplier on its counterattack is actually nuts, even without an attack buff. This along with the charged shot helps melt all bosses in Ultimate Cup Z prior to the final boss
tip for drill/twin drill: jump and attack without movement input does a forward attack: twin drill's forward attak also gains some significant range.
There are two secret attacks for the morpho sword. Guard+B summons phantoms and aerial guard+B does a screech.
Also, yes you turn slowly when using dragon fire, but if you quickly release B and press it again, you can turn very easily. I think that's actually better than volcano fire because it allows you to strafe.
Tornado is actually good in ultimate cup z. It allows you to move while damaging enemies. Once it picks up stars, that is where it truly shines since it homes in on the boss, dealing huge damage. It gives me a consistent finish time of 10 minutes in ultimate cup Z just by doing that. Also, most attacks literally miss you when you are at jump height, so using storm tornado after jumping allows you to damage them while most of their attacks miss you.
I personally rank deep sleep really highly. If you ever see it in the collosum you take it for sure. Sleep right away and spam out and you have enough time to get your other ability back for a free full heal and a stat buff. Plus you can use it before a stage to get the stat buff with another ability.
For morpho knight sword, you missed two awesome attacks that kirbs can do, if you hold L and B he releases a soul attack. And if you jump and hold L/R and B in midair, he does a screech attack just like morpho knight :) it’s so cool
Honestly I feel like Buzzsaw Cutter could really take second place, not to mention chakram cutter being placed higher. They're already powerful and cover good areas, especially with buzzsaw's size and ricochet, and the video didn't even speak on the main use of cutter, being the return attacks. I used cutter through basically my whole run, and it completely changed how I played. Throwing a blade behind you and charging it , then jumping as it returns to you sends it in whatever direction it was flying, and it has insane damage on top of the most range in the game aside from, well, Ranger. Another thing as well, once you get used to it, you can still move and dodge like normal, leaving you with awesome damage output (with added ricochet), a fun game of strategy (positioning yourself so the return attack hits), and free movement while doing so (just holding the attack button), as opposed to literally every other ability in the game making you commit to an attack, even the morpho sword. I can't say it has the highest dps, or is invincible or used for speedruns, but it is hands down the most fun ability to use.
I used to really like using the Space Ranger, thinking it's full charge can delete bosses. After fully leveling up some abilities tho, Space Ranger's damage is heavily out-classed Gigantic Sword (on a mini boss, Ranger takes 2 fully charged shot while Sword needs 1 fully charged attack).
Then later realized that Masked Hammer's damage out-matched Sword too.
Toy hammer is very useful when you power it up to + ⭐️. When powered up to the max, it’s hammer flips do tons of damage. It’s even better than masked hammer because it does all the damage in one hit, whereas masked does it’s damage in multiple hits, therefore making it slower.
True, that's why it's used in colosseum speedruns
Masked Hammer was my Go To for the Ultimate Cup, and it actually worked. I used the fire tornadoes for half of it, but it was strong.
Honestly the copy abilities are usually pretty niche, I love Morpho knight for longer bosses due to the healing, deep sleep is just amazing for setup because you can heal and get the very op health buff. Combine the health buff with Morpho knight and you can shoot the lasers AND get hit!. Crystal needle is my favorite for charging through levels, running into all the enemies along the way. Of course, space ranger is just,, so fun. Took some getting used to the controls.
My least favorite is homing bomb, it's really hard to use and I just can't seem to get it.
