Any small towns with VA hospitals? Or care?
Hi, Roseburg, OR. has a VA hospital and is about an hour and a half south of Eugene. Roseburg population is 23,664. www.va.gov/roseburg-health-care/

As a real estate agent it’s a good idea to mention which of them are in wine country. My favorite of these is Union. Based on biking through there, as I have most of these towns. You might mention the fire risk, and the fact that oak ridge environs and economy have been affected by the fire there. But hey, it’s just a UA-cam clip to put your name out there and show your familiarity, so I shouldn’t be critical. Good for you for taking the step of putting yourself out there in your profession. Certainly great quality of life you can offer in each of these choices.
Sisters has nothing in the 400s that is decent. I see alot of 600-750k.

It sure gets red necky quickly.. However I just wonder how many conversations you’ve actually had with people in these places. They are rural and therefore insulated to a great degree. So worldly they are not, however I’m not sure they have enough exposure to races to call them racist. If you have anecdotal data points I’m all ears. I like Carlton and Union on this list, but definitely won’t be buying anything in either locale.
