I paid for the business addition but when I open the software it's only showing the basic addition. Any idea why?

You have to put in the key code, however I believe they switched it. Did you turn off your computer and re-start the program ?

go to the Help at the top and on the drop menu press apply upgrade edition

So complicated! They keep asking for a key which I don't have.

when you purchased it, it gives you a key code that you type in at the top under Help at the top and press apply upgrade edition
