@Emmanuel Lim Thank you for your comment but its (distance) between two planes is one distance.

@@natureinspirations9367 : If the distance is far enough(vertically) it is a safe distance. The standard is 1000' vertically. This webpage is a good description of what a pilot might see on his screen when he is flying in proximity to other airplanes. All Jets are equipped with this system called TCAS (Threat Collision Avoidance System). aerosavvy.com/tcas/

I remember being on an a320 flight, and when your up that high everything seems so small, when i was that high, i saw 2 planes flying the opposite direction from my plane, cause i was the window seat, both planes were very close to each other, about 20 or 10kms away from my plane, one was like 5 thousand feel higher then the other plane, and they were the size of pencil sticks in my view yet i knew one was a Boeing 737 virgin Australia and the other was tiger airways a320, being up 30 thousand feet is very hard to see other planes pass you on a flight, but on my flight i at least saw 4 planes flying pass me.

That's why we have TCAS. If a plane is considered to be in close proximity you will get an alert on the IVSI or on one of the screens on the newer airplanes and another audible saying traffic traffic. The blue targets are that are not in proximity and they turn yellow for the traffic alert if they fly closer. If there is a risk of imminent collision then you will get a resolution advisory commanding both aurally to Climb or Descend, the target will turn red and the IVSI will command the Climb or Descend by turning the rate band on the vertical speed indicator red with the desired rate in green. In case you are wondering; the IVSI is the Instantaneous Vertical Speed Indicator is an instrument that has a horizontal needle that indicates climb or descent by direction of the needle and indicates the rate in 100's of feet per minute. So you fly out of the red and into the green.

There appears to be sufficient vertical separation between the two aircraft. The standard is 1000' feet.

many decades later when aviation transport would have largely evolved, this footage will be a treasure

I wonder why though. I thought maybe they're Army planes, transporting soldiers? I didn't know that this type of plane does that

Ihave a doubt is the plane has brakes while flying what will do if the plane come infront of another plane

You either climb or descend. The airplanes are equipped with a Collision avoidance system called TCAS. You have Traffic Advisories (TA) warned by both aural and screen indications. And you have Resolution Advisories (RA) warned by Aural commands to Climb or Descend and Red Marks on the IVSI rate band to indicate the rate of climb or decent you'll need; Here is a good basic and understandable technical description of the system. aerosavvy.com/tcas/

There’s a 3rd dimension. You can go up and down, not just left and right.

@@JayJayAviation the fact that you just can't control anything... it is the safest mode of transport but if anything goes wrong.. literally anything.. then there you go... the moment it leaves the runway that's it...
